I just offer you to value a conversation with the customer service.
I asked about a certain problem regarding my pay-as-you-go number (not registered number, i have just bought the card in a street). There was the message that my number out of net work connection. The number did not work.
What am i suppose to inform? I think just the number. What else?
But an operator said that I had to go through the ... "security questions" ?! What are the security questions ?! with pay-as-you-go number? !!
I tried to explain it. I was provided with all necessary information and expected my problem with the number.
She has listened to me and again repeated as a robot: "You have to answer the security questions"))) Hahhah))
It was a conversation with a real robot. I was not sure what to do. robot - You have to answer the questions
I was feeling as this Lebara girl was trying to use me, pulling out all the information from me and did not provide any useful service.
