Terrible service. I went in for an oil change, which I was told by two people included a multipoint inspection, and that it was covered under my extended warranty that I had. They took over and hour and a half to get my car done while plenty of other customers came and left during my wait time. Once my car was done I was charged for the oil change (fine but they should have told me I would have to pay when I came in but they told me that I was covered and didn t have to pay) and discovered that no multipoint inspection was done.
This isn t the first time I have had a bad experience here with the service department. Oh, good luck talking to someone in the service department, they don t pick up. The ones you do talk to are extremely rude.

Recently visited Larry Miller in Murray, looking for a new Toyota, I have a 2003 w/ 130,000+ miles. Thomas Gamache assisted me, we looked a few cars, and my options with the trade in. This time the Corolla looks like my best way to go. After looking at the numbers (& double checking the other dealers) it looks like I'll go back to Thomas and buy. It's nice to see a young man that is willing to listen to MY NEEDS, going into retirement, and him NOT PUSHING me into something I really don't need!

My wife and I really feel bad that Casey Garner no longer works for Larry Miller Toyota in Murray Utah Casey was always good to my mother for many years before her passing in 2010 Casey has been very helpful with our vehicles and has always taken very good care of our vehicle concerns he's very helpful and has very good knowledge of all the vehicles and has a very long line of customers that I know will miss him dearly. Maybe someone should find forgiveness in their heart and give him a chance I know a lot of customers personally that my family had sent to your dealership over the years because of Casey's work. A lot of our friends and their families come to your dealership just because of Casey. I truly believe that everyone deserves chances sometimes more than one or two or three maybe a good coaching session but don't just give up on your employees I work for a very large firm here in salt lake City that I know truly believes in their employees and when things start to fail or work starts to fail that they get a coaching session and believe me I have seen people with drug and alcohol problems and our company has faithfully stood behind the employee and their families so please find forgiveness in your heart and bring Casey Garner back you will really be losing a great employee and people like Casey are so knowledgeable and so friendly are very hard to find. I hope someone reads this. Thank you

I will never shop with Larry Miller again. My sale...

I will never shop with Larry Miller again. My salesman was good, but quit before the sale had been completed (good for him). Once they get you into the finance office, the high pressure tactics begin. Despite the fact we were pre approved through our credit union, they insisted they could get us a better rate. Maybe, maybe not. It wasn't worth additional inquiries on our credit. The finance guy told us that $500 fee for the window etching was a non negotiable fee. This is a point of contention that we were prepared to walk out over. All the literature I read says this is a useless fee. They claim it is insurance, but their own documentation declares that this is a warranty product. Nobody can require an individual to purchase an extended warranty of any kind with the purchase of a vehicle, tv, or any other product. When we refused to pay for it, and decided to go somewhere else, our non negotiable fee suddenly became negotiable. I feel they operate in a dishonest manner, and have little concern for the best interest of their customer. In the end we bought the vehicle from Larry Miller, only because after 5 days of back and forth, we did not want to begin the process again somewhere else. At this point, my temporary registration is about to expire and still no plates or communication from LHM. This has been by far the worst car buying experience of my life, provided by a dishonest dealership with a sales and finance staff driven by lining their own pockets rather than customer service or the needs of the customer.
UPDATE: 8/8/16 (4 weeks after vehicle was purchased) LHM finally returned my call and notified me that they would not be able to license my 2014 vehicle without first doing an emissions test, which we paid for as a fee on our contract, but was never done. Surprised? I'm not. So it looks like an emissions test, and probably another 4 weeks until I get plates from LHM. Stay tuned for more updates!

They have us a great deal on an incredible car after the first one we were going to get turned out to have problems. Their customer service is awesome! I was afraid to buy a car due to the stigma of car salesmen, but this experience was a dream!

Went there for my non-Toyota Vehicle on spot renewal. It is a busy place, but they make things go quickly. People working there are very friendly. Nice waiting area and great service. Only charge for test, no additonal charge for on spot renewal. Highly recommend for on spot renewal.

I had been looking for a first car for my daughter. My expectations were not high on the quality of vehicle I would find in the price range I wanted to spend. That was until I visited Kasey and her team at LHM Toyota. She took the time to help me and my daughter find the perfect car, giving me options and very honest feedback on the vehicles, something I do not think I would have had trying to buy a car on my own. I felt comfortable and excited throughout the car buying process. I am confident that my daughters first Corolla will last her many years to come and it is one that she is proud to drive. Thank you Kasey and the LHM Toyota team for exceeding my expectations.

