We bought a new Expedition here not too long ago. We knew what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay for it - knowing we would have to negotiate the price. We found the Expedition on their lot - HUGE selection of every model Ford makes - and the purchase process was literally a snap. With two hours from the time we walked into their showroom, we drove away in our new vehicle.

I want to add that we decided to buy from Legacy because of the EXCELLENT SERVICE they provided over the 5 years we owned our old Expedition, which we purchased from another dealer. Their Service Department is first class - regardless of where you purchased you vehicle. They even beat the price on a set of tires we were going to purchase at Discount Tire for our old vehicle.

Finally. Legacy Ford provides financial support to the Texana Learning Center, a day habitation and vocation training center for individuals. Legacy also employees individuals with disabilities. As the parent of a child with disabilities, businesses such as Legacy Ford give me hope that my daughter will be able to work and be a productive member of society.

If I could give less than a one star review I would! I went on Kelley Blue Book to get an instant value on my truck. A cash offer. I was offered $6800 from Kelley Blue Book. I get a phone call from Legacy Ford in Rosenberg, telling me they would love to evaluate my vehicle and that they beat Kelley Blue Book offer, because Kelley Blue Book tends to lowball. So I ll make time out of my day to drive 45 minutes from Katy Texas to Rosenberg. After sitting there and checking out vehicles for over an hour, they bring me my offer. They offer me $6000 for the same vehicle that Kelley Blue Book offered me $6800 for and Carmax offered me $6500 for. I mentioned that to them and they told me that my Kelley Blue Book value was $5381. So I pulled out the paperwork that I kept from each place.
All I have to say, is Legacy Ford it is a bunch of crooks! I have worked in the car industry, I have sold cars, and this is an absolute atrocity! Do not buy a vehicle from them, do not trade in a vehicle! The vehicle I was looking at to buy, the price said on their webpage and on the side of the vehicle one price and they tried to add on $1500 more for the same exact vehicle before tax. They said it covers they are handling of the vehicle while on their lot.

I came here looking for a new Ford Explorer and had thought I wanted it with tan leather, but after seeing some with the black leather I changed my mind. They didn't have the black leather in stock with the exterior paint I wanted so Aaron went above and beyond to find my dream car which could be delivered Monday... The best part was in the mean time he let me take home another new Explorer over the weekend until mine was ready! Not to mention they gave me top dollar for my trade in car! Highly recommend the team at Legacy Ford and we will be back when it's time to trade in our truck for an upgrade!

Horrible experience. My son currently serving in the Army was home for a few days and wanted to buy a new F150 while here. He contacted Legacy several weeks ago and told them when he would arrive and exactly the truck he desired so they could have it ready. The week before arrival he was assured it would be ready on Monday afternoon (the day he arrived). When he called Monday he was told a delay so Tuesday at 1. Tuesday afternoon he was told Wednesday at 1, then not until 2:30. When he got to Legacy at 2:30 - still not there.

When it finally arrived at about 3, he did a test drive and set the final buying process in motion. It turns out they had only one sales manager (why have sales people if they can not make a decision?) and so things ground to a near halt. He had called Ford about financing rates a was told 60 mos and 2.9% (note his credit rating is over 800 and he documentation showing he has savings to buy 2 or 3 F150's cash). The sales man told him they only offer 5% rates.

We pulled up the same truck on the legacy website and they showed several discounts and sure enough 2.9% for 60 mos with legacy name within the payment calculator box. The sales man said that was some other thing that did not apply. This is clearly a text book definition of BAIT AND SWITCH. Because my son only has limited days of leave and his purchase date was already pushed back he felt pressure to just go along and continue the purchase. Finally after 8:30 he drove away. 6 hours after arriving.

That truck buying experience was pathetic and legacy ford should be embarrassed. I never intend to step foot into a legacy dealership again and hope this review will encourage others to find a dealer that does not cheat and respects a customers time.

This review is for my experience with the service department.
Every time I bring my car or truck in for service it sits in the shop for weeks at a time before being looked at. Then when I go pick my car up, twice now the problems have not been fixed and the car has to go back in, then I have to wait all over again. No urgency at all there to get my vehicles back to me fixed correctly.

