Legacy Ford was amazing. The employees there are very helpful and kind. A big thank you to 2 amazing employees, Felipe and Sergio, who helped me out when my truck broke down. They were quick and amazing and my truck runs like a champ. Most definitely returning.

Legacy Ford is a Bad Ass dealership, I love their Quick Lane, the staff are always professional and are able to answer any questions that I may have about any service that they provide. I believe the guy that always helps me is Keenan, sorry if I misspelled it but that guy is a super cool informative guy. I feel that I am in great hands with Legacy Ford. Service was quick and painless, Thank you!

If you can't provide a sales offer/trade in value when requested then you can't be an honest dealership. Especially when you've had all day to appraise the trade in. They obviously don't want people to shop around. Which in itself tells me they don't care about their customers.

We keep our autos till they die, 4 years ago the body shop repaired the tailgate on our 2002 Explorer Sport, the clear coat started peeling. They "Tammy" and "Jesse" did that extra effort to solve the peeling and solve a check engine light. Thank you!

After WAY too many times in the shop- the suburban has been replaced with a beautiful new Ford! I am so excited to have my fancy Expedition. I guess I can retire our running joke... "Where's your car Joy?" Oh, it's in the shop. "I'm sorry- what's wrong with it?" It's not a Ford.... :). Thanks to the great staff at Legacy Ford Rosenberg who made it so very easy. Legacy went above and beyond other dealerships to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. The way it should be. We have purchased from other dealerships and always left feeling "taken" or not appreciated for our business. It is an emotional let down after you spend hard earned money and make a committment to pay for a vehicle monthly. From this point forward we wil be Legacy Ford customers - for the first time- we went home happy to have made our purchase- I LOVE my SUV!

I was looking for a good vehicle at a reasonable price that I could depend on since my 10 year old car was flooded and totaled. I sure went to the right place. Robert and Noe in the Pre-Owned Vehicle Department were so helpful and made my purchase easy while offering me a quality price for a quality vehicle. They made sure it was running in great condition and it was sparkling clean inside and out. Kuddos to Robert and Noe - you made my life so much easier after losing my car. And I even got lunch!

Experience was very good. Dropped off the vehicle, they ordered an Uber to take me home. Called in the afternoon and said it was ready. All items were covered under the warranty or maintenance plan so it was $0 cost. They were friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Jacob, Makenzie, and Lance were the most amazing people to work with! They knew exactly what I wanted and found the most perfect vehicle for me! Makenzie was very helpful in showing me how to basically work the vehicle because going from a 2016 car to a 2018 was such an upgrade lol. Lance was very helpful and understanding when it came to the financial part. I HIGHLY recommend going to Legacy Ford.

We've been taking our vehicles here for years....but I must say that I have been growing more and more dissatified.

Yesterday, I went in with a coupon for $39.99 for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up paying $47.xx. I understand tax. But there was a mysterious charge for a couple of bucks that no one even knew what it was for.

They fixed our brakes not too long ago, which we were happy with, but again, there was a mystery charge on the final bill.

I don't like mystery charges, and nearly $50 for an oil change and tire rotation???? Dang.

This is an amazing place with an amazing group of friendly people working there. Mr. Red is who I went to for service and he was very nice and on point. He got me in and out in a decent manner and time frame. Wait time was less than 30 minutes. AWESOME

I had a recall on the door latches of my Ford Fusion. I called for an appointment and was told I had to come in so they could see my car and order the part. I came in and they ordered the part without looking at my car, complete waste of a trip as they could have ordered it by just asking for my VIN number. I made an appointment and came back for the fix and was told they were backed up, would need my car for 2 days instead of 1 and would only pay for a loaner car for one day. Of course I said no thanks and postponed the work. What is the point of an appointment if they can't do the work when scheduled? So far I've wasted my time coming in twice and gotten nothing done.

Finance was just a share behind being perfect, working w/ Steven.
The amount of time I spent waiting to meet Steve and finishing all the paperwork was right around an hour.
Great work !!!!!
My only comment that may not be off a little bit was you would think they would have the car inspected knowing that I was coming to purchase it.

