This review is for a Mr. Rey Cazares who assisted me in my vehicle purchase at Larry H. MILLER in Avondale. Mr. Cazares showed a tremendous amount of professionalism and knowledge about every vehicle he presented to me. He is an exceptional salesperson who showed honesty and integrity which encouraged me to purchase a vehicle from him. I felt very comfortable with Rey Cazares and if I ever needed to purchase another vehicle, Rey is the first salesperson i will visit!

Fernando was fantastic. James had attempted to purchase a different car and was told that he was approved. After a week, they called him requesting additional monies and a co-signer to approve the loan. We were trying to establish credit in his name as a first time car buyer. After applying on line, James was notified in 20 minutes that he was pre-approved and to come down to the lot. We test drove a few different cars and loved the VW Beetle. We left that evening and came back in the mornig to finalize the deal. We are estatic with the purchase and will be back again. The entire team from sales manager, finance manger, lot crew where fantastic. If you want to be well taken care of, come to this lot.

Great dealership I'd recommend Danny he is awesome makes sure your happy. Gets the job done right takes extra time with you as well. Richard was great as well a great dealership, and hard working team. The service department is as well top notch Larry H Miller VW does things right.

After going to different dealerships, for about a month, the last one i expected to go to was Larry Miller Volkswagen. I had a thought inside me, "No why try there they may not be able to help me since they're vehicles are much nicer." Little did i know a Sunday we did not expect to go, but we drove by so hey why not give it a shot, Judith came merging outside to help us, i told her i did not want and compromise. She actually gave me hope to help letting me know all the info of their dealership, so hey why not give it a try! Little did i know My boyfriend and I got approved even though i had another car under my name financed, they worked they're way through banks and got us approved! THEY BROUGHT HOPE TO US! LEAST DEALERSHIP WE EXPECTED WAS ABLE TO HELP US! IF I CAN SCORE THEM FROM 1 TO 10 I WOULD SCORE 100! HUNDRED! Plus the finance manager that helped us was also GREAT! EMILY! She was able to lower our payments and add a great warranty that comes in handy! GO EMILY!

I bought a new EOS and needed some training on the "how to's" of using the touchscreen and other feattures. I stopped by the Service department and Eric stopped what he was doing and came right out and walked me thru all the different functions and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and easy to understand
. A week or so later, i encountered a problem with my hard top convertible not working and drove right over to the service department. I was met by Dwayne, who again, stopped what he was doing and came out to see what the problem was. Within a few minutes they had the car back in the shop. Within a short time, Dwayne met wih me in the customer waiting area and informed me what the problem was and that it was probably going to take a day to two to fix. He immediately set me up with a loaner van, as I needed it for work the following days. He called me the next day, to keep me informed on the progress and that they were still waiting for some parts to come in and that they would need to have it one more day. By mid day, the next day, he let me know the car was ready. When I went in to pick it up, I was in and out in just a few minutes and back on the road.
The entire service experience was professional and painless. I would definately recommend LMVW to anyone looking for a new or used car or service.

Steve, my sales person, was the best. He took time to explain what the the car options had to choose from and then when I bought my car he went through the features that the car had and how to use them. I had trouble at first with the paperwork but LHM went out of their way to make a bad experience turn into a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and go back in the future to buy a car. The service department is one of the best I have been to. Dwayne went out of his way to make sure that all my needs were been met and Victor and Mark in custom relations checked to see if all the work had been done properly. Barbara also helped me when Dwayne was out to lunch and did a great job also. Al in all the experience turned out to be a good one thanks to LHM's care for their customer satisfaction.

Thank you REY CAZARES, for helping my son get his first car! After weeks of searching and being treated less than important by a few different dealerships. We ended up at Larry Miller Volkswagen in Avondale. Rey Cazares went up to bat for my son, and got him an awesome deal. The extra time and care you took to find something for him that fit his criteria was awesome! Not to mention all the extra maintenance you took care of to be sure the car was in perfect condition! Worst experience ever, took my car today to get my battery replaced, my appointment was at 7 am, so they told me my car should be ready by 1pm. when i when back to pick up my car it wasnt ready. In fact a lady (Barbara) told me they havent even started working n my car, but yet nobady called me to let me know my car wasnt ready. Worst service.!