Best ever car buying experience. Team was amazing and very friendly from the Sales person to the Finance and Managers. The whole team definitely did their best to get us in and out. Really felt like we were leaving there with a great deal and will return there for out next Ford purchase. Thank you Amanda!!

I brought my truck in for a leak at Legacy Ford in Rosenberg, TX. My service rep was very helpful in taking my truck in for service. I got a call a few days later from Legacy Ford saying my truck had a water pump leak and needed to be replaced. I spent +$1100 on a new water pump. I picked up my truck and took it home. A few days later, I noticed the same area was leaking and it was actually worse than before I brought it in for the fix. I took my truck back to get fixed again. It was on a Saturday and I mentioned that I needed a rental car because I had to go into work on Sunday. I was told that Enterprise is closed on the weekend and there were no cars available. I asked for a loaner car and was told that there were no loaner cars available. I asked to speak to a manager and after 30 minutes of waiting was told that there was in fact a loaner car available. Three days later I was told that there were some parts that needed to be put on to the pump and that the leak would finally be fixed. My service rep was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with during this process and I don't think any of this was his fault.

After my experience, I have two problems with Legacy Ford. My first problem was the rental/loaner car. After bringing my truck back for a leak that should have been fixed the first time, I needed a ride and was told you didn't have a loaner when in fact you did. My second problem is that the leak was not fixed the first time around and I had to bring the truck back for repair on the same leak. Let me reiterate, I do not have a problem with my service rep, but I do have a problem with management and with the mechanic that should have noticed the problem the first time. I understand people make mistakes and overlook so I'll let the service issue slide despite it being very inconvenient. I still have a problem, though, with management.

This is the same dealership that I had a major issue with back in 2016 when I was looking to purchase a truck. I had an appointment to test drive a truck. When I showed up for my appointment on time to test drive, I was told that a "family friend" of the manager had showed up and was out test driving the same truck that I had an appointment to test drive!!! I ended up buying the truck from Katy Auto-nation Ford after that experience.

Bottom line - I have had a bad history with Legacy Ford. It's a shame because you guys are right in my backyard which makes it very convenient, but I just can't trust your service.

If you are just looking to buy a great car at a decent value, this place will suit you just fine. Only warnings I would give apply to most dealerships nowadays using automated sales systems and programs- expect to receive mail, email, and phonecalls for a loong time regardless of requesting off any marketing lists.

My exact car was also advertised at thousands below the sticker price they listed when I arrived. To their credit, after some negotiation they honored the advertised price.

However, I have had nothing but problems with having my car serviced there. Last oil change, they ignored a leaky tire that I specifically requested be inspected or replaced. Ignoring the safety issues and quality of service issues, It was extremely aggravating to find the tire once again low on air a few days later; albeit on the other side of the car due to the tire rotation.

Time before that (repairing some cosmetic damage) they ignored my request that the car be inspected while it was being worked on.

Rental car process was a lot of waiting before being driven across Rosenburg to pick it up, but this may have just been a fluke.

Watching the mechanic who worked on my truck, I noticed he took the time to wipe off and clean the areas off the bottom of my truck.

He was also very patient with me and helped me set up my personal contacts on the vehicle's screen and explained the many features of the car. All the other personnel were nice too. We had a wonderful experience at Legacy Ford this month when purchasing our new vehicle. Amanda was our saleswoman she was great. She was never pushy with us and she made us feel very welcomed. Amanda did her absolute best to get us the right deal for what we were wanting. She was very patient with us even with our two young children we had with us. I've been there three times now for service. The first was automotive repairs and the second two were for collision damage to 2 different vehicles. On each occasion I was completely delighted about both the service, workmanship and cost. I would highly recommend the collision group, and strongly recommend the automotive service dept.

