I purchased a brand new 2016 F-150 with a "lifetime Powertrain" as advertised. This truck has needed the rear end replaced 3 times, which they could not do correctly and had to be taken elsewhere after their failed attempts. Its been a laundry list of things that have gone wrong with this truck from the transmission to torque converter, etc. I have completed ALL of the required services in order to keep "lifetime warranty" valid, but was told because I didn't have the receipt for my 30k oil change they couldn't honor the warranty (the contract does not specify this either). After just getting it back from them its back in the shop and once again are trying to avoid honoring the "lifetime warranty" and make no effort to rectify the situation. The dealership and service center are worthless and you should purchase your vehicles elsewhere.

My wife, 6 year old daughter, and I bought a 2021 Ford Expedition yesterday from Legacy Ford. The experience started with a warm and genuine welcome received from Tony Mendoza. Tony's patience and kindness he showed us as we stepped through the selection, test drive, and eventual purchase was second to none. On a personal note my daughter was practicing counting to 100 an when she made it all the way through everyone in lobby cheered. It was awesome!! The manager Abraham was kind and respectful as we haggled a bit through the purchase price. Finally Richard Watkins was so warm and inviting as we stepped through warranty options and all the paperwork associated with the purchase. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, and it felt like my family's service was a genuine priority. Thank you Legacy Ford Team especially Tony, Abraham, and Richard.

We had a pleasant experience with the used sales rep Chance, who has since quit. However, when we brought the truck home and ran it through a car wash, it was clear that the seals on the back and back right window were not intact as water began pouring through. Chance and his manager happily asked us to bring the truck back (an hour away) so that they could fix it, which was HIGHLY appreciated.

This is when the disaster began. We dropped our truck off on a Tuesday, the used car sales manager said that he would get us an equivalent car but gave us a 4 door sedan that BARELY fit our family of 5. We then asked the service rep who was at the desk to take care of the truck and his response was " I don't know anything about that boss". He then suggested that we walk over to the used sales office. We asked for him to call them. He calls, they show up and they take the vehicle. The truck was ready on that Monday and stated that a brake light needed to be fixed. This sounded incorrect but I went ahead and took my lunch break and drove over to Rosenberg to get the truck. When I arrived, they couldn't find our truck keys and I was forced to wait over 30 min to receive my truck. The service rep stated the guy "who was working on my truck, left for lunch". I was patient, received the truck and left.

That next day my husband ran the truck through the carwash and yet again, water came POURING through our windows. I had, had enough. I called and got ahold of Anthony (very patient and customer service friendly) who said that he would have a guy come pick up the truck and swap again for the car. The truck arrived last Wednesday, it is now a week and 2 days and I have had to call SEVERAL times to get ahold of anyone to get an answer. the ONLY person who responds and follows up is Anthony.

There is NO communication between services, sales and inspections. Nobody is capable of following up to get updates and to top it off, we have a payment coming up in which we are paying for a truck we have had possession of for a total of 4 days.

This is completely unacceptable and I plan to follow up with the dealership to make this right in addition to fixing the truck. I will not ever come back to the dealership if nothing is done to make it right.

Again, Anthony...great job. The rest of the team could use a lesson in customer service.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to in order to write a review. I have had enough and hope to never have to return to their service department. If only they were as good as when the truck was sold to me. No complimentary inspection is ever done on my vehicle when I drop it off for oil change. I dropped my vehicle again due to some oil leaking and after one week they still could not find the problem I had to drive up there and show them the leak And they could still not find the problem. I picked up my vehicle still leaking oil And drove to new Braunfles with my tire low in pressure I had to take it to a shop in New Braunfles To get air The plastic covering they use inside the vehicle is always left inside steering wheel always left greasy. The service advisor Shelby has no knowledge of the vehicles she told me my vehicle has no oil leak Wich means my truck was never put on the rack in the first place or else they would have seen it. and I can go on and on.

The car salesman, Orlando Alston, lied and said that the dealership paint guy would fix all of the scratches that were on every side of the car I bought. When I picked up my car, NOTHING was fixed or repainted. There were still multiple scratches, scrapes, keyings, and gouges on my car. The used car manager ignored me when I came in asking for a manager. He was 5 feet away from me playing on his cell phone. I finally had to ask him, are you the manager. He told me it was a used car and that there will be scratches on it. Orlando gave me ugly looks, said he doesn't know anything about painting, and was argumentative. I NEVER would have paid $22K for a scratched up car. This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had! I was lied to, tricked, and treated horribly by these people just so they could make money off of me.