They will skip out on maintenance. Gone in for a oil change and tire rotation. I marked my tires was told it was all done. I checked my tires and they hadn t been rotated. Had recall work done as well after they finally rotated my tires I started to leave and had a new knocking noise. After it going back onto the lift twice they finally discovered they left a heat shield loose from replacing the catalytic converters. Pretty sad every time I have a vehicle serviced here I have issues.

I purchased a Passat from this dealership back in February, I took it back 5/18 for regular scheduled maintenance. Initial service experience was ok but quickly deteriorated when I got my car back. The service advisor asked if I wanted it washed, I said ok and was that a mistake. I first notice my car came back dirtier than before. Water marks, streaks and drops everywhere. I know it wasn t in for a detail but come on.

That was the least of my worries as I was soon about to find out from my daughter her car seat was completely soaked. Her car seat is placed right behind the driver seat. I ran my hand across her car, it indeed was soaked. There was water in both of her cup holders and water still coming out from the door handle. There was even water puddled in the window lever. I further examined the area and found that my carpet was completely soaked and it still is today. The tech did try to dry off the all weather mat hoping no one would notice but didn t fully know the extent of how much of the inside was wet.

I came to the conclusion that somehow the rear window was rolled down when going through the wash, I immediately called my service advisor out, and showed him what happen. I told him that it is evident the window was open when the car went through that wash as the rear driver side area is completely wet.

He went into the shop, came back out to tell me that, yes, one of the tech left the window open while running it through the wash. He tried to remedy the situation by offering me a detail at my earliest convenience. I politely declined as my car is immaculate. I requested a full refund of the service, which he got approved by the service manager.

Now today, I open my trunk to put my work bags in there and noticed a white grainy substance all over the left side of the trunk. I opened the diesel fluid door to find more of the fluid that was topped off. It it all over the left side of the carpet. I am waiting to hear back from a service manager to further discuss this matter.

This was my first service at this dealership and it will be my last.

Just bought a 2015 car here last week and now the ...

Just bought a 2015 car here last week and now the transmission light is on. I tried calling multiple times today and can't get through to sales or service. I am hoping this is not how this business is ran.

My 2015 VW golf had a recall on the the gas suction pump. Took it in to get it serviced and the very next day it stopped working. I had it serviced so my girlfriend could drive it to Flagstaff on her vacation while her friend was in town. She got to the hotel and it stopped running. So with my warranty I had it towed to the nearest VW to have them look at it. There service department could not look at it until a few days later so my girlfriend had to get a rental and drive it back down to Gilbert, Az (Where I live).

Service got back to me and informed me that basically we had run out of gas. When ever they were servicing my car my gas gauge was not set back correctly so it read as having a half tank but in reality it was bone dry. So now my vehicle is stranded in Flagstaff 3 hours away because of a silly mistake. I am requesting to have it towed back down by Larry Miller Volkswagon free if charge due to the mistake on there end.

The really frustrating part is this has been 3 weeks now and I've spoke with the same customer service rep multiple times. She has informed me that the manager will get back with me on my issue. I have not received the courtesy of this call from management. I feel disrespected and as if after the sale this car lot does not care to deal with me at all. I have been patient, calm, and respectful with everyone I have spoke with. This is getting a bit out of hand though and aggravating. I work in sales so I understand what it is like to deal with an irate customer so I am trying not to be that person. I just want to be compensated for this dealerships mistake and without having to use an entire day off to retrieve the vehicle.

So, in a nutshell this dealership made a mistake and then has brushed me off several times now. You can make it right by towing my vehicle to me.

*edit Another 2 weeks has gone by with no reply. I called today and was told I was being forwarded to the manager and it went straight to voicemail. Haha Great customer service. I feel almost like I am being punked or something. This dealership is unreal.

