I think there is lack of communication on the service dept. We were there for the second time for key programming but after waiting for 1.5 hrs we were told that their machine was broken & to make up they gave us a free carwash & was promised that they will call us which was supposed to be sometime last week, that one of their guys will get the car from our house & they will bring it back to us so we don't have to wait next time but that didn't happen. We will just take it to another VW dealership. Also ordered a key from the Parts dept. that turned out didn't work. I was offered to have a refund w/c I did the next day (Monday). Still waiting on my refund to come back so I called Friday to ff. up on it & I was told that they were about to call me but they forgot (due to missing info that's why they can't process the refund), although this person apologized.
