No easy way to get out of the Enchanted Village if you misbehaving kids or special needs adults

I have been buying furniture from Jordan's for years. As a matter of fact, my first purchase was in the Waltham store and I drove 45 minutes to get there. I have never been disappointed with my experience. Starting from the moment I walked in the door, to the delivery and follow-up.
It also makes me feel good about my purchases because Jordan's is a company that gives back to the community. That is important to me.

We worked with Pierre to purchase living room furniture. He was FANTASTIC! We need to purchase separate items and he helped ensure that the fabric and the colors coordinated well. We also needed a certain configuration on our sofa and Pierre worked with us to make that happen. He was just a delight to work with and his expertise and great designer eye was a bonus.

I have always loved Jordan s. Simply the best. I also ordered a second item but worried that I caused confusion. It was seamless and the delivery crew were perfectionists. It helped that they called me first and knew I was ready. They took their time and were very careful and thorough. I didn t need any additional stress that day, and didn t receive any. Everything was smooth. I m grateful for the whole company.

I came in shortly before closing and they never made me feel rushed or sense any signs of frustration. Even when I asked for direct instructions they still delivered with so pleasantly it was refreshing. Makes we want to purchase my next sets of furniture from there.

Due to store location logistics, Jordan's was last on our list, but it should have been 1st ! We walked in and was greeted by Jordan's team member, Steve Bertolino. The minute we told him what we were looking for, he walked us over to our new loveseat and chair !! I was very specific about the height of the footrest and hoped we could find furniture with footrest and headrest to meet our needs, at a reasonable price. Exactly what we wanted, at a great price and knowledgeable sales staff. Steve was a pleasure to work with and we love our new furniture !!! Thank you !

I walked into Jordan's furniture clearance center because I was looking for a loveseat. I immediate saw the perfect black leather loveseat for my home. The salesperson was professional and helpful. The delivery process was smooth and seamless. More importantly i got the loveseat at a great bargain! Thanks Jordan's furniture.

We purchased a mattress at Jordan's. We were greeted by a salesman in a lab coat. Hoeky gimmick. We were given a 'diagnostic test' and asked lots of questions as to our sleep habits.which helped to narrow down the type of mattress would be best for us. They have an amazing number of mattresses and it was great to be able to compare. He was extremely knowledgeable. We choose one but it was at a higher price point than we wanted and let the salesman know. We got a quote and called back the next day to inquire about a Jordan's brand, which we heard about from a friend, which was so similar and was $400 less. The salesman said he had thought about showing it to us after we left. Hmmm. We went back to compare the two and found no discernable difference so we purchased the lower priced mattress. We felt deceived. We are awaiting delivery.

Ps. We are happy with the mattress though we never heard back from the salesman which would have been good customer service with such a large purchase. Moral of the story.. have a budget, stick to it and make them show you ALL options including the Jordans brand.

Solid furniture always check clearence every month or so, always a hidden jewel.

We had been out to Jordan's a few months back looking at mattresses and boxsprings for our new home being built. We decided to return and make the final decision and order it a few weekends ago. When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted by one of the sleep tecnicians. We explained our previous visit and why we had returned. She asked if I remembered the first technician's name. After fumbeling through my pocketbook I located her business card and gave it to the technician. We continued on to look at a variety of mattresses with the technician. We decided to go with the original choice we had made on our first visit. We processed our order and I was very pleased to see this techinician gave the sale to the first technician. I said that's very nice of you to do tha,t to which she replied, "we take care of one another." Quite refreshing to hear in this competitive society.

We won't be accepting delivery for at least two more months or until our house is ready for us to move in so I will have to get back to you to describe what a great nights sleep we hope to have!

My husband and I just bought a mattress and a sofa in this beautiful store. We were impressed by the service and great HELP provided by Michael Robrish and Gary Adelstein. The reasons I go to Jordan's Furniture never include actually purchasing furniture, as I think is the case with most people. Let's be honest, if it weren't for the laser light shows or IMAX, would we really still visit the store? All kidding aside, Jordan's is something completely unlike any other store. To quote the introduction to the laser show: "You'll forget you're even in a furniture store!"