I purchased one F350 from Legacy Ford. Six months later I needed some minor service. Today and for the last hour I have tried to find out if Legacy had a "Loaner for Owner" program where I could use a loaner while my vehicle was in their shop. I tried the Chat On-Line and they did not know what dealership offered and told me that they could not schedule any service. I just had a question only. Then I called the dealership direct. I spoke with two separate people that said they did not know if the dealership had a loaner program. Then I called a third person and was put on hold then disconnected. I called a fourth time and spoke with another rep. who also could not answer, if the dealership offered a loaner program. I am a commercial customer with a fleet of vehicles. I just replaced two trucks and will be replacing my entire fleet this and next year. I'm going back to McCree Ford in where I have been since starting my business 18-yrs ago. I used Legacy once to try a new dealership. My mistake. Bye Bye Legacy. Legacy, your take away from this post is to train your personnel on what you do. That way you may not lose the next multi-vehicle purchase. Hello McCree Ford I'm home..

I'm a Marine veteran who bought a Ford truck along with the 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. I brought my truck to Legacy Ford to have my truck checked due to the check engine light being on. The staff said that it wasn't covered because I hit something to cause the O2 sensor to become damaged. I have not hit anything with my truck. Just wanted to let my fellow Texans and USMC veterans that this dealership treats veterans very poorly. Buy from someone else. Oohrah!!! Semper Fi.

Legacy Ford did an outstanding job at fixing my 2004 Nissan Altima after being in an accident. Tammy goes above and beyond in making sure her customer is taken care of. Throughout the entire process I was kept informed of what was being done to my car and when it would be finished. I would definitely recommend using them for your bodywork needs.

I have purchased a handful of vehicles from Legacy for both my personal use and my company and every time they are fantastic in every way. I have never dealt with a dealership before them that made it such an easy, quick, and pleasant experience. They ensure you get what you want and at a fair price and Brad Johnson and Lamont Sumlin are great people to deal with. For aftermarket products Paul Andrews is a great help and got my purchases done quickly and met my tight schedule requirements. Throw in these guys community involvement and how much they give back to the community and I'll never go anywhere else. Outstanding team headed up by Ron Ewer there, they will take good care of you and I give them my highest personal recommendation.

I bought a mustang from this place, the salesmen was pushy, and the mustang has turned out to be a lemon with out even reaching the 40k mile mark. The camera back up camera in the car does not work, the horn does not work, the air conditioning system stopped working after only a couple months of owning the car, when I took it to the service department to get everything fixed under warranty I drove home only to find that the A.C. had been fixed. The camera still does not work, and the horn does not work. I will never purchase a vehicle from this location nor will I buy a Ford ever again, and I suggest you skip this location as well. I suspect this car will not make it to the 100k mile mark. The days of a reliable Ford are over.

He let us dream but was very realistic about what we could afford. He didn't try to oversell us. We LOVE our new truck with less then 40 miles on it. We highly recommend Abraham! My 2019 F 250 engine light came on at 8000 miles. I took it to Legacy Ford for diagnosis and repairs. The service department contacted me 4 days later. I was told there was a foreign fuel additive in the tank for blue def that helps the emissions and a bad injector.
I only added ford recommended additive. They let me know they wouldn t warranty it and it would cost $ 5000.00 to repair it and I was upset since I paid 63K a month ago for the truck.
I contacted Russell and smith Ford. They picked the truck with a wrecker repaired the issue and I didn t have a bad injector. I received text everyday updating me on progress.
Picked the truck up today and there was no charge for the repairs.

Keenan at the Quick Lube at Legacy is awesome! He got me in and out with an oil change. He also checked on my warranty issues I was having with my vehicle and concluded that it was nothing major. I appreciate him going above and beyond his job to make sure that my car was working properly. Definitely a nice alternative to some of the places in Rosenberg I have visited.

Service Department has issues. Always get the name of the person you talk to, because apparently it is VERY IMPORTANT! Twice I have made an appointment and twice has the appointment NOT BEEN MADE! I show up at my "scheduled" appointment time to be told there is no appointment and to come back in a couple days.