He showed me my options, took me for a test drive & practically 24hrs later, I have my new 2018 car! Holy cow; how great is that! Steve in finance was great also - super friendly and down so earth. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Legacy Ford. Legacy s service/maintenance staff displayed a very unprofessional behavior and did not take responsibility for their mistakes. According to Legacy s website, all of our customers here at Legacy Ford are customers for life I can assure you this statement is not true in my case. Four months ago, I took my vehicle (2012 Focus) for a clutch recall and a service representative stated there was a three month wait for the replacement part. Now, my vehicle started acting up even more and I went back to Legacy s maintenance department. The same service representative stated that there was a mixed up with my original paperwork and I ll have to wait an additional six months to a year for them to get the replacement part and fix my car. Legacy s website states being car-owners ourselves, it's only fitting that we'd provide our drivers with the kind of courtesy, service and respect that we would expect . I m certain that negligence in managing customer s paperwork is the complete opposite of the courtesy, service and respect that is expected from a professional. It is impossible to trust and continue to do business with Legacy Ford after such display of irresponsibility. If Legacy's service staff is not able to properly manage paperwork and order replacement parts correctly, then how can I trust the quality of their services? Legacy should be ashamed of these low quality standards.

Unbelievable service! Truly! They gave me a great deal on the initial purchase but go forbid you need service! TWICE they LOST my car ON THERE lot! TWICE! Not to mention being initially TURNED AWAY and sent to a tire store for a WARRANTIED part! The first time I dropped it off I could not borrow a car anymore (9 day experience here) and they gave me a loaner with huge writing on the windshield. Then the MOMENT I get it back, there is another problem! I am told I had to lease a car and could not get a loaner and was SENT AWAY because they didn't have a car to rent! The second time I drop it off, I borrow a car for 4 days only to be told no one knows how to check a drop box properly! I am so furious! The best part they asked me for a great review! Seriously? Try an honest one! I recommend buying here but get your car fixed somewhere else!

I showed up at Legacy Ford with no intentions of buy a vehicle. I was in the market but just looking as it was the first time I'd stepped foot on a lot since 2005 and prior to that 1999. I'd heard many stories from family and friends about the sale tactics, pressure pitching, not the best deals with finance companies etc, so I came in with some apprehension in hopes to just browse the lot. I was greeted by Used Car Sales Agent Rudy; young ambitious but straight to the point and honest. He asked valid questions and asked if he could at least show me a few options based on details I provided. He took into account of my day to day use of the vehicle, the amount of space needed, flexibility ... He simply Listened and Applied. We were able to build a great rapport between one another, had genuine conversations about life in general. I promise I felt like I was just hanging out. I looked at a Nissan Rouge and then a Ford Explorer. I was immediately sold on the Explorer. We talked numbers he spoke with management , we test drove, and return back to the office. I stepped on the lot at appx 1:45 I was approved by 3:00 pm . I left and returned to pick up my purchase at about 5:00 pm.

Upon arrival to sign paperwork and close out with the Finance department I met Lance , another great guy. Who not only was professional but just as cool calm and collective. I felt like me and Lance grew up together after all the laughs we shared. He was so clear on the terms, answered questions no matter how many I asked and not once did he make me feel uneasy or rushed through the process. Id like to say he played an intricate part along with Rudy in my great buying experience. he offered me an extended warranty that I initially declined but then he gave me some solid advice; remember Lance and I talked like we'd known each other for years. Lance reminded me that I'd just purchased a $19k computer on wheels (haha) AS IS. considering I wanted to maintain a tight budget he advised it would only be in my best interest to purchase the warranty if something broke on the truck, a small addition to my monthly payment -VS- $2000 plus in repairs as a single mother would be smart move. I heard him loud and clear and took his advice that was clearly in my favor.

A week or so after my purchase I reached out to Legacy Ford on a small concern with the vehicle i was having, I was forwarded to Salvador (Used Care Sales Manager). And none the less another great experience, he took immediate action to address my concerns, provided a loaner at no cost, and by the end of the day contacted to let me know my concerns were addressed and shouldn't have any issues, but if for any reason i did he assured me I could call on him. Considering Id purchased a used vehicle and signed the "As Is" clause i was a little hesitant to call with my concerns. In spite of Salvador took customer service a notch up by handling my concerns.

I came in prepared to walk out overwhelmed with the overall car buying experience. Instead I walked out excited about a $19,000 purchase - now you tell me that isn't great customer service at is finest . LOL

The sales process was great. I absolutely love my new F-150. I felt very comfortable to be able to make my own decisions. I went in thinking I was going to buy another Make but they totally changed my mind by being knowledgeable and asking me what I was looking for and working with me to answer all my questions and concerns. I went with 4 stars because I am having a service issue that is taking a while to resolve because the part is on back order. I am hopeful we will get it taken care of soon.

Maybe people have had good experiences buying cars...

Maybe people have had good experiences buying cars through this dealership but the service we ve received leasing a car has been horrible and negligent. After my fathers car died for the third time WHILE in the middle of driving in the highway, the service center still cannot find anything wrong with the car and refuse to let them get another car under the lease. They cannot afford to early terminate or to rent another vehicle. My parents have been without a car for almost a week now (for the third time) and we ve been told to call different people with everyone pointing the finger at someone else. I ve called the finance center (Louie Martinez in particular) over five times now in the past couple of days and no one will call me back. The woman at the front desk says that he is there and she is not sure why he has not called me back. I spoke with Thomas Levica in service who informed me that someone would call me back yesterday and of course I did not receive a call back. We ve been very patient. I m hoping someone there will see this review and do the right thing.

