For more than a year I have been trying to change my SIM card to my name, have all the evidence of charging, conversations, habits of use. Only the name on which it was pre-activated 3 years ago by the seller I do not have.
I've spent weeks now to get ahead with the problem have the (licensed !!!) dealer call, confirming that he pre-activated the numbers to make offers more customer-friendly! He also confirmed that they are random names.
Is those (the customer service with broken German and unfriendly kind) all the same

a supervisor? There is not any! Legal persons neither for customers attainable nor for the employees (allegedly!). If I had not distributed the phone number to my contacts for years, I would burn the Sim card and kick the ashes in the ass! It is unbelievable that something like this may be sold in Germany. Whereby there are buyer protection and consumer centers ..... Lebara should not only be banned in Germany !!!! Rate each one of them !!!!!

Personal is not educated well! I have lost so much time to get one simple answer. The rules are not the same for everyone. I was waiting in a line for 27 Minutes to get someone on the Phone and in the canceled it because it seemed hopeless. I am changing the operator!!!!
The customer assistant was efficient and polite. Only down side was the automated call kept repeating itself instead of taking me through the options and so I had to hold for someone to pickup the call, although not a long wait period.
TLDR: Great customer service, bad
automated system.

Bought a SIM card for 50DKK and a Voucher for 99DKK in Copenhagen, advertised as 60GB data and able to be used in 50 European countries. When I tried to apply the voucher it came up that it had already been applied. I certainly hadn t used and I got the receptionist at our hotel to check it and the IT guy at Fortex where I had purchased it. Lebara only has Customer Support from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday which is pretty useless in this day and age especially for people travelling to multiple countries. I purchased another voucher because I was leaving to go to Germany and needed data access but the data stopped working as soon as we left Denmark and has not worked in either Germany or Belgium. I have sent multiple emails and had no satisfaction, they replied initially asking for information that I had provided on my first contact with them. Waste of time and money.
UPDATE: After more than 3 weeks of being unable to receive calls on the
number I requested to be ported in to Lebara (see issue below), I requested a PAC code, since it was my intention to move to another provider. Within 30 minutes of the request I was contacted by Aditya Jamkhandi from the Customer Services Team at Lebara. Aditya assured me he was going to own the issue through to resolution, which he did and as a result I am now a happy Lebara customer. Great work by Aditya, its a real shame I didn't get to deal with him when the issue first arose. My advice is to make sure you speak with a person in Customer Services Team at Lebara to ensure a quick resolution to issues.
My Original Issue Encountered: I ported my number to Lebara and that's when the issues started. My number 'partially' ported, so when I made calls my number worked fine but I could no longer receive calls, which is a bit of an issue with a mobile phone service!

The free money transfer is actually not working. Tried diffenet cards. Called my bank.... it is just nasty marketing....

worked for them and i can tell you its the worst place ever. now they scammed my card. they moved call centre to India causing job loss for loads of people in london.

I called few times for the same problem, every time the reason was different, and they told me basically that problem is normal, I have to deal with that.

I would gine 0 stars but unfortunately it is not possible. Terrible and illegal service! Once you do online top up or add your bank card to Lebara, you are in a trap! You can never delete that card details. I am having an issue now when they have switched on it auto top up themselves! No one asked for that! So I have to ring my bank tommorow and block my debit card that Lebara could never reach my details. And never again Lebara, I would not ecomend it even to my worse enemie.

I have been with Lebara for more than a year now and honestly I had no problems. Mobile internet is not the fastest and probably not 4G, but I always have signal, everywhere I been and always works.
There plans actually are better now than a year before, you get more for the same money. I didn't expected much when I moved to Lebara but now my wife moved to Lebara as well.
I have spoken to this agent before for many issues at lebara and have always had good feedback and understanding of the network and how things work. Always recommend Ain if you join the network she knows how to assist and give you the best information about the network. Very welcoming.

I couldn t make or receive calls being abroad, so I felt isolated from the contacts and very important information. And that was my mistake. I didn t use my card as it should have been used.
I m very grateful to Lebara Company and all the people who work there for the trust and everything what they did to open the roaming option.
Just switched provider to Labara, , SIM card arrived next day, contacted adviser online to transfer old number which was dealt with efficiently,
The Agent I dealt with was polite and helpful. More importantly she was empowered to deal with my problem without having to refer to anyone else so the process was quick.

very poor customer service. The advisors act like they don't understand what you are saying and sound very patronising. They constantly hang up on you mid call. very very bad customer service. I have never used such a ridiculous customer service centre in my lifetime and i hope I never will. the level of service is shocking. If I didn't have to I wouldn't even give 1 point
Since my wife and I are partly abroad, we use prepaid cards. One comes from Lebara. Phone calls Caribbean to Germany and vice versa no problem. Charging online no problem. Service requests will be answered promptly, but mostly in English. Employees of the hotline speak German, sometimes a bit bumpy. Prices could be lower :-). I am very satisfied.

My SIM card got deactivated for some reason after a while of being in Germany. Now, in NL, I have tried to reach customer service several times using all the numbers they provide, and it has been impossible to reach a human being to state my problems. No robot has yet been useful. The web, as well as the customer service, as far as I am concerned, is pure garbage. Lebara offers a very easy prepaid option, but pray so that you never encounter any problem and need support. Would never recommend.

I am very disappointed when I was attempting online top up. I tried to top up for 5 pound with current offer of 50% additional talk time, but at the end of online transaction after entering all the card details , i got a message that there cookies are disabled in my browser. This is really annoying , even after cookies are enabled I am getting same error message. I tried in Chrome, IE , Mozilla.I made almost 6 attempts. But no success. So I think there is a bug in the program , it shows same error. This is unfair. Is Lebara is restricting to avail the offer ? . Please help the public

It is necessary that lebara people who have activated the sim card has a direct credit because also the days of the birthday us with the sms unlimited it's good that way it will give us the advantage of leading the credit even the y'aura more of customers at lebara who stops doning the h + it is useless sms it takes time o less than a month because when you but the credit he gives you nothing because he said but he gives not the credits you wanted more in this case lebara is useless compared to other operator so please lebara give me at least a month of sms ...

You will find the worst services in Lebara. For activation, after 4 video calls rejected, I wait for half an hour to answer someone by phone.
Nonsense, very nonsense. Customer service as non-existent, I think they have only one person dealing with customers.
The Internet on the card goes when it is good and the network does not have very good coverage.
It is a very good experience using Lebara network and service. The customer support is also well knowledgeable and resolve issues in a very attractive, interactive and well manner. I will refer this network to others.
I had a very good experience with them, easy to top-up, very good rates for international calls (to Romania).

This is useless mobile service I bought 30 euros card in London with 5gb data for all eu. It is not working and even text does not for . Never buy this sim. All over Europe there is free internet and you can manage. Don t waste your money and make lebara rich.

Terrible company. They claimed it is unlimited call plan. But when I making lots of phone call, Lebara blocked the number. Customer service said will get back to me within 72 business hours but nothing happened.
