David was my Sales Rep and did a phenomenal job and kept me in the loop on everything with my machine!!! Excellent customer service. Tony in parts answered any question I had about my other wheeler and plow hookup options with my current plow to my new ATV! The Tech putting my machine together did an outstanding job and was very friendly with me as far as letting me look over the machine while he was working!!! The sales managers introduced himself and never met me before and knew exactly what machine was mine!!! Chris the finance guy made everything quick and made sure I understood everything about the financing process!!! If I could give 10 stars I would for all employees who talked and answered any questions I had!!! Great team work environment!

Great experience. Matt, the salesmen, wasn't pushy at all and worked hard to find an ATV that best suited me. Very happy with the level of service.

All I can say is I would never have snowmobile service there again...too many things overlooked too many times..right from the get go of having accessories put on, the bolts holding the skis on where left loose and when they did engine work the clamp for the coolant line was left loose...

Very nice place. Recently expanded to house more inventory/winter storage options are now available. From a grom to a High end BMW explorer, they will have something you like. Great selection of helmets and other riding gear. I've heard good things about the service department. They hold riding events and occasionally a test event. Soups Legit and totes legotes, brotes.

Very easy to work with, they didn't pressure at all not even in financing. Explained alot ang put me on an the ATV that I needed and absolutely love. I would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I bought a bike yesterday at Moon. We had just walked through a different dealership where we weren't even acknowledged. We walked into Moon and started looking for the bike that we were interested in. Matt asked us if we had been helped and immediately started answering questions for us. He had been in the middle of something, so he connected us with John, who helped us get started with the financing application. Chris in finance then helped us walk through the application process. Both Matt and Chris stayed well past closing time to help finalize the sale. At all times, we felt well attended to, and never experienced the discrimination that we have felt at other dealerships in the past. While Monticello is not close to our home, we will gladly reward Moon with our continued business and future bike purchases because of their clear dedication and commitment to service.

Put a deposit down on a highly sought after bike (victory magnum) came in that evening to see it, Brett my salesman was efficient and friendly, rode it home the next day. Would reccomend to anyone who knows exactly what they're looking for, or for anyone looking for the most painless buying experience you could imagine.

Thinking about buying from Moon Motorsports? I've been a customer for the past few years and just had my bike there for some required maintenance. The Service Dept finished my bike on time, explained the various tests and adjustments, and the cost was spot-on with the initial quote. Kyle and his team- Sales, Service, Parts & Accessories- are honestly top-notch. I highly recommend Moon Motorsports with no hesitation whatsoever.

Brian in service did awesome work helping me out with a warranty issue after the dealer I bought it from blew me off. The products may be the same as the other guys but Moon service is superior. I'm very happy.

Always helpful staff, and fantastic selection of bikes

They had great service and great information to help me find the part I needed. They also charged $300 for a $60 part online and charged a restocking fee for the return, still got a running machine and $200 savings from the return. My advice, check Amazon or Ebay for parts before ordering from MoonMotorsports. I'm all for supporting local businesses but that much of a markup is to much for even me.

I've been going to this dealership since I was a little kid born and raised in Monticello have always bought all my gear parts and accessories here being it was the only dealership near by, I've bought 3 brand new machine's from them and every experience has been unpleasant to say the least
They don't back any of there sales. Have purchased 2 machine's from mies Outland and great service Everytime. This is the final straw for me though bought a brand new side by side from them 2 months ago and already broken no surprise brought it in for warranty work and now I have to pay the bill. They're strictly about getting the sale and that's it from that point on you are on your one. It's unfortunate that I have no interest in supporting a hometown business anymore, but from now on I will make the drive to mies for all my future purchases and will refer my friends and family to them as well.

Good diagnostic skills and people skills. Front wheel and back wheel to use the metaphor that Wilson Learning Company uses in their training for customer contact employees. I taught these skills for Ford Marketing in dealerships across the USA and Canada for eight years. I rate your Service Department with the best that I have evaluated. I use to wear a small gold Viking Battle Axe around my neck to announce that I was the "Hatchet Man".

Would love to give four stars. Went in to order over a $1000 in parts for a 2014 ranger drivetrain (extremely common wear items). They only had the wheel bearings in stock out of the 15 parts I needed to buy. The staff were very nice and quick to help, while also embarrassed of the prices and lack of inventory. I understand there's little money for the middle man in parts aales, but Moon needs to harbor more of a service oriented mindset.

After visiting four ATV dealers in the Twin Cities, I ended up driving 100 miles round trip to Monticello and it was definitely worth it! Tyler in sales (and another salesman whom I can't remember his name) was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I ended up purchasing a Yamaha Kodiak 700 and just had it delivered yesterday.

I'm a first-time ATV buyer so had lots of questions and some anxiety about the process. Everyone I interacted with at Moon - the front door person, the accessories department, the finance guy, the delivery guy - made this a seamless and enjoyable experience. You can tell this place is well run because everyone who works there is a true professional. The place is very clean and they have a ton of selection.

