I asked about a certain problem regarding my pay-as-you-go number (not registered number, i have just bought the card in a street). There was the message that my number out of net work connection. The number did not work.
What am i suppose to inform? I think just the number. What else?
But an operator said that I had to go through the ... "security questions" ?! What are the security questions ?! with pay-as-you-go number? !!
I tried to explain it. I was provided with all necessary information and expected my problem with the number.
She has listened to me and again repeated as a robot: "You have to answer the security questions"))) Hahhah))
It was a conversation with a real robot. I was not sure what to do. robot - You have to answer the questions
I was feeling as this Lebara girl was trying to use me, pulling out all the information from me and did not provide any useful service.
Service "at altitude"! Phone support - chargeable.
You ask for help, and to you in return the robot girl (she certainly in real life, but behaves like a graven image) asks stupid questions about your personal data.
I tell her, a tannic, that the pay-as-you-go number is not registered, what information does she want to receive, if this service does not provide for the availability of personal data?
"No," the blunt creature answers me, "you MUST (that's not exactly what I should be!) To answer the secret questions.
I told her: "You tell me first why the number was not on the network, did not work, and then maybe I'll tell you what to do"
No, again: "You have to answer secret questions"
And nakaya kanitel 'meaningless for 15 minutes.
I have such a glimpse that I'm not the client whose money they exist, but their employee. Me prosoto want to fuck, pull out all the information just about anything.
How can you give more than one star? 0 customer service!!! You have to pay 19p per minute to stay on Hold!

Have been trying to contact customer services for days now. Customer services telephone numbers are very difficult to find on the website and then the numbers do not work.
To flee. When we recharge our credit flies before the announced date. In the end you recharge but you never take advantage of your credit. A lebara scam
A week ago I asked for my Tesco Mobile number to transfer to my Lebara number. I had a voice message today saying it was done. It wasn't. In the text message, that can at about the same time, Lebara say that my number has transferred. In fact my temporary number has been transferred to my temporary number!!!!!!
Always have network issues, slow internet speed. Strongly recommended not use in UK.
AVOID THIS SIM. Customer service number doesn't work, tried checking balance tells me to press1, so I pressed 1, tells me again to press 1 and I did. Message repeated 3x and hangs up. Checked balance thru text message, sends me a zero balance after recharging $99.8. First recharge, bought in the shop. Thought recharge voucher not working, went back to the shop and asked. Voucher is working, Recharged using voucher first. Lebara sent confirmation that it was successfully loaded. Tried calling overseas, unable to call as it tells me I have insufficient balance when I have just recharged $49.90. Tried recharging online for the same amount as I needed to call family overseas and will try to contact customer service once available. Received confirmation that recharge was successful and checked bank, I was successfully charged! Tried contacting family, and again, it tells me that I don't have sufficient balance to make the call. This is very distressful and frustrating and you don't have available number to contact to fix the problem when you need to. There should be at least few people working 24 hours to help your client with recharging problems. I will never used lebara again!!!! And won't be recommending it either!!!

I spoke to Ashwin @ Lebara Customer Care.... After a long time spoke to someone so jovial, full of spirit and very helpful person. He went out of his way to understand what my requirements could be and ensured I get enough knowledege of the product.

My phone got stolen I been trying to ring customer service number and there are 100s deferent numbers on Google for lebara and none of them work some of them ring and it gets disconnected no one answers..
Obviously only the reason behind that I can think of is because every time I ring from my mobile they charge 50p per call to customer service.. and now I'm not using there 5588 number instead I'm using a landlines number and I belive they can not charge me 50p for that call so they rather let it ring and not answer

I needed to get my Stac sorted but apparently if you get sim only you can not get Lebara to sort it, they can only do a stac if you take out a contract with them. This was explained to me by Nisha a patient lady, so I had to go and change my stac code to a pac code. I was asked a few security Questions then Nisha sorted it for me, I did this on Saturday afternoon she said it will transfer on Tuesday I was very pleased with the customer care. I was guided through the process very patiently, thank you. I had to contact Lebara again today I lost my phone as my porting was going through, I spoke to Iqbal, I gave him my details then waited 25 mins with no reply I messaged him a few times and got no reply not happy. I had to start again this time got through to Nitisha she was superb sorted my problems for me, Nitisha was very courteous and helpful she deserves a pay rise, and if possible can Lebara second her to Virgin Media to show them how customer care should be done. So thank you for sorting my self made problems you are ace.

I bought lebara for emergencies if I went out for a walk outside the door and that I would be reachable on the way. from 10 euros and then you get 20 euros
When I was on the road, I had to call my daughter (it took less than 2 minutes) and then my phone said right back. for 2min? this could not be true I thought. I google Lebara and it was already confirmed by other people. Pfff 13euro just gone. but ask for lebara customer number) I already read that it was screamingly expensive and that you could wait half an hour and not get a normal reply. word and after some short questions she gave me my customer number. (the only plus of lebara was that woman from the chat) TIP for people who ask if something should be obtained CHAT WITH LEBARA !!!!! IPV BELLEN ... saved you a lot of money and few irritations !!

