Every review on here is absolutely true about Legacy Ford. I fell on Hard Times a few years ago, I lost my job and my vehicle and it resulted in a repossession on my credit. I eventually found another job bought me a cash car and praise God things started looking up. After being rejected or asked to put down an astronomical down payment because of the repo on my credit from other dealerships.... I went to Legacy Ford, worked with a young man name Noe, and another kind man from the finance department... These two together got me approved for a brand new 2018 vehicle with no money down and they took my Trade in!! God is good, alllllll the time.... If your credit has challenges on it, you've been through hard times, go to Legacy Ford they will do all that they can to help you, trust me... I drove away today in my brand new car

Alex did an awesome job helping us as soon as I expressed interest in our vehicle. As soon as we came in we were greeted and got straight to the point. A lot of information and given and the process was very quick. My husband and I felt no pressure into doing anything we didn t want too and we were treated with the upmost respect. Steve was just as awesome and helped us as much as he could, have great advice and held awesome conversation. We are so greatful for these two, they helped us out tremendously! They were very patient, friendly, respectful, and understanding! Thank you guys for your help. And most importantly we walked away feeling great and confident about our purchase!

Probably the only Ford dealer left with a hometown feel in the Houston area. I have had my truck in service twice and Ron has done a fantastic job both times. I live closer to other Ford dealers, but Legacy's service is worth the drive.

I am forced to amend my review of this dealership ...

I am forced to amend my review of this dealership based on my recent experience with the them. I had an issue with my power steering, and took the vehicle to them for diagnosis on Wednesday 18th instant; and accepted their offer of a rental car due to the fact that I am a disabled person. Later that same day I received a call and was informed that the problem was a defective power steering pump and it would cost $900.00+ to repair and it would take one day to execute the replacement. I gave my approval for them to undertake the repair with the understanding that I would have the vehicle back on Thursday 19th instant. Up to 3:00 pm and the Thursday, I had heard nothing from the dealership so I gave them a call and was unable to speak to anyone, ergo; I left a message; however I did not receive a call back. On Friday 20th instant, I received a call from the dealership representative who informed me that they had replaced the pump however; there was still an issue with the power steering and they had made the wrong diagnosis and it now required a new steering rack to fix the problem. I advised him that I was not in a position financially to have them replace the steering rack, however I had a new rack and if they were to install it for me I would cover the cost of the labor. I subsequently took the rack to them and they agreed to replace it. I left the dealership and went back home and no sooner arriving home I received a call from their representative that I needed to return as there was another issue with my vehicle. However, upon returning to the dealership it was discovered that the problem was not with my vehicle but another customer's vehicle. I was then persuaded to wait on my vehicle as the repairs were near completion. After approximately two hours I was told that my vehicle was ready and my bill was $1,600.00+ which means that they changed me $700.00+ to install the steering rack. And to add insult to injury, I received a call earlier today (Monday 23rd instant) from the rental car agency that I am required to pay them $80.00+ for rental of the vehicle for three days; despite the fact that it is the fault of the dealership why I had the vehicle for that length of time. I am an extremely disappointed and upset customer as I do not think I was treated in a fair and honest manner by the dealership and I will NOT be conducting any future business with them.

We started our search for a vehicle with Matt and Joe. They helped look at multiple options to help keep us within our desired price range and still getting a vehicle that we loved. Lance in financing was great and did everything to get us the best a.p.r. With Ford Credit. This is the third vehicle we have bought from Legacy and their great team. We are very happy, will continue to buy our vehicles from Legacy and recommend this wonderful team.

The employee's at the collision center are absolutely OUTSTANDING!! They make sure everything looks good, is done correctly, and they will not let you leave otherwise. Horrible service experience this last time i took my truck in for service. My truck sat for almost 4 days without anyone even looking at it, I kept getting the runaround as to when they would get to my truck. Sent them an email about it and never received a response from the service manager. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever.

My experience with this dealership on Friday, November 30th, 2018 was a frustrating waste of time and I will easily recommend that nobody should ever do business with this dealership. Their business practices are disgraceful. I recieved a post card from them indicating that they would give me a certain amount as trade in for my current F 150 and that they would also give me a certain amount off of MSRP on a new F 150. I called and talked to TJ, a sales rep at the dealership. I looked up two F 150's I would happily buy from them online. I specifically asked TJ to verify that the trucks were actually available on the lot and to verify that the discount off MSRP was valid for these paticular trucks. I also asked him to verify that the trade in value was legitimate. He asked a few questions about my trade in. He then called back to let me know that the trucks were there and that he was holding the keys for me. He verified that the discount off the MSRP was valid on the trucks plus on another similar truck that I had not seen online. He also said that I would PROBABLY get even more for my trade based on the low miles but no guarantee until they saw it. I thought it was a done deal. I went to their dealership after work with my wife. They said they had the keys for the truck I was most interested in purchasing but they were unable to physically locate the truck. I looked at the other truck, did a test drive and had them evaluate my trade so that we could proceed with the sale. As you have probably guessed from my one star rating, nothing I was told was honored. NO DISCOUNT ON MSRP AND MUCH LESS OFFERED ON MY TRADE. I was quite angry and asked for keys back so I could leave. They proceeded to try to "work my financing to longer terms" rather than just honor the numbers I was initially given. When I asked for my keys back again, I was told they don't have them. THE USED CAR MANAGER THAT EVALUATED MY TRADE HAD LEFT FOR THE NIGHT WITH MY KEY! I had to threaten to call the police until my keys finally showed back up and I could leave having wasted an entire evening.