As objective as possible I can tell you that it was a bad experience from the start, but thanks to Marion Beagley, everything got better. I arrived with a problem with the battery of the vehicle (my car still has a Toyota warranty) and I waited a long time for them to attend to me, then I tried to talk to a man with glasses and he without even seeing me gave me answers in a bad way, then he wanted me to I will leave the vehicle, an endless number of obstacles just to solve the battery issue. I was with my daughter and my wife, we were already desperate, thank God that Mr. Mario Beagley suddenly came and in a matter of minutes he solved everything. They changed the battery and in less than an hour my car was working. Also the young man who did the battery test was very nice. When you have love for what you do, work becomes something pleasant where we all win.

The salesman Denis and the finance man Josh were very helpful and aware of my slim timeline. Coming from out of state, I was on a timeline and had to make everything work. I couldn't have done this without their help. They definitely showed great customer service in my case.

Wow! Went there Saturday with a pocket full of money to buy a new Forerunner and got the worst service experience of my life. Walked on the lot and a the person had to yell for "Serge" to come help us. This guy was uninterested (putting it mildly). Got him to open a vehicle and asked him a few basic questions about it, which he answered wrong. Wife and I wanted to talk about it, asked for his card, said he didn't have one and walked away and never came back. Make my living on commission, not sure what you get on a $50,000 Forerunner, and I guess "Serge" won't either. Simple...not going back, don't think you should either. I'm sure I'll be treated better at Mark Miller or Karl Malone.

I know we all make mistakes and that is a given but the way I was treated the lack of even a "I'm sorry " or " Thank goodness you weren't hurt or worse " but nothing , wow . I personally know some of the technicians there and they have some great people Eddie , Rob are fantastic and I trust them with my car and my kids cars . What upset me was I had brought my best friends 04 Landcruiser in for service and the advisor called and recommended additional repairs some fluid flushes and replacement of "seized "rear bellcranks ( for park brake ) not at all uncommon especially with our climatic conditions and salt etc. we authorized all repairs . I was dropped off and picked up vehicle . I traveled north from dealership on state street to 5300 south where I traveled west to I-15 where I traveled north , vehicle felt and drove great that is until I exited 600 south city center exit and began decelerating as light was yellow on 400 west , when I applied the brakes vehicle SEIZED UP had I not been seat belted I would have gone through windscreen, the car behind me almost rear ended me had it been 99% of the drivers on their phones I for sure would have been rear ended . Feeling like the hand of God was preventing me from moving I was able to get the vehicle to side of the road . After wishing I had brought clean pants and undergarments I walked to my friend coffee shop very shaken . I called the dealership and didn't yell or otherwise freak I just told the advisor what had transpired in the past 16 minutes since leaving the dealership and her reply was " we didn't work on the brakes "! I paused took a deep breath and calmly asked her to get a tow truck dispatched ASAP " to this she replied " if it's not related to our work you'll be liable for tow charges " unbelievable . They did find a bolt of bellcrank had not been properly torqued and came loose acted like someone stuck a broom in bicycle spokes . I went to pick up vehicle and wasn't met by advisor or manager , I called to talk to manager about three times left messages never called back . Unfortunately they'll not get my business any longer because of lack of empathy and not responding accordingly to a very serious incident that could have been fatal

I ve had EXCELLENT luck with Larry Miller s online parts department. I live in Washington state. Larry Miller s online parts prices are very competitive (either the cheapest online or within a dollar or two). They ship quick and their parts guys have caught mistakes in my order and called me and fixed it ( did you really want two left sides, or do you really want one right and one left ). Rare for an internet order to be double checked by a human. I also returned a core and they refunded my core charge quickly. I recommend Larry Miller Toyota s online parts department without any reservations. They re my go to!