Billy was awesome, he helped us to get the SUV that we loved, always remembering our names, keeping us informed along the way. Larry Miller Volkswagen Avondale is the only dealership that we would recommend to friends and family!

Came in to get a lease. Jeff Pordes had us in and out in less than an hour (unheard of for car dealerships) and got us a deal where we pay less per month on a brand new model than we were paying for an older model. He really cares about his customers and is passionate about getting them the best deal possible. There was no back and forth, no BS just right to the point and very truthful which I appreciate. We told him the deal we wanted and he got it for us immediately. Highly recommend asking for Jeff Pordes if you go in to this dealership. You will not be disappointed. Thanks, Jeff!

Larry H Miller Volkswagen, Larry H Miller Corporate and Volkswagen are a scam. They employ people with no sense of moral compass or customer service skills. The service department and management are terrible. They have done nothing but lie and do not respond to complaints to the bbb or aag. They have altered service records to void my honest concerns instead of admitting to their wrongs and doing the honorable thing. As soon as you sign they do not care how they treat you or what they put you through. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE AGOOD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED AND HAVE TO PAY A LAWYER TO FIX IT. I am not listing names because I believe in Karma. It isn t because I care to protect your privacy... you probably deserve to be blasted but you know who you are and God is watching you.

I think there is lack of communication on the service dept. We were there for the second time for key programming but after waiting for 1.5 hrs we were told that their machine was broken & to make up they gave us a free carwash & was promised that they will call us which was supposed to be sometime last week, that one of their guys will get the car from our house & they will bring it back to us so we don't have to wait next time but that didn't happen. We will just take it to another VW dealership. Also ordered a key from the Parts dept. that turned out didn't work. I was offered to have a refund w/c I did the next day (Monday). Still waiting on my refund to come back so I called Friday to ff. up on it & I was told that they were about to call me but they forgot (due to missing info that's why they can't process the refund), although this person apologized.

Fantastic buying experience from start to finish! FIVE STARS! It is my second time purchasing from LHM Volkswagen Avondale and both times were easy and stress free! Our family was in the market for an SUV this time around and Erubey Ed (Salesman) and the rest of the Larry H. Miller team did an excellent job in getting me in a new 2018 VW Atlas at an AMAZING price! Ed went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met as far as picking out the vehicle. Rob the sales manager made sure to check up on us to see how the process was going and made sure that he was there in case we needed anything. Mike in finance made us feel very comfortable finalizing our purchase hassle-free and worked quickly to get us on the road in our new set of wheels.

Overall a great experience and the very best customer service provided by the LHM Volkswagen Avondale team!

Scam of a dealership. Made it seem like oil change and cabin filter replacement would cost $79 instead they charged me twice. He hid the cabin filter charge on a second page that I didn't even sign. Go to the VW dealership up north I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

My boyfriend purchased a car here, and after getting a recall fixed, there was a problem with the fuel gauge. I drove the car to Flagstaff and it died. We weren't aware of the fuel gauge issue, so I figured it was a bigger mechanical issue and had to get a rental in order to get back to the city.

David Granero was the first person to truly attempt to fix our problem. After finding out the problem, he assisted in getting our car towed from Flagstaff down to us in Chandler and had it detailed.

I expected it to be a little much to ask to also have my rental reimbursed. However, David sent my receipt to a case manager and kept referring it out to different individuals after getting rejected. I was eventually told I was getting fully reimbursed for the rental! I greatly appreciate David's efforts in solving our dilemma.

Went there on Tuesday to get their advertised Xpress, no appointment necessary service, only to find out there was a 2.5hr wait. The service rep said I could get right in if I wanted to schedule for Friday morning, and asked my phone number, which I gave. He said I see you have been here before with your 2015 Passat. I said yes but it was a different one, but the only difference was one is black and the other one is white. He asked if I would like to buy a maintenance package that includes 2 oil & filter changes, and tire rotations a year apart for$140, and I said I would. When I arrived Fri morning he went to get my vehicle information, he came back in and said he didn't realize it was a diesel, and that maintenance package was$240. I said that I told him this car was the same as my other one, which their records showing I had been there before should have indicated when he quoted me the package price on Tuesday. I asked to get the service at the quoted price, but he said he couldn't do that. The car also had an open airbag recall, and since I had time constraints to get both things done, I didn't have much choice but to get it done at the bait and switch price. There was not even an offer to adjust the price because of the service reps mistake in not asking if it was diesel when he quoted me the package price. Other than that the service was okay, but did take a couple hours.

