Legacy Ford was awesome! Simply put and so very true. I had been in contact with another dealership in the area(side note...we live over an hour away and only one day to purchase a new truck) and was left waiting for a response for several hours. Contacted Legacy myself, spoke with Vanessa, she promptly checked to see if the truck we wanted was on the lot. Yes it was!!! We knew what we wanted (own a ford) no need to test drive! Vanessa started all the paperwork while we made a quick drive to Rosenberg! She even had the truck drive out ready by the time we got there. Lance was on the ball as well. All paperwork was ready to be signed as soon as we drove up. We were ready to drive home in a little over an hour, BEST car buying experience ever!! My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism mixed with family friendly vibes. Would recommend Legacy Ford, Vanessa and Lance to everyone I know and anyone who reads this
