Just bought a 2015 car here last week and now the transmission light is on. I tried calling multiple times today and can't get through to sales or service. I am hoping this is not how this business is ran.

My 2015 VW golf had a recall on the the gas suction pump. Took it in to get it serviced and the very next day it stopped working. I had it serviced so my girlfriend could drive it to Flagstaff on her vacation while her friend was in town. She got to the hotel and it stopped running. So with my warranty I had it towed to the nearest VW to have them look at it. There service department could not look at it until a few days later so my girlfriend had to get a rental and drive it back down to Gilbert, Az (Where I live).

Service got back to me and informed me that basically we had run out of gas. When ever they were servicing my car my gas gauge was not set back correctly so it read as having a half tank but in reality it was bone dry. So now my vehicle is stranded in Flagstaff 3 hours away because of a silly mistake. I am requesting to have it towed back down by Larry Miller Volkswagon free if charge due to the mistake on there end.

The really frustrating part is this has been 3 weeks now and I've spoke with the same customer service rep multiple times. She has informed me that the manager will get back with me on my issue. I have not received the courtesy of this call from management. I feel disrespected and as if after the sale this car lot does not care to deal with me at all. I have been patient, calm, and respectful with everyone I have spoke with. This is getting a bit out of hand though and aggravating. I work in sales so I understand what it is like to deal with an irate customer so I am trying not to be that person. I just want to be compensated for this dealerships mistake and without having to use an entire day off to retrieve the vehicle.

So, in a nutshell this dealership made a mistake and then has brushed me off several times now. You can make it right by towing my vehicle to me.

*edit Another 2 weeks has gone by with no reply. I called today and was told I was being forwarded to the manager and it went straight to voicemail. Haha Great customer service. I feel almost like I am being punked or something. This dealership is unreal.