Watch our for RJ the chain smoking independant car salesmen that works for this dealership, im sure they just turn away when they see him coming as long as he closes the deal with his lies, lies, and more lies. I recommend that you get a price in writing before ever going to this dealership. They practice every dirty trick in the book to scam you out of your money. You don't need to practice dirty sales tactics to win customers! They posted a car for sale on-line for several thousand under invoice. I called them to confirm the price and then placed a down payment over the phone based on the quoted price. Once I arrived we went over the paperwork and I found that they had added a $3,000 "desert protection plan". It included junk like free car washes, plastic protectors for your door handles and a warranty for my seats. Nothing on their list was worth that money. I refused to pay for any of those items and asked for the car at the quoted sales price. I was told no. On my way out the door, the manager came over and told me that they could not sell the car at their on-line quoted price but would be willing to hear my offer.
It speaks volumes about a business that lies to the public's face and tries every trick in the book to make a few extra dollars. If someone would have said to me, here is what our dealership would like to make for a profit on this car in addition to what they paid for the car, I would have accepted this and gladly worked a price. Even a fair price according to KBB or Truecar would have been acceptable. What I got was a very bad experience from both the Larry H. Miller in Avondale and the Larry H. Miller in Tucon AZ.
Buy a car from another institution and take your time. You don't have to put up with criminals. Don't be affraid to walk away.

Love this no pressure dealership. Five stars easy! Ed in financing was super helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Car salesman, Fernando, A-Mazing! Fernando was so knowledgeable about everything, and he found me the most amazing and perfect car after talking to me for just a few min. He really listened to what I wanted and tried so hard (and succeeded) to get me the deal that I wanted. Seriously felt like I was buying my car from a friend. And I LOVE my new VW Jetta!

These guys at Larry Miller are the reason car sales people have a bad name. We inquired about a new car with Larry Miller online. After talking with a sales person, we submitted our credit online prior to going into the dealership. We did this because we needed to stay at or below a certain payment and wanted to ensure that was possible before driving an hour and half in. The Sales guy said yes we can make that happen come on in. Once we got there the sales guy who was working with us had to leave right before we got there. Nobody had a clue about our credit or numbers we talked about. The GM tried to push higher numbers towards and we stayed firm as we couldn't go above a certain payment. He came in and said congrats we got your payment and after 2 hours waiting for finance we drove home in the new car. We got a call a week later from a very rude finance guy saying they couldn't get the deal done, we would need to come in and re sign paper work. After asking multiple times what the new numbers are, he finally told us the payment would go up around $140 a month. I work in finance and somebody cannot be that far off on a rate in term, which means they did it on purpose to make us fall in love with the car and show all our friends and then raise our payment, typical bait and switch. They also raised the sales price as well. We said no, come pick up the car. They immediately became very aggressive and rude demanding we bring the car in or else. They finally agreed to pick the car up, it took them three days, they continued to pull our credit around 6-7 times. Every time I would call in to ask about the car being picked up and our credit being run, they would rudely get us off the phone with no answers. We went to another Volkswagen dealership and they got us a brand new car for a much lower payment, price and got the deal done and approved before we left.

If you re looking for a less than ideal used car a...

If you re looking for a less than ideal used car and the sales manager to come out and argue with you while you re trying to leave after a stalemate negotiation on price then look no further. These guy s love selling used cars that they say $5000 worth of work were put into then add $1500 worth of sneaky options and features to the price of the car separate from the price they are asking for the car...

Example:

Car in the lot with a $13,545 label on it. If no negotiations take place they add another $1500 worth of options to that sticker price making the real sticker price $15,045 before other taxes and fees. It s unbelievable! then the general manager named Rob will accuse you the buyer of reneging when you catch what they are really doing.

