Thanks for this opportunity to review our latest service at Larry H Miller Volkswagen in Avondale Arizona. Our visit was on Wednesday, July 29. We took our car in to have it it s recommended oil change and have them replace our back window tinting which was covered under a lifetime warranty. When we entered The dealership our service advisor was Michael Erickson. We discussed what needed to be done to our vehicle so we decided to wait until it was completed. The reason why I m giving only one star is because we ve been coming to this dealership for over three years and there is always something that goes wrong. First of all the customer service is extremely poor and there isn t a feeling of welcome. We were told by the advisers that we may have to pay to have the backseat panel removed so that they can re-tint the window. When you offer a product and it is 100% lifetime warranty then it should not cost us anything to have it replaced after a defect. When we received the car at the end of the day they didn t bring it up to us and deliver it completed like they had done the first time that we went to the service department. Upon entering the vehicle it was dirty inside and had black handprints on the backseat and the drivers area had a paper mat on the floor a plastic covering on the steering wheel and a cover on the seat. We noticed that there was a blue and White sticker showing that they would sanitize the car before and after the service. There were checkmarks on the before section but nothing was checked on the after service. With COVID-19 being as rapid as it is I think it s very poor that they returned our car to us in the condition it was found and that they did not sanitize it like it should ve been according to the blue and white sticker. Overall I m afraid to say that this is our last visit to this dealership as we find their overall practice in the service department horrible.
