I bought a new EOS and needed some training on the "how to's" of using the touchscreen and other feattures. I stopped by the Service department and Eric stopped what he was doing and came right out and walked me thru all the different functions and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and easy to understand
. A week or so later, i encountered a problem with my hard top convertible not working and drove right over to the service department. I was met by Dwayne, who again, stopped what he was doing and came out to see what the problem was. Within a few minutes they had the car back in the shop. Within a short time, Dwayne met wih me in the customer waiting area and informed me what the problem was and that it was probably going to take a day to two to fix. He immediately set me up with a loaner van, as I needed it for work the following days. He called me the next day, to keep me informed on the progress and that they were still waiting for some parts to come in and that they would need to have it one more day. By mid day, the next day, he let me know the car was ready. When I went in to pick it up, I was in and out in just a few minutes and back on the road.
The entire service experience was professional and painless. I would definately recommend LMVW to anyone looking for a new or used car or service.