By far one is the worst customer service you can expect. It is astonishing how customer service for the same company can vary in London compared to Melbourne. I have been using Lebara AU in Melbourne for 6 years and could not stop raving to friends about their great service and customer care, however, once I decided to use in London it has just been a nightmare . They say something will be fixed in 2 days and you still have to chase up with them after a week to remind them that they have not processed it. In addition, you ask customer care to stay on the line to check if the new functionality works before hanging up and they say that cannot wait for you as they need to take another call. Instead, they ask you to go to nearest mobile store to fix your problem.
The idea of this review is not to attack the company but to start fixing their issues and learn from their Melbourne team on how to better service their customer. Otherwise, it won't be long before you lose more customers.

Some time ago I approached a group of boys and girls from Lebara with blue jackets from Lebara at a Alexanderuim shopping center in Rotterdam that they had a Lebara campaign: namely a Lebara umbrella. A lebara thermo bowl and a top-up bowl of 20 for only 10! ! !
I buy it and once I got home it turned out that the top-up buddy had been neatly opened, scratched and used, felt heavily fooled by Lebara street vendors .
Ever since, lebara has had a very negative image with me .
This is a warning for everyone !!!. Be wary when you buy something from Lebara, anywhere?

So I need to top up my credit for the next month. I had incredibly frustrating experience try to pay on-line with my master card debit card. So I tried calling them from my phone; but the calls were not getting through; last resort I tried contacting via twitter; I initially had a response, but now nothing.. there is no why no for me top up my sim.. I will have to leave this provider.
Rahul Simon helped with my 4g activation quickly.. totally happy with his advise as i called multiple times before to fix this and no other representative could help. The fix was simple reset of the apn but other reps went about fixing it a complex way.
But eventually rahul simon fixed it in 2 mins .. he is the man !!
Drama, sister-in-law had a prepaid phone with Lebara as provider. She only has the phone for emergencies, so uses little credit. Still, she needs to top up once every 2 months, even though there is more than enough calling credit on it. If you do not do this, your phone will be blocked. duhhh. I bought her a SIM card from another (better) provider and indicated that she wanted to keep her number. Now Lebara does not release that because the number is blocked .... In addition to the 20 euro credit that was still there, they are now also taking her number. LEBARA ...... NEVER MORE !!! Fraudsters !!!!
My experience is extremely positive. I bought a sim for calls abroad (to France specifically) and it works wonderfully and with super competitive rates !! The most economical company!
At first I had some problems with the phone because I thought it was totally released and it wasn't, so their card didn't work and I blamed them, they still took great care of me and showed me very quickly and efficiently what the call was. trouble. Phone change and problem solved. They attend by phone and by mail.
I would just put a little snag, sometimes when I call my friend another number appears the same as that of another friend, as they have explained to me in Lebara is that when the lines are saturated they divert calls from another number created by them, this creates a little mess for my friend who has 2 different people with the same number and it is not the real number of either of them.
I am very happy with Lebara and I would recommend him without hesitation.
Be careful! Don't use online top up and give your bank details! So difficult to stop! If you've got account you can press unsubscribe and for 'unknown' reasons it's On again next time you check your profile. Customer Service Help line doesn't exist! No email, no chance to speak with them for help! I'm currently communicate with them by sending letters to post address in London which takes ages!!!

Lebara refuse to provide PAC codes - Meaning you can not retain your mobile phone number when you leave, and you will want to Leave quickly as the Customer Service is shocking.
Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!! Activate my number on any random person and then they say to me that I am no owner though I am owner of this number for 5 years is just ridiculous. In addition, when I am abroad I always withdraw internet and money although I have foreign packages.

After 15 attempts to request PAC and no reply [after nearly 2 weeks of attempting] decided to phone direct from landline ..[19 pence to talk to customer service folks from mobile or landline!] they asked me to phone back in a couple of hours as their system was "down"...to open my account web page takes up to 10 or 12 attempts at signing in to get page open then shortly after account page is open it closes again and I have to sign in again! ... its all very tiresome... I do not recommend subscribing to Lebara...

this is the worst ever mobile provider .you call their customer service and they act as if they are doing the customer a favor. They are rude and will tell you to call back whilst your problem is not solved, because they want to pick another customer. they care about the amount of calls they pick rather than the satisfaction of the customer. I wonder if they are trained.
you even ask a simple question and they beat about the bush. i have spoken to about 8 different customer service and they are all extremely rude.(German customer services).will never recommend this provider to any human being.

It took me 5 attempts at calling to speak to anyone without the phone system hanging up on me to transfer my PAC number. It took 3 attempts with technical support (live typing chat) to try and get the internet working. They asked me to try another phone. I did't have one to hand. I said, if it works on another phone where do we go from there. They said it means my phone is faulty. I already told them that I was using 4G on it with EE until last week. I've now got my PUC code and a refund on the way only 8 days after joining. WASTE OF TIME.

I am giving you 1 star because i can't give 0. I have ported my number to Lebara but i can't call anyone, i can't use internet, i can't do anything. I've contacted Customer Care, they said the portation has been succesufull, but i can't use my phone. I can't even connect to Lebara app. I have one week since they are telling me that they will solve the problem and nothing happend. They said they will call me till the end of the day but they didn't. Next step it will be to port my number to another network.

I had recently run into an issue where my phone and cards were stolen from me. I reached out to Lebara as quickly as I could to cancel my SIM card and not only were they understanding, but they were kind and EXTREMELY heplful. I have never had such quick and easy service and I highly recommend this provider for anyone - especially if you're traveling from the States. Nitisha was very professional in making sure I was the owner of the SIM card and was able to rectify the situation in a matter of seconds.