Went straight to the clearance center. I bought a sectional in less than 15 minutes, on a Sunday. Jackie was our salesperson and she was great. We had it delivered and set up that Wednesday. I knew what I wanted and they had it. Highly recommend Jordan's. We have purchased from them before and we will again.

I have to compliment the people who work in the loading bays. They were friendly and helpful and quick! We brought a rug home to try with our furniture. When we decided it didn't go well we returned it. I called the department that processes returns. The woman with whom I spoke (Nancy) was helpful and efficient. She told me that by the time I arrived at the loading bay my credit would be in the computer. It was! They unloaded the rug for me and I was on my way. Thank you for this great customer service experience. It was easy to shop, buy and return. I appreciate your consideration for my time!

Best place to shop for your living room, my living room is from Jordan furniture very lovely. Anytime someone visit this lovely furniture store try there outlet good selection to choose from.

Went to Avon this past weekend. Had a great experience with our salesperson, Judi! Can't wait for our custom order to arrive!!!

My sales person, Randy, was exceptionally helpful, he reminded me that all purchases from the Colossal Clearance Center would be new pieces, not what was on display, in addition, he was very thorough explaining the coverage offered under the protection plan. Would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Went there to look. Ended up buying a bedroom and living room set for my new house. Suzanne (sale person) was excellent. Very patient. Gave us space/time to look around. Will go back soon to get more furniture.

Todd made my purchase experience perfect. Cannot say enough good things about him. The two man delivery team could not have been better and so accommodating and polite. Just a reminder why I went back to Jordan's to replace my king set with a new queen on a power platform.

We just purchased a new mattress. We had an excellent experience dealing with Natalia Moniz in the Sleep Center. She made the process of finding the correct mattress my wife & I would be comfortable on an easy task. Delivery was the next day. We are very pleased with Jordan's Furniture.

My sleep lab experience was tremendous due to the sales person, Elizabeth who was quite knowledgeable about the products. She provided answers that made sense and made me feel like I was the most important customer she had to deal with. She took the time that was needed to answer all my questions. She was pleasant and courteous and I would recommend her to anyone!

This was not my first experience with Jordan's, and they continue to astound me. Frankly, I would not shop anywhere else. In an age of apathy and rudeness, you can be sure that Customer Service is alive and well at Jordan's. My recent purchase of a new mattress was easy and pleasant. My sleep technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to look up a mattress I purchased at Jordan's many years ago and recommend a comparable selection for me to "test". In just a few minutes, I had found the perfect one. He was also able to give me a recommendation for a new pillow. This led to a very pleasant surprise- the chronic neck soreness/stiffness that I was blaming on my computer work was apparently caused by my old pillow. I feel great now! I am so grateful that I had that conversation with this expert.
And the delivery was fabulous. I was able to get the date I wanted. The day before delivery, I got nervous about my narrow stairs and called Customer Service in a panic to request a split boxspring. They were able to change my order at no extra charge and were gracious about it. Still, I live on the 3rd floor, no elevator and have really twisty stairs, so I was concerned about the delivery. Those delivery men were amazing- true professionals. They calculated every angle and had the old stuff out and the new stuff in within a few minutes. They set it all up carefully for me. I told them how pleasant my Jordan's shopping experience was and they told me what a great company it was to work for. One raved about what a great guy Eliot is. He said that Eliot started in the business as a delivery guy and really understands the job and treats employees with respect.
I really can't say enough positive things about Jordan's. They met my expectations and beyond.

Customer service in the outlet wasn't good. We pressed the help button twice and watched some sales person come towards us only to help someone who asked them for help with a more expensive set and she chose to help them. Told the person as we walked out not happy with the service and didn't end up buying the 600 recliner because of customer service.

