Sales rep Walter was a pleasure to work with. Vlad was also helpful in getting us top dollar for our trade. I can t say the same for finance. As soon as I declined all add on services, he got pissy, barely spoke and when we were done he slid the memory stick with the paperwork towards me, stood up and said were done. Didn t shake my hand, didn t say thank you for your business. Very rude and abrupt. Somebody needs to get that guy straightened out. Unfortunately he s my last impression of your dealership and that s not fair to the others who worked so hard to earn my business.