My husband and I have been repeat customers of Larry H. Miller Toyota. We love their service and the Toyota car! We recently purchased two new Rav4's!!! We love them and we couldn't be happier with our purchase!!! I know this is the Toyota car I'm praising however, the salesman, Ryan and their Financiers - Houston and Chris made this all possible for us. These three men made it all possible for us to purchase the cars we wanted. I had "judged a book by it's cover" and purchased a completely decked out, sporty RAV4 SE without test driving it because it was on the showroom floor assuming it would drive like the Limited and LE that we test drove. What I didn't know was that SE's or sport editions, run pretty rough because that's what they're built to do. After signing all of the papers and getting it gassed up and detailed, we drove our cars home. On the way home I noticed that I could feel every bump in the road and I knew I made a mistake. I thought I'd give it one more day. The next evening, I told my husband how I felt about the car and he completely agreed with me. He called our salesman, Ryan, and Ryan immediately called to see if we could stop the sale. The next morning we found out that they were able to cancel the paperwork. Ryan had also pulled from the lot a RAV4, knowing what I liked, and I went in and test drove it and fell in love with it immediately!! Ryan, Houston and Chris started on the paperwork immediately and we picked up my car the next day. I cannot thank these men enough for covering my stupidity. They definitely went over and beyond the call of duty and they certainly know how to put the customer first and make them happy!!! I will always be grateful to them and the Larry H. Miller company!!! We are your loyal fans!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

I normally have nice things to say about Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray, but this last visit was not up to par at all. I dropped my vehicle off at 10:50 am for an 11:15 am 20 k mileage service. I was checked in by a member of the service staff, who looked me up on the computer and let me know that I would be receiving a call to pick up my vehicle when it was ready. I leave and go to work. Fast forward to 3 pm and I still have not received call. After 20 mins or so of trying to call the service center with no luck, I decided to drive to the dealership and check on the status of my vehicle. When I approached the service desk and asked about my vehicle, no one had any idea where my car was! It took them about 15 mins to locate my car, which had been parked in the back with zero work completed from 11:00 am to now 3:30 pm. The service staff told me that they would push my car into the garage ahead of everyone else and get it done in 20 mins. About 25 mins later I saw my car being pulled up to the front, I approached the service desk and asked for my keys. The service staff member let me know that he was sorry that my car had been lost/forgotten about and handed me the keys, but no service completion paper. I hopped in my car and drove home, after getting home I popped my hood as I normally do to check if my fluids had been filled up. Surprise! They had not and they were all low, it was like someone rushed as fast as they could and just replaced the oil and filter. On top of all that I now have a mysterious scratch on the lower part of my front bumper. I know you guys are busy and this service was included in my service plan, but this was just a horrible experience.

test drove a car but it just wasn't for us (tiny sunroofs in 2020 when so many other places have those giant sunroofs...what can I say, it gets a bit claustrophobic), so I don't have too much more info on the 'experience'

awful experience at LHM honda though, so not inclined to go to a LHM dealership again...based on that and this meh experience, would go elsewhere if we ever wanted to take another look at toyota

Larry H. Miller in Murray did a fantastic job on replacing the U joints on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma. It rides so much smoother! I m happy with how quickly they were able to get my truck in for the repair/replacements. They also provided me with a ride to and from my home so I didn t have to wait there for several hours. The staff here is courteous and professional. A shout-out to Jake who helped with ordering the parts and for working with me on the scheduling. Great communication and service.
The service dept. here is well managed, with customer satisfaction being a big priority.

I have been taking my 2004 Toyota 4Runner to LH Miller for several years. I appreciate the oil change deals. However, the rear gate hatch latch failed. I called Toyota and was quoted $280 for the part, and $108/hour for labor. When I asked how many hours it would take, the service rep stated it was a very complicated fix and would take 4 hours. I researched it online where all the forums stated it was a simple fix and a part that often fails in Toyotas about 10 years old. I ordered the part online for $185 and installed it myself in about 45 minutes. I am a 60 year old woman. Not happy about what they wanted to charge me!

The service center at the LHM Toyota in Murray is really exceptional! I do all of my maintenance and repairs here for my Toyota outside of tires which are done at Costco because they they fill them with nitrogen which is lighter than air and my car can fly under the right conditions. The service managers, tech s, receptionist and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Craig Warner is the best service guy I have ever worked with. For minor repairs wiper blades, air filters, light bulbs and other minor things the parts department always has them in stock and at a fairly good price. When it comes time to replace my cars I always seem to go back to Toyota based on the fact that I ve had such good experiences with the dealership and they are vehicles are so reliable and almost trouble free..

Shady ass GM! Go to one of the many other dealerships that actually honor their pricing. They had a truck advertised for a price online. We had already been pretty approved for that price from our bank and we're ready to hit. When I got there they said their advertising was wrong and they wouldn't honor the price. This is not a couple hundred dollars we're taking about. It was $9,000!!! Not my problem your people don't know how to do their job. This is YOUR mistake not mine.