DO NOT use their service department!! Twice I took my vehicle that had an intermittent problem. Twice they refused to even check anything on my vehicle because they couldn't duplicate the issue. I completely get they need to replicate it. My complaint goes beyond that. I gave a very specific description. The first time I took it, they had it for two full days without any updates to us (our mistake for not checking in with them. I thought they were repairing the vehicle). At 4 pm on the second day, we called for an update and they told us they couldn't duplicate it so to come get it. So for two days, they drove it a couple of times and checked nothing. The second time, we drop it off at 8am and at 4 pm we're told the same thing...they couldn't duplicate the issue. But this time, the service adviser "forgot" to tell the technician (who was now gone for the day) my detailed description of the issue. When we went to get the vehicle, my husband asked for something in writing, signed. that said they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. The manager refused to provide anything signed. When my husband asked why he wouldn't sign it, he finally snatched the paper out of my husband's hand, ripping the paper, and tried to scribble something on it. At that point he left. Twice now I feel like they made no real attempt to find a problem with the vehicle. We offered to leave it longer for them to actually look at it. No. We offered to pay for a detailed inspection. No. They just wanted us out of there. I have never before felt like I did not matter as a customer at all. It was awful.
***UPDATE: Took to Autonation Ford in Katy. Although they also could not replicate the sound (which we were not surprised about), they still looked at the vehicle based on my description. They isolated what they thought was causing the issue, and actually offered a solution. Thank goodness for someone that listens to customers!

The best customer service I have personally experienced in a car dealership. I just recently purchased a 2016 Mustang GT/CS and I was fully convinced this was the perfect car for me and Legacy Ford made that happen. They worked through all the details with me and told me what I was getting for my money. The manager personally came out and worked out a perfect deal for me so that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I have never seen any other car dealership go through this much trouble. I recommend Legacy Ford to everyone and talk with Jared for your next Ford, he is amazing as a salesman and he knows what to do!

I made three separate appointments the first one that I attended I was at the dealership for more than an hour until they told me that they would not be able to get to my truck until 6 days later. The second time I showed up they told me that my appointment was not in there book even though I'd confirmation online the third time I booked it I got a rental car and I had to return it within 24 hours or pay for the car and it still took 5 days to repair my truck which should have only taken a day. I live an hour away from this dealership and had to travel there more than 5 times for my truck to get repaired. They didn't even call me I had to tell me that they were so busy they weren't going to be able to fit me in and the problem is is that I needed my truck for my construction business during that whole time is cost me money and more than 8 hours of driving back and forth. My brother-in-law convince me to buy a Ford after I don't a dodge for years I have never experienced such poor dealer service in my life.

Very disappointing I will never return to this dealership again, and I'm very displeased that I purchased the truck at this dealership to begin with.

Was looking to buy a new F150 Lariat and began my search with Legacy. I looked on line and noticed some incredible deals for the truck I was looking. Prices 7000 and 8000 below msrp. There must be a catch. I visited legacy and was met by Stacey Driver. Great guy, low pressure, took time to show me all the trucks (5) that I was interested in. Left there impressed but wanted to see what some other dealers had. . I should not have wasted my time. After visiting a couple of dealers I realized that Legacy had the best truck for the best price. I called Stacey and ordered it over the phone. I also asked him to have the bed liner sprayed and ready when I picked it up.

When I arrived to pick up the truck it was sitting outside with balloons on the rear view mirror! Great experience. Can't say enough about Stacey. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the engine was very dusty when I opened the hood after I got home. I know Stacey would have had it cleaned if I had pointed it out when I picked it up (and I should have opened the hood before I left with it) but that should have been done without me asking or checking. Love the truck! Got an amazing deal. Would buy from them again. Highly recommend. Just make sure you look under the hood before driving off.