Our experience with Jordan's has been great! We bought a mattress last September, slept on it for about 4 months and noticed that the mattress was settling more than normal (meaning, fairly substantial dips in the mattress where we laid). We know mattresses do settle, but this one settled a little too much. We notified Jordan's, and they were VERY quick to send somebody out for a warranty inspection, and within 2 days, they had approved us for an even exchange. We picked out a new mattress, the customer service was great, they delivered it within 2 days, and so far, we love it!

Even though we had an issue with the product, the company stood by it and did everything a reasonable customer would expect them to do. They responded promptly, completed the process quickly, and we're now sleeping on a mattress we are very happy with. I'd shop at Jordan's again, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

All around positive experience

I purchased a sofa, loveseat, and a chair from Jordan's. I had gone online to choose the items I wanted, as well as the fabric for each, however I wanted to see both the furniture and fabrics in person. I took advantage of being able to make an appointment, and provided all of the necessary information for the appointment. Upon arrival at the Avon store, we were introduced to Christopher Ortiz to show us around. Chris had the fabrics available with some additional pieces of fabric to view. Some of the fabrics Chris suggested, we used. The color on the website can be very different from the actual color, and Chris picked fabrics which were the colors we were seeing online, and not the fabrics we had chosen. We were thrilled by Chris's professionalism and having taken the time to anticipate our needs ahead of time. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour, because of Chris, and we were excited with our new purchases. Jordan's is a class act furniture store. Thank you for making our visit so easy and unstressful.

Went to Jordan's in Avon and found the perfect sofa and chair. Delivery date was made and kept on time. I can't say enough about the father son team, Jose & Joseph, who delivered the furniture - they were both very polite and helpful. Kudos to Jordan's for having such wonderful help! BTW - LOOOOVE my new furniture!

This Jordan's had the enchanted village/skating rink in teh winter as well as the laser show, and the theater. Would definitely recommend visiting here for more than just furniture shopping

Kevin Connolly at the Avon store was wonderful!!! Extremely patient, took his time explaining the mattresses and answered all of our questions. The delivery went very smoothly. Have had the mattress/box spring set for approximately two weeks and love it.

The salesperson, Wendy, went above and beyond to assist me in selecting the perfect furniture for my expansive balcony. The 2 gentlemen that delivered and assemble the furniture were amazing. They were quick, careful, respectful, polite and very professional. I love shopping at Jordan's in Avon...it's a class act from beginning to end!!

We were shopping for a queen size mattress and split box spring. We were assisted by sales Rep John Harding. We chose our product, paid for it and were given a delivery date of 8/11/20. We received a call prior to this telling us there would be a delay in shipping possibly up to a month. We immediately went back to the Avon store to inquire about this. John explained the shortage of material in the manufacturing process due to covid 19. We most certainly expressed our displeasure about this and John did his best to accommodate us with comparable products. I can only hope I am as professional as he was with my customers when they are unhappy. It was by sheer luck that he found comparable products available for the same shipping date. If he hadn't, we would have still been disappointed but would have had to acknowledge that John put in his best effort to accommodate us. The delivery guys did an amazing job. Our house is very small and the stairway they had to go up very narrow and they were very quick and efficient.

We shopped at the Avon store. Our sales person Danny was excellent. We where buying a mattress for my husband and I and our 14 year old son. Danny treated our son like a consumer and not just a kid. He spent lots of time with all of us helping us to decide. He was completely honest and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. I will definetly shop at Jordan again. And you can't go wrong with the 60 months no interest deal either!!!

The sales representative on the floor was extremely helpful, I was in and out of there so quickly and happy with my decision and the delivery was only 3 days later and they were quick and professional. Love Jordan's Furniture!

Fun times! They have snow blowing which really made my bf niece excited. Indoor skate rink was fun and cute. Muffins are ok, wait time is ok (long line but moves fairly quickly) pics and the reindeer race was totally fun!! Popcorn smells great and taste is not disappointing

No pressure sales associates, Lauren. All items were priced, some stores don't mark prices on merchandise, you have to ask.
Promised and delivered as scheduled, even in these trying times.
Slight problem with sofa cushion, resolved the next day.
What could be better? Oh! Zero % interest for 12 months.

