Lebara helped me a lot this week, I had a little problem with my sim card, but they helped me right away. I would recommend Lebara to all my friends! Their sim cards always work, which is very handy!

I have brought the card at airport for 25GBP, Its having 100mins of international calling credit, but it didn't allow me to a make single international call by saying you have used your all credits to make this call. I am unable to dial any customer care service number that is pathetic too.
Talked to an agent Iqbal on chat who was ready to listen and help so quickly I am amazed and would certainly use Lebara if the customer service is that great. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Bottom line is they are dodgy. If you know how to avoid 'piggybacking' at payment online you might be ok. I would never give them your credit card details. Had read all the reviews and was worried but really needed a prepaid french sim for data so tried this bunch. As soon as we tried to pay online for our first data pack the paypal option didnt work properly; it turned out the website had somehow been compromised and within a few hours our credit card had been used to make numerous fraudulent transactions, resulting in calls from our bank and needing to cancel that credit card and weeks of hassle to fix it all. Do not access the paypal site from lebara's.
I have had nothing but trouble with this provider. Now my sim card doesn't connect. Cannot contact customer service because I can neither connect to the internet or even make a local call. I am now changing my provider.

You end up in other people's conversations, they are unresponsive, spam you, and decide some mobile numbers are invalid for no reason so you cannot top up. Their contact number doesn't work...should I go on?

Hi, I had used Lebara sim in london and Scotland , Inverness , i had family of four, and we all use extensively cell phone everyday for business and family communication Lebara has very cheap caling rates to India and other part of Asia. . So I had bought 4 sim. It was great experience to use, with in uk Lebara to Lebara was free and when we use international call, i.e. India and other countries in Asia wash quiet cheap, only the thing I must mention, don't use Internet , that might cost you a lot. Any way in Uk everywhere you have free Wifi, so you don't need Internet data to activet. We never faced any difficulty to network conection, it was very clear voice, even in Scotland high on mountains, and in the train .before traveling I realy had to work hard to find out which company sim to choos, also I read reviews , there were many negative reviews of Lebara , but I still choosed Lebara , bec twice I had used in swisserland and it was my good expernce that time also this time I had very good expernce , strongly recommending to Indians , and Pakistanis and Bangladeshi and afaghnis and other Asians .

I recently bought a 30 dollar monthly subscription from their website and due to the glitch in their system it registered me as 30 credit vouchers. And surprisingly, the credit went to zero in the second day.
# Poor network reception
# I never got 4G internet(I have no idea why the government is not taking action against them for the false claim)

One way they are charging money for useless sim card. Buy it at your own risk.

I had problems with my bundle all in one, Bundle did not work but wrote off data from calling credit. Searched contact with Lebara via chat problem was solved quickly.
Got neat credit back and also a new bundle that I could choose from.
This has lebara neatly and quickly resolved.
Good service is looking for the right way and will be fine.

I found the whole process simple and easy. The operator was most helpful and very efficient. I may add that this was the easiest transfer ever. Highly recommended.
The international calls never got connected!!!??? If it was ever luckily got it thru, it was connected to somewhere else in the globe and definitely NOT where I intended to call! Worst of all, it took off the credit for the calls which I didn't make. cheap & nasty that it is! :( The customer service consultants (in INDIA or Philippines ?) are hopeless to resolve the issues, Rebecca, Emily, Colin, Elizabeth, Viola... either kept saying sorries or asked me to wait for 72 hours to see if it ever get resolved. I've made at least 10 customer service inquiries and still going on... ... ... ...

I bought a new lebara card and got the 15pound top up which according to their plan had 1000 international and national minutes free..
But it had nothing like that as while making national and international call it was charging money and all the balance was over with in a two days time..
Value for money , with AIO plans starting from 10GBP I get calling free to India , USA and Singapore and lot other . Free calls to non Lebara networks and 1 GB data .... Coverage is perfect so is the speed of internet . What more to expect ... I suggest all my friends to buy Lebara
It takes 2-3 days to get a customer service response over email, and they are closed on weekends. Tried to get a roaming package and asked a week in advance for help. Their email responses were not helpful at all. I was already traveling and used all my EU data so I and needed more data to navigate. I purchased 'top up' credits, which was apparently the wrong thing to do, and they would not refund me. So I had to use the credits for an available package. I have no idea how many EU credits it will give me... And I'm sure I'll be waiting another 2 days for that answer.
Not to mention the internet is VERY spotty. Works half the time

I had two service enquiries on joining Lebara mobile. The man I spoke to was patient and put me right on selecting my sim only plan, which is available on line only! Also took details to transfer my old number in a couple of days.
I've been trying to speak to customer service for two weeks, but customer service hasn't been available for two weeks.
I have had some issues with Lebara in the past but have just received excellent help from their online support. Thanks Rohan

The customer service is a pure disaster for any employees with a strange Russian dialect and catastrophic knowledge of German.
Communication problems the person from customer service always uses the same sentences because the person from customer service (with his cruel knowledge of German) is NOT able to speak the language.
use a S.c.h .... Lebara card advise everyone against buying.
Ps I have been trying to reach this customer service for 3 days and have to talk to someone who doesn't even speak the language.
Suggestion to the company, please hire employees who are fluent in the language and who work in the German customer service.
Maybe it's a corporate philosophy .... Face someone who doesn't understand anything and can't answer - ALL PROBLEMS FIXED--
