The service department is just okay, they need to be better organized, efficient, and increase their level of communication. I had to constantly call and ask for updates for nearly three weeks while my vehicle was being fixed. The last straw is when I showed up to pickup my vehicle and it still wasn t ready... This was after calling the day prior, leaving a message, not receiving a return phone call, AND 3 days after it should have been ready. I won t be returning to this dealer for service.

The salesman and finance department were super friendly and I never once felt pressured. I will definitely be going back in the future and would recommend this place to anyone. Sales rep was very attentive and listened to what I wanted and showed me only the options that I asked to see. Finance rep beat my CU rate and administered the paperwork process very quickly. We were helped by both Joe and Vanessa with buying our new Ford Expedition. We started with Jo on the phone earlier in the week and met with Vanessa when we spontaneously made the long drive to the dealership, as Jo was traveling back from another sale. We chose the dealership not just because of the pricing but because of the rapport that was established over the phone. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly but not pushy or clingy like most dealerships. Both salespersons were patient with us and very accommodating. The manager, Abraham, checked on us and stayed involved as we worked out details that best suited our needs. Once we chose a vehicle, the financial guru, Mr. Waugh, was refreshing, personable, and straightforward with the financing. He laid everything out for us and there was no rush to sign anything.

They have a really great team here. Everyone works together, seamlessly, and the impact reflects in your experience. We will be recommending this dealership, and namely the people mentioned above, to all our friends and family.

Gene Hoot was my sales guy and he was just awesome. Treated me like family and helped me get the best deal possible. Paul helped me get in as quickly as possible and, also went above and beyond for me. Was able to get me in right away. Luis Martinez was my finance guy and explained all the documents and gave me some recommendations to better serve me as the customer. Legacy Ford helps make car buying easier than expected. Legacy Ford has been awesome to us every time we have bought a vehicle. In the last 8 years we have bought 6 vehicles from Legacy. Everytime has been the same exceptional customer experience. I have never felt pressure from any of thier sales team to buy anything. I like the fact that you can go and look at vehicles and not have sales people hovering over you asking you every 5 seconds what can I show you; what about this; what about that. The sales team gives you a chance to approach them about what your looking for and goes from there.
The service department and body shop has been exceptional everytime we have had any of our vehicles in for service or repairs. I highly recommend Legacy Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. They truly live up to thier statement about "Building a Legacy one Vehicle at a Time".

Dropped off vehicle for service work. Was called in afternoon and told it was ready. Went to pick up and informed it wasn t repaired. Needed to order parts. 10 days later still no parts. On top of all that it s a safety issue.

People at the dealership were very nice. The process of buying the used truck was very streamlined. The dealership did a great job detailing the truck inside and out...best I've seen. However, I was lead to believe that the truck had no issues according to the manager of internet sales. On my way back home I tried to engage the cruise control but it did not work I called the next day and spoke to internet sales manager who at that time didn't understand how that might have been missed in their inspection/make ready of vehicle. He said he would do some checking and get back to me. It was five or six days later of me leaving voice mail and emails before the internet sales manager contacted me indicating they don't check the cruise control on their used vehicles and that I signed the as-is agreement. He told me I could bring it in and they could look at it but if it was not something simple I would have to pay for the repair. I feel this should have been checked on their inspection/make ready of the truck. For this reason I will not be buying anything in the future from legacy ford.

Quick and efficient service. Sales man met us in the parking lot. Took us directly to the truck we were looking for and straight to financing within an hour of our arrival. No haggling and trying to offer additional item not requested. Best service ever.

Great buying experience with Gene and Brad, went in for one vehicle and walked out with two new trucks. One truck came with a bed-liner and electronic tailgate lock that hadn't been installed at time of purchase, but Paul Andrews is easy to work with and got them taken care of at my convenience even sending a tech to my house to accommodate my schedule. Will be dealing with these guys again in the future.

I just want to say the F150-Raptor is an amazing truck! It was just that time of life where I wanted to go look for my dream truck and Legacy Ford had the truck I wanted with majority of all of the upgrades I planned on getting on it! So literally I did not need to do much of the upgrades since it came with it! I do want to say the service was very professional. I know when it came down to finances and negotiations, the sales person John and sales manager Tony were very patient with me. Kasey was very helpful as well helping me set up the truck and explaining the ford app. If I had a question or concern, they would answer very quickly and was eager to help with anything I needed.

I visited Legacy Ford for the first oil change/ tire rotation on my new truck and was very disappointed when I returned home and reviewed their servicve checklist versus what was actually done. They did not fill the windshield wiper reservoir and left the cap open on it. Ray Charles could see that the air filter was not inspected, there was dust all over the box with NO fingerprints! Save yourself the money and go to a corner lube shop, the price is lower and they will at least vacuum it for you there...lol. I emailed the owner, Ron Ewer, who is listed on their website and never received a reply, it has been over a month today. I proceeded to file a complaint with Ford customer relations and they still have not contacted me. I finally brought it to the attention of the GM, Patrick who pretended to care, but did not offer any solutions. NEVER AGAIN! While I was there for hte maintenance I went to the service department and told the service advisor how my truck (2010 F250 6.4L Powerstroke w/ DPF) is making black smoke on acceleration and white smoke intermittantly and he advised that this is normal! This is not "normal" so I spoke with the service manager after being told by two service writers how this is "normal" and he agreed that this is not normal. Too late, I have no faith in a dealership who either lacks knowledge of their product or will lie to you! They proceeded to advise me that they could not reproduce the problem, I watched them start the truck to drive it around front to me and saw it smoke and it continued to smoke. I then took the service manager for a ride and showed him what it does and asked if this is enuff proof that it smokes! I have heard that Von Der Au Ford in El Campo has a much better diesel tech on staff that can actually fix stuff, I will find out soon!