We came in with a different mindset and we walked out with an even better view! We came to trade in our CHEVY Silverado and come out with possibly just one vehicle to share and y all we came out with TWO,one brand new explorer & a beautiful GT mustang for my guy,ALL in our based budget. First we were greeted by Chase who hooked us up on the vehicles,then Lance in finance who gave us the best numbers and to top it off we had Joe who gave us every bell and whistle and made sure our cars were up to perfection. The communication level was outstanding,not to mention we felt like we were hanging out with friends by the end of it all. Seriously I have been to 20+ dealerships and the level of amazing is off the charts here at legacy. I never enjoy buying cars.. but this time it was so much fun. Oh and my entire family bought a car that day as well,ha! Thanks again guys! XOXOX

Very polite behavior and welcoming Sales Person. But beware of the pricing! Don't get attracted by the asking price. We went to view a pre-owned $15000 car. They gave me a bill of sale where they added, 'Theft Guard' $200, 'Window Tint' $300, 'Preowned Inspection' $1000, 'Doc Fee' $149 (reasonable), Processing Fees $400, 'Non-Tax fees' $300, 'UC customer care' $300. The total came to $21000. Very interesting experience. Buyers beware!

I made my service appointment over 2 weeks out for standard oil change, tire rotation etc and also 3 recalls. At the end of my service appointment day I was told that one of the recalls couldn't be completed due to lack of parts. Why weren't the parts available given the fact that I notified them over 2 weeks before I came in. A second trip was required.

The service rep was great and the actual service was also great. No complaints. Something in the process slipped.

We agreed to run my credit through only one bank, since my credit is good, but they decided to do it their way and ran it four (inquiries) different times. I purchased the car but saw the inquiries the very next day. Plus I didn't like the fact that they added a hidden certified fee of $995, so call vehicle inspection fee after the bank approves you. Can't trust them so I can't do business with them in the future. Sorry!

Your service personnel need a lesson in customer service, they could care less if you use them or go else where, they said so in so uncertain terms. They are in no hurry to get your vehicle back to you, it may be 3 or 4 days or even 2 weeks for a 4 hour job. There seems to be no supervision in that department, top management doesn't really know what is going on with their business. It appears that is left up to the service personnel or mechanic when and if that get to your job, it took a week just to tell me what was wrong with my truck. I've had the same problem with that type of service before, it always will be 2 or 3 days before even looking at your problem, the time before they told me it might be better if I went somewhere else if I was in a hurry, so I did, went to Helfman Ford. I couldn't go there this last time because I was at the mercy of the wrecker service, the tow is to the nearest Ford Dealer or I would have to pay extra.
Yet I keep getting mail outs wanting me to upgrade to a new vehicle, you want my money for a new vehicle but could care less about me after the sale. I've bought 4 new vehicles from you your dealership in last 4 years, yet I can't get decent service when I need.

I can't recommend this place to buy a car since it's the worst deal ever for me and my wife. Really taken to the cleaners added charges to the vehicle I didn't even agree to an found when I refinanced it!

I just recently purchased a truck from Legacy and I'll tell you, I couldn't have met a better bunch of people. The salesman Sam Samo worked to find the vehicle I wanted, in addition offering me a couple of optional trucks I might be interested in. In the course of our conversations, we spoke of many things, including his strong belief in the family unit.

Afterwards, we met with Lance Waugh, Finance Manager for the paperwork portion. During the course of our conversation, we again spoke of many things, among them his service to our country.

At the end, K.C. came outside to present me with the keys and to take pictures. I left the dealership that night with a great feeling, knowing that I had just received exceptional service from a wonderful family of people.

We're so glad we ran into Joe! We picked out a brand new Escape and he made it so easy for us! He knew the product inside and out and was so friendly and low pressure! Crew was very friendly and helpful. They were quick to take my keys and get to it.
Only complain is that it was the most expensive oil change I had ever paid for. I always use ford quick lanes for my oil changes and this time around I paid $20 more than usual.

told me I did not need an alignment on my F350. When I went to pay the bill the charged me for a front end alignment. I asked where the paperwork was for the alignment and they told me they did not have it. I told them I would not pay unless I could see the alignment paper. It took 20 mins. for them NOT to produce the paper and not charge me. You got to watch these guys. Also, on their QUICK lane service-----they usually do a good job. But when I get the "WORKS" (oil,filter, tire rotation) they never adjust the proper air pressure in the tires as manf. spec. for front and back tires once rotated. This can cause serious proplems if you are hauling a heavy load on a trailer. Rear tires 80# front tires 65#. You people in the Quick Lane department need to know this about your Ford Spec.

Jessie and parts always helpful they've been fair to me although service I've had trouble with trying to tell me what noise from my engine was normal because it was under warranty just so happened I had another vehicle with the same engine same here that didn't make the noise and I'm also a veteran technician so I know the difference knew exactly what the problem was and made them fix it reluctantly they did told me if they didn't find any damage when the timing cover was removed I would pay for it in full which I agreed because I knew they would find damage if they couldn't I would show it to them
