Went there on Tuesday to get their advertised Xpress, no appointment necessary service, only to find out there was a 2.5hr wait. The service rep said I could get right in if I wanted to schedule for Friday morning, and asked my phone number, which I gave. He said I see you have been here before with your 2015 Passat. I said yes but it was a different one, but the only difference was one is black and the other one is white. He asked if I would like to buy a maintenance package that includes 2 oil & filter changes, and tire rotations a year apart for$140, and I said I would. When I arrived Fri morning he went to get my vehicle information, he came back in and said he didn't realize it was a diesel, and that maintenance package was$240. I said that I told him this car was the same as my other one, which their records showing I had been there before should have indicated when he quoted me the package price on Tuesday. I asked to get the service at the quoted price, but he said he couldn't do that. The car also had an open airbag recall, and since I had time constraints to get both things done, I didn't have much choice but to get it done at the bait and switch price. There was not even an offer to adjust the price because of the service reps mistake in not asking if it was diesel when he quoted me the package price. Other than that the service was okay, but did take a couple hours.
