being a student in London, Lebara is the best mobile service with no contracts and affordable pricing. calling India is cheap and ordering sim online was simple and easy.
My sim has just stopped working and i really need that number working as it is my verfication method for many things. I tried to contact with no luck. Im am disgusted that you cannot contact them for free when you have an active bundle (calls, text, data, and worldwide calls) surely you should be able to contact any provider for free when this is the case. I really need to speak with an advisor to try sort this out asap. But will this happen? Your guess is as good as mine!!

I have read previous comments about this advisor Ain, I myself have had my experience with her and can agree she is an excellent and a credit to lebara. Just on my experience with her I would recommend lebara to anyone who is looking for top service and excellent advisor and security.

The service I have had from Lebara both as a network and as customer service has been appalling. I got a deal from Money Saving Expert website but nothing is worth confused messages from customer services when I call, the threat to cut me off and now I am travelling back home in the UK and I've no data though I know I haven't even used half of my allowance.

I wish there were an option for zero stars. I was scammed out of 20 for a sim card and 5g of data. Never got the data. Lebara refuses to make good on it. Thank god for Lyca. No problems with Lyca Mobile.

Lebara is the worst network company ever, you cannot even call Lebara to lebara is run out of calling unit and will have to pay to call customer service! I do not recommend if you don't want to be hurt! The only good thing is it's relative stable internet.

Just absolutely awful. Avoid any dealings with Lebara. I've only been with them for a couple of weeks, after switching from EE for a pay as you go at Lebara, what a huge mistake that was. Have had to contact Lebara's customer services numerous times over the past weeks (which I was billed for each time) for basic SIM problems and each time there's been some "technical problem" with their systems which they take several business days to resolve for me, leaving me all this time without a functioning phone. Apparently now I'm going to have to wait for 4 days (for what was initially promised to be 2h) for a PAC code to move away from them.
Worst .. never purchase this.. i yestarday bought sim from New Delhi Airport and they said all calling local + INDIA ISD calling will be free once you reach UK + 10 GB data free...nothing at all is working.. + sim costed me 3000 rs .. Waste
I got a sim card with supposedly one GB of data. Ran out of data in two days, with normal checking maps and searches. Shite.

In Netherlands they sell internet bundles, which work only within the country and not in other the EU states and they dont't even make you aware of the fact. I believe this is against the EU regulations! Moreover, their customer service is very poor. Don't use their services!!!

They charged my debit card twice without actually topping my sim card, the worst service I have ever experienced
Lebara is robbing customers with a $1 debit fee on every purchase. My family are I are sick of being robbed by this company (more than 10 times), we're leaving and joining another network that does not take out an extra $1 every time we buy credit or data. This is stealing, customer support does not care. I hope the CEO of this company realizes that this is illegal. If millions of customers are robbed with the same debit fee, you do the math. Stay away from Lebara, I will be warning everyone I know.

Hello Lebara I made a top-up of 20 by Paypal but I made a mistake and I sent the credit to another number how and apparently the same number does not work how to do ??
Pathetic Website/app. There is no description for few recharges at all. Need to call customer care to confirm and sometimes they are also not sure what will you get.

Idiotic service. Asked to transfer credit from one Lebara SIM card to another, before I transfer the old SIM card number to GiffGaff. They gave me the wrong instruction. Result? 20 Pounds credit lost and nothing customer service can do. Idiotic!!! Stay away from this company!!
I bought a number from those in Ebay for 300, - and had 20 euros credit. After 4 months in the audience I come back and the phone number is no longer active, SIM card switched off. But in the Lebara app my phone number still shows, credit is gone! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else ... If I get my number back from them, recession will be adjusted.

I reloaded 20 of communication credits on my Lebara SIM card on March 16th. After 2 calls to Africa on March 21 I had 8.27 of credits. Since I did not use my credits ... I consult my credit today and there patatras it remains to me only 6,88 !!!! but where are the difference ie 1.39 !!! ??? It's called flying! of the scam! It's MINABLE! ALREADY THAT THEIR SERVICE IS EXPENSIVE, IT TAKES YOUR CREDIT SOFT !!!! And this is not the first time I notice this !!! ADIEU LEBARA !!!!
Took me 35min on the phone to get the configuration to use mobile data. Then one day later my 10GBP disappeared even though I barely used the phone. Now spending another 30min on the phone to get my balance back... This company is so bad I can't even start describing it
I got the Lebara sim from India before coming in to UK. It's just 4 days and I have already lost over 30 pounds. Not sure how the company bills. Within no time, I get an alert that my balance has gone below 2 GBP. Just sceptical to use this sim. I wish someone from Lebara reads this and explains and compensates.

I just top up 10 euros, so you get 20 euros calling credit
But if you accidentally go on the internet and you no longer have any mbs, they will deduct that from your calling credit
And that while I have unlimited internet on my other phone. Have sent emails I would be called back by the customer service nothing heard
Therefore no Lebara for me anymore

I love their service, it was really easy to get my sim card. Just went to the local vendor and asked for it. Got the recharge within hours and started calling. I use my number for international calls and it is by far the cheapest option for me for long duration calls and this by itself makes the lebara number worth a lot more to me. I would recommend this sim card to everyone.