We have bought our last three trucks from Abraham @ Legacy and absolutely LOVE the relationship we have formed with several of the people there. Tony & Jason in financing listen to what we want and do their very best to get a deal we are happy with. Paul is always eager to get us set up with aftermarket accessories. Let's not forget Joe .. he explains all the extra stuff on the vehicle during delivery. We have formed a relationship that's more like family now. When you can send a text and get everything lined out .. it doesn't get much easier! We have referred Legacy to our friends and family! Hello my name is Derek Dunbar and the reason I'm giving a one star review simply because Legacy Ford Rosenberg did not keep their word. I called Legacy Ford to ask about a vehicle that was in transit I gave the woman on the phone the vin number to the vehicle we were inquiring about in transit. We then began to speak over text message. She replied back with Great News!! I checked with my sales manager, and he confirmed the vehicle you are looking at is on the lot. Would you have some time to come by check it out and test drive it? I told her that I'm not sure still checking around websites to compare prices. I then found 2 vehicles from a different dealership I took screenshots of both with the vin numbers on the screenshots and sent them to her, asking can you match this price on the vehicle I'm looking at? She replied back My Sales Manager said we can match the price for you I told her that we would be coming from Edna so it would take a little while for us to get there, so in good faith I went to Legacy Ford Rosenberg. When we got there, I asked for the woman helping us on the phone. She came down and greeted us and introduced us to the salesperson who would be helping us. Right after introducing himself he said, I'm sorry, but I've got some bad news. The car you're looking at is not on our lot. This obviously threw up some red flags with me. I'm thinking to myself at this time I drove all this way and now they're telling me this. I was ready to walk out then, but I really like the price we agreed on over the phone. They said we can still buy that one, we could just take a loner home and they will drop off the vehicle at our house when it does come in. My wife test drove one comparable to the one we were hoping to buy. Afterwards, they had us sit down in the lobby. I told my wife while we were waiting that I didn't think they were going to honor the deal we said over the phone. Just then, the salesperson we were dealing with asked to see the picture of the vehicle we got the price from. I showed it to him and he took a picture with his phone. A little while later, the salesperson and someone else came out and said they couldn t do it for that price. I told him that's what we agreed upon over the phone, I gave you all the Vin numbers. They said we're not comparing apples to apples, then they proceeded on what kind of deal they could make us. Knowing that's not what we agreed upon, I asked for the keys to my vehicle being that it was getting appraised. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews but they had me drive all that way for nothing but broken promises. I'm a husband, a father and a United States veteran. I do my best to keep an honor the word I give to others. I m hoping you may be able to do the same, at least by giving me an explanation of how and why all the communication made over phone and text was not what we experienced when we got there.

The sales department did a wonderful job. The Quick Lane service department has failed us several times. The most recent was just this past Saturday. My husband brought his truck in for a 30,000 miles oil change and fuel injector flush. We live 5 minutes from the dealership. By the time that he and my 3 year old daughter got home, he had lost 3/4 of a tank of gas, because of someone doing faulty work regarding his fuel injector flush. His two year old truck could have easily caught on fire with both him and my daughter in it. Then, when speaking to the manager about a refund, he stated, "We will have to see how much the cost was before we issue a refund."

Another time the service department failed us was during a simple tire change when my husband had a flat. They horribly messed up his rim in the process, and then they did not tell him. After my husband called to get it fixed, they then took two weeks to refinish his rim because they did the wrong finish the first time.

Needless to say, we are NOT happy.

I've bought 17 new Ford trucks, From all over Texas, Oklahoma, the Chicago area and South Carolina and my experience this time at Legacy Ford has been outstanding from start to finish. Mr Gene Hoot was my salesman and was friendly but not pushy, gave me all the details I could ask for and worked hard ordering the exact truck I wanted. Mr. Lewis took great pains with me financing the deal and although I'd done this many times, was impressed with his forthright manner. I was the introducted to Mr. Paul Andrews. Paul heads up the after-market department and folks this is an area that most dealerships lack. I voided my warranty a few years back through ignorance and having unauthorized after market items installed. Going through the dealership alleviates that problem and Paul is a master at sourcing what you need, getting it installed, and ensuring that all is done right! My final stop was with Joe, and he educated me on the many bells and whistles that would have taken me a long time to figure out from the owners manual. I was totally impressed with my experience and I'm honestly not easily impressed. I do highly recommend these folks!

We had previously purchased two vehicles from legacy, two years ago with our life s going in a different direction we were no longer in need of two vehicles or the types of vehicles. Without hesitation we called Lance in Finance(used him last time and he was right to the point and realistic,he s awesome) and he said come on in and let s see what we can find. We teamed up with Lamont in sales and he educated us to the point of we changed our entire direction from expedition to a F-150. We walked out of the dealership with a BETTER financial situation and a truck way out of our expectations. We are beyond pleased per usual and I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere but legacy again.

