I had 21 euros in the Lebara account, which disappeared without a trace. The chosen package does not reactivate the date and time that Lebara boasts that reactivates by email. The last time was reactivated after 24 hours. The Internet has a speed of 3-15 kb / s with the paid account. It's an internet dating from the Stone Age, when messages were sent from the tent to the tent. The simplest applications are barely going. I recommend a visit to Romania, where in the brains of the mountains, in the midst of the wild Vodafone and Orange have true 4G.
Awful. Paid for a SIM with top up from the website and never received it. Cant get in contact, so had to take it further into a claim by Paypal, and even then they never replied to the claim. Luckily got my money back but only because of Paypals good service. Terrible customer service!

After doing all search for APN settings and doing it correctly as mentioned and trying all option internet of 30 days validity does not start. MONEY is waste and more annoying is they charge 19 p per minute even to call their customer service. VERY BAD LEBARA
I purchased a all in 4 gb by mistake I ask to cancel it and get refunded but one one the advisor make a mess she cancel my gb and my international minutes! Now I don t have received any money back and I don t have any tv and minutes to my plane this is a scam!!
Lebara is very difficult to use and set-up. They make it almost impossible for you to cancel service and do not opt for the auto pay. I will never use this service again.
I would give you 5 stars, however I am loosing reception in Droitwich Spa while commute to work and also on Hampton Lovett Estate very bad signal.
Lebara will save all your card information, offering no option to delete card details. The site is also setup to auto renew making it very difficult to opt out of it.
When you are making payment in advance there should not be any need for store card information. Wondering also how GDPR is being taken into account.
False advertisement! The website does not work with Explorer, it does not work with Chrome, it just does not work! However you can only apply for their offers online! Customer support could not do anything from their end, only repeat one and the same thing ''you need to do this online''. If you don't do it online you need to pay double- and that is what they want!
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF i COULD. AVOID AT ALL COST. BIG SCAMS. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR SIM CARD STOP FUNCTIONING AND BLAME YOU FOR IT. THEY HANG UP IN YOUR FACE WHEN YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I LOST 70$ in a FEW HOURS

You seek out some customers that can save you money by sharing much fewer GB of Internet access than you can recruited. That is why such a cheap offer is propagated in order to attract many new customers so as not to attract attention.
Within 6 months I kept calling and complaining about why my internet was so ultra slow, although, funny enough, the offer is called "Ultra Highspeed" (unlimited / no speed reduction). Even videos with a resolution of 144p could be loaded. Every time they managed to fool me when I called. It was said that all customers currently have the same problem and it is due to the "Internet radio antenna" and that I should call again after 2 weeks if it does not improve. The problem persisted and the employees looked for new scams and excuses to keep buying time. And unfortunately you have made it time and again ... by extreme slurping, apologizing, etc.
And when you noticed after a long time that you had no more excuses, they said that you are now sure and that the system shows that my SIM card is broken and that the same thing has happened to other customers (as be it normal).
I could have saved myself all this agony and time by quitting earlier, but on the one hand I was too gullible and on the other hand I had just moved and under all the stress I had no desire to re-register anywhere.
I was needing a new card to not pay so much roaming for international calls. I researched and found this service. They have very good prices but I believe they could be better. The fact that the SIM card is free is already a big plus.

After I left the network a week after I've been charged on my bank account like i was still using it even if I took out my number from their network which I've used in past 5 years.they're answer was we're sorry that you feel like you was changed for nothing...

Absolutely appalling service, even their online chat is appalling as the customer service "person" "put the phone down on me" as they are incapable of answering or sorting out basic problems.... Never order Lebara sim through their website. It doesn't get delivered and then you have to make follow ups with them. This is my experience when I ordered one before I went to Germany

I only have the phone for emergencies, so I use little call credit. Still, I have to top up once every 2 months, even if there is more than enough credit. If you do not do this, your phone will simply be blocked. LEBARA NEVER MORE !!! Scammers !!!!

Transferring number over and was asked to write feedback which is a bit odd as I m a new customer and have not acquired an opinion yet.
The process to transfer the number was simple and supplied with the new SIM card. However when ringing the automated number, instructions of press 2 to register you number pressing 2 would keep repeating the same menu so I just spoke to an agent to get sorted.
My experience so far has been good and the reason for changing was the price was decent and the network coverage is from Vodafone which has better coverage of my home.
I will update star rating when I ve been with them for a period of time.

A really great network offering 4G coverage on Vodafone UK. Great value Sim Only plans that auto-renew easily on one's chosen card, so all the benefits of a contract without being tied down to one. Easy to use online account. An added bonus is some international minutes should you need to call friends abroad the old-fashioned way (I.e. not on VOIP). Would be nice to see Volte and wifi calling services added some day soon.
Scandalous service! August 28 subscription canceled, October 2 I was only able to switch to Vodafone and today (October 1) Lebara has terminated my subscription. So can not call, internet nothing. You have been on hold for half an hour and then you get a rude troela on the line that can only say: "yes, sir, that's how the system works". You must be ashamed of your KAPOT!
29.90 plan has worked well for me in Australia, but the overseas services used to be good now is too expensive, don't buy the mini-mega plan my $24.90 disappeared in one day!!! Will never buy overseas credit And do not use ur credit card with them, I have to cancel my credit card and get new one,

Website states there is a 10% off all online Topups with your NUS card - this is NOT the case. Instead, you're expected to call their premium number to learn that it was a temporary offer that expired in 2015. They don't provide call references either and apparently record all calls via an undisclosed call monitoring company. Spoke with Jafar on 07 January 2017. I wonder what else they are being dishonest about?
