no customer service, very bad, they are not clear I bought a sim card with hidden information was not clear that is two year contract and the seller didn't mention it at all. I can't cancel it and I dont need it! soooo annoying they need customer no mater what

Avoid at all costs! Lebara is a sophisticated scam. They lure people in with impossibly low prices, which seem too good to be true. They then randomly drain your phone of its credit so that you can't even call customer service through the phone. you are then forced to call their customer service number (...which cost money to call?!) only to be left on the line for hours, and asked to call back at a later time. I can see a class action suit in the making.
A telecommunications company, which works with illegal clauses (waiver of the customer on any remaining balance in case of termination). I advise against concluding a contract with this telecommunications service provider.

Just ended a chat with Nitisha who was very kind and helpful. It happened to me to have terrible experiences by phone with customer service, not this time.
Topped up my account with 10 pounds which would allow me 1000 minutes to my selected country. 1 day later money is still not on my account. Customer service called, took me an hour, they offered me a 2 options. 1. give me enough credit for 200 minutes (I payed for 1000), 2. transfer me back my money in 10 days, which would prevent me to be able to use my phone until I receive back the money and top it up again. After telling the supervisor that I need a solution that is satisfactory for both of us, he hanged up the call.

I have had to call the customer service multiple times per question because the calls kept getting dropped. You have to call to active your data plan that you purchase through the website, although they do not tell you this important piece of information so I wasted over 50 euros because I didn't know I had to call to activate the data. And while on the phone with customer service they tried to tell me that I didn't know what country I was in.... I know exactly where I am. So far, very bad experience. The data roaming is far too expensive and not worth it. Don't bother with Lebara, do yourself a favor and go to the nearest cellular phone store and get a plan there.
Can't give 0 i used it for almost 1.5 years but i think i just donated money to lebara once the data bundles is over there is no notifications until your balance is completely zero. I just switched to another operator which had way more attractive bundles then lebara. I curse myself why i used lebara.
The best way to contact is to go to the website, then to "Contact Us" you will then get 3 different ways to contact. The best and quickest is to go for the chat option and chat to an agent live.
I'm utterly appalled by the customer service that I received from Lebara on the telephone today. I suggest all customers with Lebara to cancel their contracts and never go with them again. Also, if you're considering Lebara - don't bother. The staff are unhelpful and don't care about your needs. I just spent $30 on a SIM and they say I can't use it because their staff member stuffed up the transfer. I'm now taking my complaint to the Telecommunications Ombudsman and will post negative reviews all over the web about this experience if I do not get my National Plan activated by 4 pm today.
i had this Gold vip number to receive call. Apparently they have this rule that if you dont make any calls in certain days you loose your number . I wont use them again.

It been over 2 weeks I requested my old number to be ported to Lebara and still its not done. website says 1 day and its been 15-16 days. Every time I try to contact them I didn t get any answer. I am sorry to say but this is a very bad service. And I don t know who to complain or go for help. I am without the phone from the last two weeks and no one is bothered to help Worst thing is they have taken my number so I cant go to anyone else as well.
it was great experience with Lebara into uk as well as in INDIA. But few network problem in UK so if they resolve this then it will help further. But customer service is too good.

I switched from Vodafone UK to Lebara UK using Uswitch and I got a better contract for a third of the price. Once I placed my order the new sim arrived the following day. I called Lebara from the new sim and gave them my PAC number and less than 24 hours later my old number had been transferred and worked correctly on the new sim. The person I spoke to at Lebara UK was really friendly and helpful. Also, the Lebara UK website is so much better than the Vodafone UK. It is clean, crisp and clearly shows all my call, data usage and payment options. So far the network service has be brilliant. Calls seem clearer and so far I have had coverage wherever I have been. Highly recommended.

just transferred from 02 to Lebara and so far pleased with the service. Wouldhave given 5 , stars but took slightly longer than O2 to answer call and call clarity was slightly down but not enough to bother me.

I booked internet access on June 25th, 2017 for 10 euros and until today I cannot use it. I am always told that Lebara has technical problems and will be fixed shortly. On July 24th, 2017 I will lose the 10 euros. This is simply theft !! Lebara didn't even deserve a star !!!!
Very much planned way of cheating cutomer, I never get the BEST rate when I opted for it except I get a message from them "Congratulation you have opted for BEST rate". When I called and questioned them they mentioend technical issues and will Credit 20P in my account . I have been charged more than 40 Pounds for the past 5 months.

Very good value, especially buying through providers like Uswitch. Lebara uses the Vodafone network, so coverage is excellent and on the rare occasions I ve needed to contact their support, the fix has always been very quick with helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Scammers, 2 days after topping up my daughter had lost her calling credit. According to the person on the chat she would have used up data. This is simply not true because this is always done as a precaution. Given the number of complaints I could have known, too bad because previously everything was always fine for what we used it.

I damaged the SIM card and it was necessary to restore the previous number. Surprisingly, it turned out to be easier than I thought. You just need to wait a bit for your turn (I'm not the only one). Simon was very helpful and prompt in his service this afternoon, helping to attain a new PAC code. I would recommend this network for calls and texts, very easy to manage and great deals.
They used to be good, not anymore. Not that cheap anymore and qality of the call is poor and when yo call international the receiver of the call can't see the number is calling him or is a different number, not the number that you call from. Your credit disapears and the balances states that you still have credit, the same with MB alowance you can rn out of all your credit in no time. The only good thing is that customer service is great.
I am very satisfied with the service Lebara has provided me. The customer service was excellent also when I had questions they were answered patiently. I would definitely choose Lebara here again, so see you next time.