Jerry at Legacy Ford was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I needed in a vehicle and was able to work out the perfect price for me and my family. The finance department made the purchase of our used vehicle quick and easy. I was able to drive off the lot with my new truck within 3 hours of my arrival. They even gave me a full tank of gas. Awesome!

The customer service representatives are always nice and courteous. They make sure I understand all that is being done to my vehicle. I never worry that they are trying to inflate my bill or add services that are not needed. It s because of this I will not go anywhere else for car repair or maintenance.

I got a recall notice for the airbag on my car in July and scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. I made arrangements for a ride to work since I work outside their shuttle area and left my car at Legacy Ford in the morning. I got a call later that day that they didn't have the right parts for my car so they couldn't do the replacement. I was told they would call and reschedule once they had the parts.

I checked with them several times and was finally told on Dec. 11 that they had the parts for my car. I set up an appointment for Dec. 26 to have the airbag replaced. Since they were going to be closed for the holidays, I called on Dec. 20 to re-verify my appointment. I told the man on the phone that I was bringing my car in for an airbag recall and he confirmed my appointment was in the system.

I brought my car to Legacy Ford on Dec. 26th for my appointment and was told they were not doing recall work for the next couple of weeks. I was very upset since that was not mentioned when I called a few days previously. When I asked why I had not been informed they would not do the work, my answer was a shoulder shrug.

Obviously the service department representatives do not care about wasting their customers' time. They have my phone number and email. Someone could have called, emailed, or texted me or told me when I called to verify my appointment that they would not work on my car. Instead, they waited until I showed up for my appointment to let me know. That is very poor customer service!

They didn t order parts for my very common recall before I brought it it even though they knew that was the purpose. They didn t even look at the car for two days and then decided to order the parts. They never called to report status when they said they would. So it took a week for some that took an hour to do. Arghhh. They certainly don t think in customer friendly terms or think at all.

Editing this now because the car had a leak from the factory, which Legacy had to have known about, or at least had to have seen before they sold. The truck spent 3 weeks at the dealer for leaks and transmissions issues. They finally found the leak. Back windshield replaced. Requested that the carpet be replaced because of mold. Ford denied it - only shampoo'd the carpet. Sold the vehicle 7 months after buying it because it was disgusting and smelled like wet dog. Could have been prevented if Legacy was honest and told me their was water in the brand new $40,000 truck that I was about to buy.

What can I say to express my many thanks to Ron, Lance, and Joe?!?! Y all gave me the most for my trade, knew where I wanted to be in price and payment, what I wanted in a vehicle and got me exactly that!!! They were kind, responsive, and best of all forth coming and honest! No offense boys, but that is hard to find in car sales! They even delivered it to me!!!

My husband s truck will need to be replaced soon and we will be back! Thank you again and God bless all of you!!!

If I could give less than a one star review I would! I went on Kelley Blue Book to get an instant value on my truck. A cash offer. I was offered $6800 from Kelley Blue Book. I get a phone call from Legacy Ford in Rosenberg, telling me they would love to evaluate my vehicle and that they beat Kelley Blue Book offer, because Kelley Blue Book tends to lowball. So I ll make time out of my day to drive 45 minutes from Katy Texas to Rosenberg. After sitting there and checking out vehicles for over an hour, they bring me my offer. They offer me $6000 for the same vehicle that Kelley Blue Book offered me $6800 for and Carmax offered me $6500 for. I mentioned that to them and they told me that my Kelley Blue Book value was $5381. So I pulled out the paperwork that I kept from each place.
All I have to say, is Legacy Ford it is a bunch of crooks! I have worked in the car industry, I have sold cars, and this is an absolute atrocity! Do not buy a vehicle from them, do not trade in a vehicle! The vehicle I was looking at to buy, the price said on their webpage and on the side of the vehicle one price and they tried to add on $1500 more for the same exact vehicle before tax. They said it covers they are handling of the vehicle while on their lot.

We brought our 2014 Explorer in for service at Quick Lane at Legacy Ford on a Saturday morning at our appointment time. We expected to settle in for a long wait, since this was our 30k-mile service. We were in and out within the hour, and our request to leave the windshield washer fluid low/un-filled was respected. It's easy for lube techs to rush through the topping-off of fluids, but because we use a specialty fluid, we hoped the team would mind our wishes. No more doubting these guys - we were thoroughly pleased with the service!

Had the tires rotated and oil change; all was good! Except thastAll was good...except that evening I was driving and saw my headlights were not working. Headed home thinking a fuse was blown! After some tinkering I checked the head light switch and and found it off :( It had been on 'auto' since the day I bought the car! I would have thought the 'mechanics' would have known to leave the switch on auto! No harm done...just 30 mins of troubleshooting! :)
