We worked with salesmen John Vaughn and Julius Moore. They both were very attentive and listened carefully to our needs and wants. John was very knowledgeable about option availability and packages, and helped us find our car which included some searches of other dealership inventory. Julius walked us through the FordPass system and helped us get our phones set up to manage our car ownership. If you haven't learned about FordPass it might be worth your while to look into it. We seldom find car buying 'fun', but the Legacy staff did a good job of managing our pain. It's important to know that Legacy Ford extends the 5 year powertrain warranty for the life of the vehicle as long as it's with the original owner. Their only requirement is to let them do the 30k inspection and service, and every 30k thereafter. This was a good reason for us to go there to buy our new car. One final point, we had a misunderstanding about our deal that we noticed the day after signing the financing paperwork. We wondered if this would be a major confrontation, but the Finance Manager Lance Waugh got it immediately corrected to our satisfaction, no questions asked. We are happy with our experience.
