Had to unfortunately get a tire replaced this morn...

Had to unfortunately get a tire replaced this morning. I know absolutely nothing about vehicles and going to dealerships usually gives me a headache!
I was towed to Legacy Ford by their towing service of choice and the guys who came to "save me" were very time efficient.
Got to Legacy and Steven Robles took care of me as soon as I walked in the door. Very friendly and extremely professional gentleman!
Felt like I was in and out of Legacy in no time. Great customer service all around! Thanks Steven!
