By far one is the worst customer service you can expect. It is astonishing how customer service for the same company can vary in London compared to Melbourne. I have been using Lebara AU in Melbourne for 6 years and could not stop raving to friends about their great service and customer care, however, once I decided to use in London it has just been a nightmare . They say something will be fixed in 2 days and you still have to chase up with them after a week to remind them that they have not processed it. In addition, you ask customer care to stay on the line to check if the new functionality works before hanging up and they say that cannot wait for you as they need to take another call. Instead, they ask you to go to nearest mobile store to fix your problem.
The idea of this review is not to attack the company but to start fixing their issues and learn from their Melbourne team on how to better service their customer. Otherwise, it won't be long before you lose more customers.
