Tough place to get into, but once you've gotten in, the employees are 'jonny on the spot!' When I went to try and figure out what was going on after getting parked, an inspector was there and ready to go! 15 minutes (10 of which was me wandering around) and I was out of there. Office staff were all smiling and ready to help. Great place to do business. Fantastic staff!
I needed some notary, enailing and scanning stuff done for a matter today. Being 2400 miles from home I didn't know where to turn and then I thought of my friend who is a Salesman at Desert trailer systems named Todd St. Vincent who sold me my trailer back in January. The trailer has been perfect.... They took care of things that weren't even their responsibilities helping me every step of the way. They are an excellent company to do business with!!!!!

Not sure who they re drivers are but one of them damn near killed me! Flying up the highway, came within 2 feet of my car and then veered over in the passing lane almost taking out another car! Whoever was driving should never be on the road!

Horrible horrible customer service. They are such a liar. They told me I got approved to finance, then they said there is a problem with the auto that I was gonna buy, after waiting for a week. When I went back again, they said I wasn't approved the first time and they are not doing finance anymore. This happened within couple of weeks. They don't know what the heck they are doing. Never called me back when they said they are going to. There was no option to rate ZERO, otherwise I would choose ZERO. Wast of time.

We came all the way from Chicago to buy a trailer from Desert Trailer Systems because their price was the most reasonable and no other dealer in the USA had a trailer available for pick up except for them. Right when we walked in, the service was outstanding; everyone very polite, going out of the way to help and the transaction was smooth and processed very quickly. We bought a new trailer and had a unit installed by another company. Few hours later we realized that the marker lights were not working so I called the office. They arranged for a technician to come in the middle of the night and when he couldn't fix it, we were told to come back with the trailer. They knew that we were in a rush getting back to Chicago and when we got there in the morning they already had a brand new trailer ready for us. Bought a reefer trailer. Driver picked it up and it didnt have an air chute. I asked sales to send me a chute and i would install it myself. I reached out about three times but never resolved. Many refrigerated warehouses wont load you without an air chute
