I just bought my car from Legacy (first time using their sales reps) because i had been taking my Taurus in for service for over three years and the service dept is phenomenal. What an awesome experience. I wasn t disappointed with the other side. Love TJ, Venessa, Stephen and Joe. Great team. Never once did i hear that dreaded sentence what can we do to get you in this car today . I told them what i wanted, what my monthly spending limit was and they delivered. I m a Legacy Ford lifer now.
I d be giving them more than 5 stars but that s all Google allows. So 10/10, 5 stars, excellent out of excellent. Doesn t matter. This dealership is the best. Thank you again Venessa and TJ (my sales reps), Stephen (my financial manager) and Joe (my personal let me teach you about your car trainer who knew EVERYTHING plus some about my new car. He even smiled through my dumb questions and did not make me feel dumb at all). I give y all , 5 thumbs up.
