I needed to get my Stac sorted but apparently if you get sim only you can not get Lebara to sort it, they can only do a stac if you take out a contract with them. This was explained to me by Nisha a patient lady, so I had to go and change my stac code to a pac code. I was asked a few security Questions then Nisha sorted it for me, I did this on Saturday afternoon she said it will transfer on Tuesday I was very pleased with the customer care. I was guided through the process very patiently, thank you. I had to contact Lebara again today I lost my phone as my porting was going through, I spoke to Iqbal, I gave him my details then waited 25 mins with no reply I messaged him a few times and got no reply not happy. I had to start again this time got through to Nitisha she was superb sorted my problems for me, Nitisha was very courteous and helpful she deserves a pay rise, and if possible can Lebara second her to Virgin Media to show them how customer care should be done. So thank you for sorting my self made problems you are ace.