Loved how amazing our experience was with Legacy Ford from all the help Adrian and Anthony and Steve brought to help us get an amazing vehicle. They took time to listen to our needs and what type of vehicle we needed. They made sure to not only find the best vehicle but they took time to make us feel at home. Even the other sales team members like Lamont and others took time to make sure we had a good experience by bringing us cold water to drink and taking us on a tour of the facility and gave us the history behind Legacy Ford. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for not only a vehicle but looking for relationships that go beyond the car purchasing experience. Great job everyone!

Now that my cars are older and out of warranty I get my oil changes at there Quick Lanes, from inspections, brakes, tires, ( they always match or beat a any price on tires) and battery all at very good price. The one thing that I like the most its Ford. If I have a problem with anything I had repaired by them, they take care of it. To be honest that's worth every dollar I spend. I get good service, trusted repair, and most of all peace of mind......

Called the service department to schedule an appointment for Air bag recall. The service advisor named Leo told me it would take 2 days or even possibly more to do the repair. He said the free rental car was only covered up to 2 days so if repair took longer than that i would have to pay. I told Leo that's why i want to make an APPOINTMENT so it will not take over 2 days to do a simple repair than takes less than an hour to do. He response was that they were really busy and had other customers. That is code for we don't want or need your business and to go somewhere else. I then called Tomball Ford and talked to Shelby and she was very nice and said they would take care of airbag recall why i'll waited and would take less than an hour to do. Guess where i am taking my mustang for service? By the way, i told Leo I needed to speak to his manager and he hung up on me. NEVER EVER DEALING with LEGACY FORD!

I bought my 2019 Ford Escape from Legacy 6 months ago and I will never buy a car from any other dealership. The sales rep Jacob worked very hard to get me what I wanted, very professional and polite and knowledgeable. Stephen in finance followed suit and as far as Quick Service goes, you set an appointment and they take your vehicle right away and let s you know exactly what is needed, no extras. I took my car Iin to have a dash camera installed. The dash camera bundle included a front and rear camera. I took the car in on Thursday and got it back on Monday. I was told, I will have to install the rear camera. No one explained anything. I do not know if the memory card was installed and the front camera does not appear to work without the rear camera being connected. I will not return to Legacy.

My truck broke down in the Lowes parking lot and Valentine from the service department at Legacy Ford happened to pull in. He came over and looked at the truck and suggested taking it to Legacy. He gave me his card and away I went. We towed the truck and dropped my keys on Valentines desk. Legacy even gave us a free rental car for that day. Two days later my truck was ready. Thank you Valentine and Legacy Ford for taking care of us.

Joe Payne was my salesperson. He understood what I was looking for in an F250 and was quick to put my thoughts into a build order for Ford. He communicated well with me throughout the build of the vehicle and helped significantly in working with my bank to ensure the loan was finalized properly. He's always energetic and upbeat. He also delivered my vehicle to my home in San Antonio. That's a 350 mile round trip for him! I couldn't ask for more, Thank you Joe.

I left it overnight because i didn t need it until today at 11:30. I arrive at 11 to get my car and it hasn t even been started The only thing positive I have to say is the red head customer service rep is very professional and nice. This was a massive waste of my time.

Aaron Scholl, Tony Storie, Jason Collier and Joe Payne were all very professional and made this a very easy and enjoyable experience. I am very customer service oriented, and very picky about the way I am dealt with, especially when buying something like a vehicle, and these folks exceeded all of my expectations.

Went there to consider buying a Ford F-150 truck. My husband and I were very impressed with Wade, our salesperson. He was personable, considerate, and treated us with respect. It made the car buying process so much better than we've ever had before. Love the small town feel to this dealership - very personal, good people work there including the tech guy 'Joe' and the extras sales person (bed covers, etc.). The sales department was top notch, finance was easy and working with the aftermarket group was the easiest I have ever dealt with. I was never "upsold" and am very happy with everything. NEW: 10-12-20: Had to bring my truck in for an issue with my bed cover and went to a closer Ford dealer to my home first. They not only ordered the wrong part, but the customer service was unacceptable. I will continue to drive the 60 miles to Legacy Ford for all my vehicle needs no matter how small or large the issue is. Joy Payne and Paul in aftermarket division were fantastic! Legacy employees are clearly head and shoulders above all others!

Legacy Ford has become my dealer. Everything from when I first walked in to when I left in my new Mustang was a very rewarding experience. Henry Gonzalez along with Ashley went above and beyond to take care of me and put me in the right vehicle. Very knowledgeable about their product and not pushy at all! I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience and I love the fact that even the Finance Manager did everything he could to get me my new car. I highly recommend this dealer for all your future purchases. Make sure to ask for Henry or Ashley when you go because they will take care of you.