Examples of the different options they charge in that $1500 lump sum:
$300 nitrogen gas in tires
$499 for lifetime tint warranty
$200 scratch resistant paint
$499 car theft assist

Expect lots of pressure and very aggressive salesmen. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Left this dealership and went two doors down to Toyota and purchased a beautiful Lexus on the lot with my boy Valentino. So glad this Volkswagen didn t get my business they re crooks.

Avondale VW found us a needle in a haystack! My wife and I were looking for a Touareg Hybrid for months in the perfect color combination. Thy sourced the car, trucked it in, and certified it within a few days!

The car is super clean and we are VERY happy!

The entire team at Larry H Miller Volkswagen in Avondale is amazing! Michael Abalos and Ed in financing exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Michael has incredible knowledge of each car in their inventory and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly and throughly (yes even the crazy random questions). Ed in finance somehow managed to work everything out and get financing for me that was FAR better then I expected. I did plenty of research and shopping around but I and my budget are so happy and proud to have made my second purchase with LHM VW Avondale. I will be back for sure!

I had a good experience with the service. I was told my vehicle would be ready at 4 pm, it was almost 5 pm and I had not ben updated. So I sent a message to inquire. I was informed it d be ready in 25 minutes and they sent a ride share to pick me up. When the young man brought my vehicle out, he was super apologetic about the delay. The delay was not a big deal for me that day so I was not upset. I appreciated the young man owning up to the mistake (whatever it was) and apologizing. I felt bad for him because it was really not a big deal but I truly appreciate and admire the young man. You don t see a lot of people taking responsibility these days.

Wow!
With the Covid-19 pandemic going on and after my car was totaled, I was hesitant about having to go through the normal process of purchasing a new vehicle.
Long story short. I happened upon a new online express service from Larry Miller VW.
It was amazing. Mind, I had done my homework and knew what vehicle I wanted in advance.
The whole team was there to guide me through the entire process. End result was that my vehicle was delivered the next day. I would be remiss if I did not mention the exceptional hard and deligent work of one individual of the team. His name is Michael Abalos. He is a ROCK Star!

As the General Manager leaves his empathy response below...he must of forgot that he did speak to my husband yesterday and offered to fill up our tank when we go back...for the 5th time! That was his... "make it right offer" *smh w/ sigh* Ummm... kinda too late to do anything else... still frustrated about our situation that we're left in because nothing has been fixed as of yet. Monday we have a service appointment... we're optimistic. Lesson learned... we will not be returned customers at LHMVW and they will not receive recommendations from us.

How many times do these people need to get something WRONG before getting it RIGHT??? Oh and don't even bother escalating your troubles and issues to a Sales Manager because they WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES!!! Of course everyone is all happy, chit chatty, and promising things they WON'T deliver on... because as soon as you sign those financial documents...its...BYE! And no one wants to talk with you, no one knows anything, no ones around. Why do you offer extra packages if your "Service Department" CAN'T DO THEIR JOB RIGHT? Hmmm...and they want to raise minimum wage??? Here we are paying an extra $200 for edge guards and...yes two were already installed...so im assuming the $200 was for the two back doors...any way moving on... got them installed... two weeks later... they're peeling off. We were given two keys upon purchase...comes to find out one of the keys does not belong to the car. So there we are driving all the way back...36 miles ONE WAY...for the 3rd time... they need to order a new one...a week later... driving back to get new key... next day I get in to go to work and NO KEY DETECTED because its not programmed! They "PROMISED" us the 1st time a FULL TANK of gas for our troubles...still haven't gotten that and now this will be our 5th time making that trip across town...which will be a total of 360 miles around trip just for them to get this "right"... hopefully... and not to mention HOURS WASTED WAITING. WHAT A HUGE INCONVENIENCE! Also...don't bother getting a car wash from them because that is less than mediocre as well. My husband is a disabled combat Veteran and I...a State Worker have put so much time and money into getting this car to how it should of been given to us from the moment we signed that paperwork and drove off the lot. Now I'm thinking why did we pay extra for a guarantee package if they can't guarantee their service. Now I'm thinking I don't even want this car anymore...we were... at one time... for a very brief moment excited about our purchase... but now its became a MAJOR HEADACHE and WASTEFUL experience! So DON'T fall for the FAKE HYPE, NICE FACADE, and PROMISES and "GUARANTEES"...SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLES WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH and give another dealership a try! TOO BAD THERE'S NO RETURN POLICY!

