In a transactional society, it's refreshing to actually have something in common with the vendor.
When you can talk bike riding with one person and Steeler football with another, it beats having to think that you're in the wrong place with the wrong folks.
This is our second Ford Focus from Legacy and though we live west of Austin, it remains our dealer of choice.
