We brought our 2014 Explorer in for service at Quick Lane at Legacy Ford on a Saturday morning at our appointment time. We expected to settle in for a long wait, since this was our 30k-mile service. We were in and out within the hour, and our request to leave the windshield washer fluid low/un-filled was respected. It's easy for lube techs to rush through the topping-off of fluids, but because we use a specialty fluid, we hoped the team would mind our wishes. No more doubting these guys - we were thoroughly pleased with the service!