Thanks for this opportunity to review our latest service at Larry H Miller Volkswagen in Avondale Arizona. Our visit was on Wednesday, July 29. We took our car in to have it it s recommended oil change and have them replace our back window tinting which was covered under a lifetime warranty. When we entered The dealership our service advisor was Michael Erickson. We discussed what needed to be done to our vehicle so we decided to wait until it was completed. The reason why I m giving only one star is because we ve been coming to this dealership for over three years and there is always something that goes wrong. First of all the customer service is extremely poor and there isn t a feeling of welcome. We were told by the advisers that we may have to pay to have the backseat panel removed so that they can re-tint the window. When you offer a product and it is 100% lifetime warranty then it should not cost us anything to have it replaced after a defect. When we received the car at the end of the day they didn t bring it up to us and deliver it completed like they had done the first time that we went to the service department. Upon entering the vehicle it was dirty inside and had black handprints on the backseat and the drivers area had a paper mat on the floor a plastic covering on the steering wheel and a cover on the seat. We noticed that there was a blue and White sticker showing that they would sanitize the car before and after the service. There were checkmarks on the before section but nothing was checked on the after service. With COVID-19 being as rapid as it is I think it s very poor that they returned our car to us in the condition it was found and that they did not sanitize it like it should ve been according to the blue and white sticker. Overall I m afraid to say that this is our last visit to this dealership as we find their overall practice in the service department horrible.

Other then finance taking forever and the manager not being truthful, sales person was amazing and dealership was good experience

Working with Elijah in Sales was great - A great experience. He made everything convenient and easy and provided (and continues to provide) great customer service!

Waiting on the Finance department wasn't a good experience - waited several hours before meeting with them. Once we met with Finance, the process was easy and relatively quick. But all the waiting around for the day wasn t a positive experience. Suggest they add Finance staff for busy weekends. Again, the sales portion was great, and once we met with Finance, that was good too. But waiting around = not great.

The last 3 visits I've made to this location they ...

The last 3 visits I've made to this location they have turned off my tire pressure sensor without rotating or even let me know there is a leak that needs to be patched. My last visit was for scheduled maintenance that is done every 10,000 miles and they still did nothing about the tires. I unfortunately had already paid for a customer credit on the service so I was stuck going there and acting satisfied. I will never be going to this location again, and may look to get my oil changed again just to verify it got done.

The specific car wasn t at the dealership and he went out of his way to get my car the next day.

Buy your car some place else!! Giving credit where credit is due, Michael and Tony from sales did a fantastic job! Both great guys who looked at every option available to help us out. The problem area is the back office. I bought an Atlas on the 10th of December 2018 and left happy to show it off. The car has been fantastic! VW did a great job. However the dealer was supposed to pay off the loan from the car I traded in. so we stop by on January 7, 2019 and ask them what's going on. They tell us it will be fixed that day. They tell us they didn't even call the bank for the pay off balance until January 5th 2019. We stopped again on the 9th since we didnt get anything, and we spent another hour. Being lied to about it already being sent and FedEx just wasn't updating their system and the new bank will backdate the check. FedEx didn't show that it had shipped until the 10th. The 11th arrives and the bank finally has the check but won't backdate it. So now a months worth of interest racks up, that shouldn't have. They take care of it and try to make a big deal about it, it's only taking care of their mistake. On the 19th of January, we still haven't gotten the registration for the car. So we call and email and text the finance guy that completed our paperwork, no response. On the 23rd I am fed up and go down there to find out where the registration is, only to be told it was processed on the 13th of January by the state (nearly 33 days after the purchase) and will be at the dealership on the 24th which also happens to be the day my temporary registration is up.... We'll see how this plays out, but definitely not good for such a large dealership. I feel sorry about all of the people that aren't detailed and keep track of all the smaller parts of buying a car. One can only imagine what kind of mess ups they have been through and not even known about. Again DONT BUY YOUR CARE HERE!