Heaven forbid I start posting this story all over the inter-webs....

Rear-ended by a drunk driver so hard it bowed the frame of my F350 King Ranch, and I was sitting still. the 65 mph shock wave was enough to break the sunroof, grill, headlights, engine parts.... even though I was rear-ended. Airbags never went off, though the accident was also enough to cause a frontal lobe TBI (brain injury).

Same truck, with new OEM frame, two years later... Then a girl runs a red light in front of m, front end collision again - no airbag deployment.

You would think that Ford Motor Company, or ANY dealer, would want to cut me a deal on my new Ford, since the frame damage on the second frame totaled it.

My experience with this dealership on Friday, November 30th, 2018 was a frustrating waste of time and I will easily recommend that nobody should ever do business with this dealership. Their business practices are disgraceful. I recieved a post card from them indicating that they would give me a certain amount as trade in for my current F 150 and that they would also give me a certain amount off of MSRP on a new F 150. I called and talked to TJ, a sales rep at the dealership. I looked up two F 150's I would happily buy from them online. I specifically asked TJ to verify that the trucks were actually available on the lot and to verify that the discount off MSRP was valid for these paticular trucks. I also asked him to verify that the trade in value was legitimate. He asked a few questions about my trade in. He then called back to let me know that the trucks were there and that he was holding the keys for me. He verified that the discount off the MSRP was valid on the trucks plus on another similar truck that I had not seen online. He also said that I would PROBABLY get even more for my trade based on the low miles but no guarantee until they saw it. I thought it was a done deal. I went to their dealership after work with my wife. They said they had the keys for the truck I was most interested in purchasing but they were unable to physically locate the truck. I looked at the other truck, did a test drive and had them evaluate my trade so that we could proceed with the sale. As you have probably guessed from my one star rating, nothing I was told was honored. NO DISCOUNT ON MSRP AND MUCH LESS OFFERED ON MY TRADE. I was quite angry and asked for keys back so I could leave. They proceeded to try to "work my financing to longer terms" rather than just honor the numbers I was initially given. When I asked for my keys back again, I was told they don't have them. THE USED CAR MANAGER THAT EVALUATED MY TRADE HAD LEFT FOR THE NIGHT WITH MY KEY! I had to threaten to call the police until my keys finally showed back up and I could leave having wasted an entire evening.

Also as a highlight, Legacy Ford is the most competitive dealership compare to others in the greater Houston and Fort Bend county areas. They are eager to sell vehicles and I have purchased from them, BUT THEY HAVE REAL ISSUES IN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They are busy, but there is no excuse for taking two days to fix a 15 minute computer reset and then charging $130.

Unfortunately they did a very bad job for me!
I bought an F350 in August 2020 and within a week water was pouring all over the front of the glass
After talking for several months with them to review it (to make exactly 3 months) with customer service
They finally got the truck
They changed the folder because it already had mold of so much water, I also told them at once change the oil and well
The day they call me to pick it up, I pick it up and everything seemed fine
I arrive at my house and I get a burning smell
And then I start to check and the filter was wrong! It spilled oil! It stained everything from below
And then I start to review more thoroughly and then I find other details such as loose seats (incorrectly installed and the belts too)
I really don't understand how this can happen
This! We trust that they will do a good job and nothing
Well I understand that there are times when there are new people who do not know well yet and this time it was my turn! But I think there must be someone checking that everything is fine

I recently purchased a Nissan Altima at the Legacy Ford at Rosenberg, TX and my experience was easily the smoothest Ive had. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, supportive and service oriented and helped structure the deal at a price point I could afford. I will definitely consider them for future vehicle acquisitions. Highly recommend my sales consultant Sam as someone to interface with for you next vehicle purchase.

Shady dealership. They don t stand by their deal even if you leave a deposit.

I had a deal, which they backed out of because of rims they forgot to add to the invoice, and they wouldn t change the rims back to the originals. The explanation of the rims already being costed to the truck made no sense.

Save the gas on the drive out to Rosenberg and the headache. Frustrating to say the least. I m certain they backed out to sell to someone else.
