I lived in Katy and I just bought a F150 from Legacy Ford at Rosenberg. Patrick Sexton the General Manager was helpful to find me a truck that meet my needs. They gave me a great discount that other Ford dealers could not give it to me. My sales person was Anthony Artino. He was patience and not pushy. I was there twice and always very courteous and helpful. He even delivered my truck at my house door step and walked me through all the features. Great service and great discount.
Sales guy, Joe, was amazing and got a great deal done for us. The Finance guy, Lance, did everything he could do get us the best rate. We will definitely be a repeat customer.
We brought our 2014 Explorer in for service at Quick Lane at Legacy Ford on a Saturday morning at our appointment time. We expected to settle in for a long wait, since this was our 30k-mile service. We were in and out within the hour, and our request to leave the windshield washer fluid low/un-filled was respected. It's easy for lube techs to rush through the topping-off of fluids, but because we use a specialty fluid, we hoped the team would mind our wishes. No more doubting these guys - we were thoroughly pleased with the service!
The Legacy Ford team made purchasing my new vehicle easy. I wanted very specific features and the team put together a special order to meet all my asks. I am giving them 4 stars because like doctors, mechanics can't be perfect. There are always special cases for everything. Even the best mechanics in the world will come across an issue they have never seen before and be stumped from time to time.
With that said, these guys diagnosed the problem extremely quickly. Did the work much faster than expected and filled me in with detail on what happened. Would take my vehicle to them first on any issues.
Recently went just to see what be offered for my trade. I ended up walking out with a new car and payments to my likely and low interest rate thanks to Lamont my sales rep. Process took no more than 2 hours.. I also found minor repairs that needed attention and Joe Paynr made sure it was done in 1 day and even gave me a loaner. They were both efficient, understanding and quick to address my concerns. They made my experience that much better. Buying a car? I'd recommend them
Have got three of our vehicles from here and have always had great service and prices joe Payne was a great man to talk to and has always been able to meet needs and answer all the questions that we have had wouldn't go anywhere else but LEGACY FORD.
From initial phone call, to greeting, to check out, the staff in the service dept. at Legacy Ford was very professional. Mike Smith was excellent in understanding the situation with my Explorer and was very knowledgeable. His follow up during the repair process was outstanding, as he kept in touch with updates at each step, including handling everything with my warranty company. Gerald Powell, the Service Director also followed up, which was much appreciated. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and I would recommend using these guys for your service & repair needs. As a first timer to Legacy, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fast turn around times and quality work = 5 stars. Oh, in the main bldg, their cafe has some yummy breakfast tacos!
I am very thankful to Sergio and Eddie in the service department. I purchased my CPO Escape four months ago from a different dealership (AutoNation Ford Katy ... do NOT buy from them!!!) and this past Saturday, my vehicle just stopped going in the middle of traffic. I had it towed to Legacy Ford since it was the closest dealership to where it broke down. Turns out, AutoNation Ford Katy sold me a car with the completely wrong battery for my car (NOT a Ford Motor Parts battery, which it should have been if being sold as a certified pre-owned vehicle and the wrong size!!!) which blew the fuse box. I tried speaking with Sam, the Pre-Owned Sales manager at AutoNation Ford Katy but he was no help and doesn t want to own up to their mistake. I have yet to hear back from Mike Stevens, the GSM, even though I ve left several messages. Sergio and Eddie were very helpful with the diagnosis of my car and even provided me with additional information to help me get AutoNation to reimburse me. In retrospect, I should have purchased my car from Legacy but hindsight is 20/20. I will definitely be using this dealership (Legacy Ford and NOT AutoNation Ford Katy) for all of my service/sales needs in the future.
Red did a great job of going over and above of the repair to my F150 last week. He worked with the technician to get the repair done on time but also kept me informed. He also took care of a couple of recalls that were outstanding on my truck. I will use Legacy and Red for future service needs.