I've been taking my car here for regular oil changes and have been happy with that service. Kyle Smith is always pleasant and helpful. However, when I decided to have my a/c fixed here, the results weren't so great. After repairs were made I picked up my car and was told everything was fixed, checked and in working order. I drove my car straight home and parked it, and didn't drive it again until the next day and found that the air was hot again. I called Kyle immediately and was told to bring the car back in. Due to my work schedule I wasn't able to take it in until a week later. After the second go round, I am now being told the condenser has a leak and of course it is going to cost more money. If the refrigerant leaked out the very same night I picked my car up, then it is my opinion it was misdiagnosed or not fixed properly the first time. I was told on Wednesday that a Manager would be calling me today to discuss and as of yet, I have not received a call. I'm very upset that Larry Miller Volkswagen got my money, yet I don't have working a/c in my car. Just for reference, the temperature yesterday (4/6) at 3 pm when I left work was 98 degrees. I had to drive in rush hour traffic for a hour and half to get home...WITH NO A/C!

I wanted to take a minute and rate my experience at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Avondale. I decided to give five stars because my experience was smooth and low key from beginning to end, what was important to me was that the salesman Billy showed integrity, which I highly respect. He was respectful & genuine with my daughter being that is what I appreciate to be professional. I showed up earlier than scheduled not expected to be leaving there with a new vehicle, but Billy helped me with a straight forward option of what was in option for my daughter & I. His time that he took to hear my goals towards a vehicle combined with his experience made me feel stress free and cared for as a customer compared to what I experienced at other dealerships. After doing some research on my own & shopping around I knew what I was looking for in a Bolkswagen Passat. Billy found a way to make a deal that worked for me & I couldn't have asked for much more than that. My daughter & I left the dealership with a new car & my dignity still in tact, that you Billy! I really appreciate you taking into consideration my wants and needs towards a vehicle within my budget, dealerships needs more professionals like you!.

The team worked with me to help me get exactly what I wanted! They were very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Been here a few times for my Jetta and the work ok but on the more pricier side. Customer service some area of improvement. I had a person (Chad) ring up my purchase and I used a credit which was issued by the dealership. He told me I had to let him know why kind of payment type prior to paying them, FYI no one told me I had to clarify what type of payment type I was using. He told me he couldn't ring me up because it was "too hard". Then he asked another worker if he can process the card and he said he was "locked out" of the website. Why issue a credit card to customers if you are not able to process payments with the card? I also got a call from their customer service rep and they said they would try to figure out a solution or try to do something about the situation. Haven't heard from anyone yet. Hopefully my repairs last until the warranty ends so I don't have to go back to this dealership again.

From the first email to driving off the lot it was a great car buying experience. All my question by email or calls were answered quickly. The cars I wanted to test drive were up front and waiting. I was in and out quickly when it was time to sign the final papers. Liz R and the whole team at LHM were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have always been pleased with Larry Miller Volkswagen. From the moment I bought my Jetta from them in 2007 and still that hasnt changed 2013. I even drove from San Diego to get my car serviced from them because they do a great job and are very trustworthy. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car or get my car serviced.

Two times in a row they let me drive off the lot with a car, and both times they called me back telling me to bring the car back. They fly through sales men from what I've seen in the two years I've attempted to do business with them. They rush you into buying a car and are not helpful what so ever. I highly recommend staying away from this place. I sat In the lobby for over an hour before anyone ever approached me. They are greedy crooks, seriously you can do better. Also, read the fine print in their service agreements. Everything I needed to have done (which was a number of things) on my 2016 Jetta, I had to pay for out of pocket even though I'm paying for a service agreement