The whole experience was great. From the sales to the delivery. Everyone was very good to respond to any question quickly.

Absolutely love this place!!! They were very busy because it was a holiday but there was always someone around to help you if you needed it. Found a beautiful recliner and the delivery price is not as much as other places which is great!!!!! Good quality Furniture too. My salesman David Martin was excellent!!!!! Thank you David.

As Usual Jordan s out does itself in every way every single time. I love and trust this place. The employees are extra special. I feel safe there, what a wonderful company.

Although we had a very informative living room sectional salesman, I felt that in the interest of full disclosure, details in regards to the warranty were severely lacking. A few hundred dollars later, I found out that the terrific 5-year warranty was not part of the purchase price - but was added on to the total bill.
Call me naive but I did not realize that the warranty was a significant add-on price until reading it on the invoice at home. Never was it mentioned that this was at an additional cost.

Free entry to the Enchanted Christmas village - totally worth it.

The place is huge with with a friendly staff on the floor. However it was pretty ordinary. Nothing unique, but priced as if so.

Really long line but was alot fun in the end ! Glad i waited my daughters both really enoyed the enchanted village and we have been to the 4D movie as well years prior with are now teenager n she loved it

Both the shopping and delivery went well. We were particularly pleased with the curtesy and efficiency of the men who made the delivery.

We began our shopping experience in Jordan's Outlet and we were helped by a kind, knowledgeable woman who was so helpful! We DID end up going upstairs in the main store and purchased an absolutely gorgeous family room set. The delivery process was incredibly smooth. "Elliot" kept us informed with a number of phone calls and delivery was on time and fast.

We have made a number of purchases from Jordan's Furniture over the years and we have always been completely satisfied with the quality and service.

My visit to Jordan s furniture was a very good experience. I found the sales representative very interested in finding the best deal with the precise selection of furniture to my needs.

In the overstock and floor model area they have some wonderful bargains and depending on how long it's been there depends on how much it is. My only complaint is how expensive it is to have an item delivered.

I absolutely love my new mattress! I was very overwhelmed by all the mattresses to choose from but then Cheryl Chadwick came to my rescue! She helped me find the perfect mattress that fit my needs and for better support. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while I decided which mattress was best for me. I highly recommended Jordan's Sleep Lab! Thank you :)

This was an all-around excellent experience. We bought a floor model recliner, and the salesperson explained all the pros and cons, and we got a great deal.

The delivery was on the early end of the estimate, which was great - who likes planning their day around a delivery? - and the men were fast and efficient, even though the chair was a tight fit through the interior doors.

Jordan s is still my favorite!

We were anxiously waiting for Jordan's to reopen and were not surprised to find that the above average shopping experience was still awaiting us. Our salesperson, Dave Martin, was friendly, easy to work with and very professional. He took all the time we needed to help us make decisions on furniture for three rooms. With his expert advice to guide us, we left the store feeling very satisfied and happy that we purchased furnishings for our home that we will really enjoy. We have never been disappointed with any aspect of Jordan's, would never think to shop anywhere else!

Thursday afternoon I decided to buy a patio umbrella. The store was very busy but I found Andy. He was a great salesperson- quick and efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. I was able to pick the umbrella up the following day-customer service was great in warehouse as well! Later that night Andy called me- he was reviewing his sales and realized I did not order a base - I decided to use my old base but was impressed that he made that call! Love my new umbrella!

Had a great sales person who helped place two separate orders. The email notices re delivery were very helpful and the delivery guys called me as requested ahead of time. The two delivery guys for each delivery were wonderful; they placed the furniture exactly where I asked and the second delivery involved attaching a headboard to our current bed. They did a great job and I didn't even have to ask them to attach it. Very happy with the two purchases and deliveries.