We had an extremely difficult time cancelling an extended warranty and receiving a refund. We turned in the cancellation paperwork mid March. At the beginning of June we had still not received a refund or any communication regarding the cancellation. My husband left three voice mails during a period of two weeks in June with no response. When he finally spoke to someone this week, they said that they never received his voice mails. Then they said they couldn't find the odometer reading so the refund couldn't be processed. After several phone calls, my husband finally just decided to hand-deliver documentation with the odometer reading. . When my husband went to deliver the paperwork today and pick up the check, the woman who handles the extended warranty literally walked downstairs, handed him an envelope, and walked back upstairs. She did not acknowledge him, speak to him, or apologize for any inconvenience that we experienced because of Legacy Ford's paperwork mismanagement. The customer service we experienced was horrible. This interaction would not be tolerated in any other service industry. I absolutely cannot recommend this dealership and it is disappointing that good customer service is only extended when they want to make a sale, but doesn't continue once they have your money.

Truck was in shop for accident repairs. They pulled body side molding (it has been on truck since my purchase of said new truck at Legacy Ford) and the paint was bubbled where that molding was on passenger front door. They refused to fix it, so I submitted a paint warranty case to Ford Motor Co. in July 2019, here it is October 25, 2019 and have heard nothing from them. This issue is obviously a factory defect when they installed the body side molding, therefore Ford should fix this. Very very disappointed with FMC after all these years (I m 57 years old) of being a loyal Ford driver to be treated this way.

I finally took it to Legacy Ford and it turned out that, among other things, my transmission was failing and had to be rebuilt. Red Sims and Legacy Ford set expectations and then exceeded them! Legacy Ford has go to be the worst service department in the Houston area! About 2 weeks ago, I took my truck there for an airbag recall replacement. There was some authorization issue with them getting approved from Ford to replace them. For 2 weeks, my service adviser named Valentine Aguilar gave me the complete run around and nothing but excuses. For 1 week, he kept telling me that the Ford website was down and they couldn't check on the case! Really? A week? That would mean all the dealerships in the world would be screaming! Ford is global. They can't afford a website to be down for a day, much less a week. He wasn't even man enough to tell me that they can't do anything if they really couldn't. Instead, he decided to play games and have me chasing a rabbit. Just kept me guessing. He kept saying he would call me back but never does. To be honest, I think that's the worst part - the no call backs. I kept calling him almost daily for some kind of update only to no avail. He gave me the same bs run around story. Valentine told me his manager Tom Hlavinka is aware of my case yet I never got a call from him. I tried contacting him directly but of course it went to voicemail. Ford need to retrain some people on customer service etiquette.

I would not recommend this dealership. We negotiated our price for the car and was "advised" of all the incentives available. Once we made it to Finance the Finance Manager accidentally advised that we were also due for an additional $750.00. Once he realized the mistake he tried to make it seem like the additional $750 was already included. After threatening to walk away from the deal, the dealership decided to give us the additional $750.00. I also was disturbed to realize they charged us an additional $299.00 for Customer Care Package that we didn't ask for or agree to. When I contacted the Finance Manager(Tony) he explained it was the coupons they gave us when we bought the car.

I've also had to bring my new Explorer back to the dealership 3 times to get the same part fixed and it's still not fixed.

The low tire pressure warning light came on while driving to a medical appointment. Afterwards, I drove to Legacy for them to check out the tire problem. It was around lunch break time, but they were able to replace the tire relatively quickly. They are always so nice when I have an auto problem. I highly recommend Legacy Ford, and I count on them to keep my 2016 Focus HB running great.

At first, had to wait almost two years because Ford Company had issue with obtaining replacements for the defective air bags. However, once they arrived for my 2011 Ford Fusion, Gerald (the service manager), and the receptionist at Legacy Ford did a fantastic job of taking care of the issue. Gerald kept in touch, had his people execute the fix quickly, made sure I had a rental car at no cost through Enterprise, and ensured that any passenger going forward was safe. I went there before lunch time. I test drove a couple cars. I decided on a RS that I liked. Meanwhile I was starving so Jesus got me some lunch and something to drink. Everyone there was very nice and helpful, especially Jesus Villa he is very knowledgeable and worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted. I went to the dealership stressed about needing to buy a new car. I had a surprisingly great experience.