I plan on making the hundred mile round trip in the future when I need service or anything else ATV related. Thank you!!

From the moment I walked in the dealership the service level was high. Being a female customer, sometimes we are not taken seriously, and this was not the case at Moon Motorsports. I worked with salesman Brett DeMarais, who followed through quickly and completely, whether it was responding to a technical question, or following through on a commitment he made. I ended up purchasing a new Triumph, and am very happy with the product, and the continued commitment to service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy in this market.

Got a great deal on a used Street Glide. Mat Kobow(sales) is an awesome dude. Straight forward deal with no hassle. Financing is very competitive and hassle free as well. Highly recommended. This is my second bike I've bought from them.

I have bought my motorcycles and have always had my service done at Moon Motorsports. The staff; from the sales team to the service department are top notch. I enjoy stopping in as everyone is so nice and accommodating.

Had an issue with motorcycle where oil was abnormally low. They went the extra mile and measured what was present and cut the oil filter in half for inspection prior to changing. Would recommend.

I was looking for 1000 XP LE machine, having no luck, one call to Matt Kobow and he nailed it down for me. I was surprised at the high trade in value I got on my old machine, with no BS or back and forth. I was given updates on when the machine was being shipped and when it came in. All the parts I wanted came in ahead of time, along with the machine. Everything worked out perfect. Don't waste your time, just call him 1st.

Very helpful employees! If they did not have in stock, ordered part and delivered to home for small fee. Next time I will not bother to go to Bob's Cycle for parts.

They are always helpful when I go in nice people. They don't bother you normally till you ask them for help besides maybe once to see if you have any questions or need help and to ask if you need anything.

Both Brian and my Ducati technician John seemed to have my best interest when It came to my sport classic s. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure the service they performed was 100% on my bike. I had to drive 2 1/2 half hours to get to moon motors but it was well worth it , thanks guys

Due to surgery I couldn't get my BMW into the service department until a few days prior to leaving for the National in NY. They were able to squeeze me in and I was able to make the trip. Thanks again to the guys in the service department.

When I plan a trip and decide at the last minute I need new tires because I am heading for the Golden Gate Bridge the only question I am asked is How soon can you bring it in? Greatest service and mechanics in Minnesota."

Discussed repair with the service writer. He knew how many days to get the part and when the could put it in and the approx cost. Nailed each one. I appreciate the commitment to no surprises. I am a very happy customer.

I called and asked them to deliver a belt for my sled and they said "absolutely". Upon further review, we determined that there was more problems than just the belt. They then brought it back to the dealership and brought it right into the service dept. They turned it around in a couple hours. The GM, service department and the gentleman that came to pick me up showed amazing customer service.

UPDATE!! after writing 2star review(BELOW), onwer replied and sales manager called me and was very knowledgeable of the product I was after, took pictures and emailed me all the tech data and service information, well done guys.UPDATE!! I was going to ride 300 miles to come look at a BMW GSA, but after calling and talking to a salesman that 1. Didnt even know his inventory and 2. Was not helpful or accommodating. I think I will say drive 300 miles in a different direction.

well have brought my atv there 2 times now, in the first time, there was damage as a result of them ,they fixed ,now this time it came back with missing bolts,an oil in my airbox,i reached out to them being told they would call me back never happened ,

I brought my bike in for its spring check-up and 18k mile check. They were fast and efficient. When they gave me the list of what needed to be done, they worked with me to fit it into my budget and get me the best value for my dollar.

I purchased a used motorcycle from a private party. After a few months of owning it, it didn't start. I replaced the battery and it still would not start. So, I called the nearest Yamaha dealer. I couldn't speak to a live body there and their voicemail asked me to leave a message for their service department which came with a promise from them to call me back. In fact, I left three such messages over the course of three days. They still haven't returned my call. I ended up calling Moon and they said bring it in. I drove 45 minutes to Monticello. I'm glad I did. The experience was wonderful? Great customer service is hard to find, but it's alive and well at Moon Motorsports! I'm very satisfied. It turned out that my new battery (purchased elsewhere), was defective. The other place (In Osseo), still hasn't called me back. I guess they don't need or want my business. That's fine with me. I'll drive a lot farther for great service. No...I wasn't compensated to write this and am not in any way connected to Moon Motorsports.

Matt Was very helpful and was willing to help me learn more about the machine and wasnt judge mental I was thinking about a can am or Polaris and I just thought Polaris was a better way to go because thats all I ever had my entire life "

My initial service on my 2014 Bonneville T100 was smooth and comprehensive. I'm working hard at burning up the miles and will be back for me next service soon.

after writing a review about some bad service I got at moon motors I recieved a hand written letter from the owner of moon motors apologizing and making things right with my complaint this has definetly changed my view on there customer service every business has a off day and this just proves that when they do they will make the extra effort to make things right!! thanks to the owner I would never question doing business with them again.

I am a very fussy person and shop for the best deals. This dealer did a great job to be one of the most competitive and came through on the complete process to the end. I needed to find a new Snowmobile dealer that is willing to step up and they did.