Dealing with the great Sales, Financial and Customer service people at Legacy was a pleasure. Joe Payne was especially helpful. McKenzie and Stephen were a pleasure also. However, I have to say that the major repair portion of shop needs some improvement.
I scheduled an online appointment with legacy Ford service Dept for 8:00 am Monday and arrived at 7:30 am. I was greeted ten minutes later by an older man who asked what can we do you for? I told Him I had an appointment for my door key to be cut and for my remote to be programmed and he replied it would take two or three hours and asked me if I was sure I wanted to do that today? I replied yes I m sure it s my only day off this week, so we went inside and fifteen minutes later he said I did not have an appointment. I asked for his supervisor and he made excuses also, so I asked for his supervisor. He told me I didn t read the fine print on the website and it was only an appointment to drop off my vehicle and they have 120 cars in their service Dept. I said I didn t realize I didn t have an appointment and told him I would simply take my truck somewhere else. Legacy Ford went out of their way to make sure I understood my business wasn t wanted nor needed! I called Hefman Ford and was told no appointment was necessary to come on in, so I drove 18 miles down the freeway and pulled up and was immediately greeted by a young man who told me it should be an hour and a half or so and only cost $89. I did not tell anyone at Helfman ford about what had happened at legacy Ford. I wouldn t go back to legacy Ford if it was free! I bought my truck from legacy Ford one year ago! Helfman Ford has my business for the life of my truck! Avoid legacy Ford like the plague!
Love Legacy Ford and Joe Payne! Just bought my second vehicle in 13 months from Legacy because customer service matters. Joe took the time to find the perfect truck for me- all I had to do was show up and give it a test drive! Buying is easy when you trust your salesperson. I visited Legacy after talking to a couple of other dealerships across the Houston area, one who gave me such a horrible deal that no one else could get me a deal through Ford Credit. Legacy took the extra time to secure a deal that worked for me, and got me into a new F150. Brandon Aldridge was the salesman that helped me out and was easy to talk to, not pushy, and didn't try to use any dirty sales tactics. If your in the market definitely check these guys out and ask for Brandon. As a bonus they also offer a lifetime power train warranty and free replacement keys in case you loose one. Nobody else offers that.
Joe Payne is the best!! This was the second time working with Legacy Ford and we will only go there for our vehicles. Everyone was so helpful and answer all of our questions without any problems. I would highly recommend them!
Bought a new expedition There sales told us about there lifetime warranty. What they fail to mention was all the extra charges for qualified that service . Even service said thats how they get people in.
My husband and I were shopping for a 2019 Ford Edge. We had settled on one, and were provided a printed quote. It was a good price. We have friends who are retired from Ford, and had an X discount number. We asked the friends and family price. After a few minutes, the sales manager came back and informed us that there was a system glitch and the original price we were quoted was incorrect. He went on to state that the friends and family price was about $7k more than our original quote, but they would let us have the vehicle for $3k more than that quote, less than the friends and family price.
Having worked for decades in the retail environment, we were shocked! They refused to honor the original price quote. Needless to say, we walked away. We have no use for a dealership that doesn t stand by their word. We will not be back, but will share our experience with others.

Took my truck in for repairs the staff there was friendly and quick to expedite the service order and was done in a reasonable amount of time didn't wait there long and they have a deli good tacos
I made my service appointment over 2 weeks out for standard oil change, tire rotation etc and also 3 recalls. At the end of my service appointment day I was told that one of the recalls couldn't be completed due to lack of parts. Why weren't the parts available given the fact that I notified them over 2 weeks before I came in. A second trip was required.
The service rep was great and the actual service was also great. No complaints. Something in the process slipped.
Legacy Ford was awesome! Simply put and so very true. I had been in contact with another dealership in the area(side note...we live over an hour away and only one day to purchase a new truck) and was left waiting for a response for several hours. Contacted Legacy myself, spoke with Vanessa, she promptly checked to see if the truck we wanted was on the lot. Yes it was!!! We knew what we wanted (own a ford) no need to test drive! Vanessa started all the paperwork while we made a quick drive to Rosenberg! She even had the truck drive out ready by the time we got there. Lance was on the ball as well. All paperwork was ready to be signed as soon as we drove up. We were ready to drive home in a little over an hour, BEST car buying experience ever!! Have had my 2014 Ford Focus in 3 times because the transmission slips. They "fixed" it three times with the last time about 3 weeks ago and it is already slipping again!

I Dropped my truck off one morning and then followed up 24 hours later concerned they had never looked at it, to be told it was almost done and I could pick it up that evening. I was very impressed with the speedy repair.

Vanessa Wright was our sales rep and was very outstanding with experience and knowledge of the new Ford Explorer. She explained how the Explorer SUV ST was unique from the other Explorer Trim models. She also had the car cleaned and ready for pickup when we arrived. Vanessa also took the time to explain all the functions of the vehicle to my wife down to the detail. The low tire pressure warning light came on while driving to a medical appointment. Afterwards, I drove to Legacy for them to check out the tire problem. It was around lunch break time, but they were able to replace the tire relatively quickly. They are always so nice when I have an auto problem. I highly recommend Legacy Ford, and I count on them to keep my 2016 Focus HB running great.
