From initial phone call, to greeting, to check out, the staff in the service dept. at Legacy Ford was very professional. Mike Smith was excellent in understanding the situation with my Explorer and was very knowledgeable. His follow up during the repair process was outstanding, as he kept in touch with updates at each step, including handling everything with my warranty company. Gerald Powell, the Service Director also followed up, which was much appreciated. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and I would recommend using these guys for your service & repair needs. As a first timer to Legacy, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