They need to teach their techs about torque specs. I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I went there to get my bearing warrantied, and when they were done they did not torque the center hub down. My wheel almost fell off! They fixed the scratched rotor that was damaged, but how could the dealership where I bought my truck from not know torque specs....

After promising me I would not have any trouble financing the 2015 Malibu that was perfect and I had instantly fallen in love with this dealership rips it back from me because their guaranteed pre-approval is nothing more than a scam. I had to return the car over a week after taking it home which broke my heart. So to all future customers please beware.

I back2 hrs latter and nothing was done, when I made claim they did in 20 minutes.

I love that they remind you about your appointment...

I love that they remind you about your appointments, come bounding up to meet you, and listen to any concerns you have about your vehicle. Just wish they would take a second to go through the paperwork before asking me to 'sign here'. I went through it later, with no surprises, but it would be nice!

Purchased three Avalons in past five years. This month's purchase was a Limited Hybrid Avalon silver in color. Not one to be found in Utah. LHM negotiated with an out of state dealer and shipped the car I wanted to LHM Toyota. BONUS...car arrived with fully tinted windows, premium paint protection package, matched door edge guards. LHM sales associate Dale De St.Jeor without being asked noted I would not be charged or asked to pay for the added benefits to the car. LHM honored the deal we had made before the car was found. BIG PLUS....Will definitely recommend LHM and be a returning customer.

I was belittled and laughed at multiple times. If asked I will mention the name of the salesmen. First and last name but his attitude and the words he used against me were inappropriate for Larry H Miller. I only went to Larry H Miller Toyota because of recommendations. I left feeling like I wanted to curl up in a ball and never move again.

If I could leave a 0 Star Rating I would. I started off my visit by telling my salesmen that I was looking for a specific used car. I had mentioned it twice off the bat because I knew what I wanted. Instead of listening to me, he tried pushing a 2018 Toyota Yaris IA. In his own words, We re trying to push the 2018 s on people because we re closing out the year. When he asked me if I liked it I said, Eh, I m not really looking for IA or new car. Instead of listening to me kept on talking about it and continued to push the Yaris IA on me. Instead of showing me the cars I wanted to see, he continued to show me Toyota Corolla s and said I m showing you the price of these used Corolla s so that you can appreciate the price and value of the Yaris.

Again, I mentioned my that I wanted a certain a model, make and year. He said again I want you to appreciate the value of the Yaris instead these used cars. (I know that being a salesmen means being persistent but if you re not even listening to the customer, how do you expect me to purchase a car!?!) We went inside and instead of taking my words of I want to buy a certain model, make and year. Seriously, he continued to push the Yaris.

At one point he told me to be realistic and I told him that I was. I told him that I was unable to realistic afford the Yaris. When I asked about trade in value he told me that my car wasn t worth anything. I then said I ll just leave and drive my car until I have to replace it or that I would sell it for a certain amount on my own. The salesmen then belittled me and said, You don t have the experience to buy this car. You can t appreciate it. Go sell cars and gain experience and then come back and talk to me. He then said I could have helped 2 other customers instead of listening to you talk!

At one point of my experience, I mentioned that my brother was a co-signer and that he had bought a brand new Toyota Forerunner. The salesmen called me a liar and went on this rant about how my brother was a liar and that he hadn t bought a 2017 Forerunner last year. (My brother bought it in Colorado, so how would he know.) He only started to act nice to me when I mentioned my brothers profession as a doctor.

As I was leaving he told me that I needed to swallow my pride (If I can t afford a vehicle that is being pushed on me, how can I swallow my pride? But something I can t make payments on!?! That s unrealistic.) He laughed to my face multiple until another salesmen came up and talked to me.

Left grease all over my FJ after an oil change - inside and out. So they offered to do a "detail" and sprayed chemical on my dash and doors that ate the dash and doors. It now always looks like something white is always sprayed on it. Highly dissatisfied. They ruined my interior.

Everything was great. Was a little crowded but not too bad. However I do come to expect a car wash and my fluids topped off when I get an oil change and that hasn't been done the past few times I've been in. Would like to see that being taken care of.

About 15 or 20 years ago I had the worst experience with a dealership Larry H Miller in Sandy I swear them I would never go to another Larry H Miller recently that has changed I went to the Larry H Miller in Murray and they treated me more than fairly honestly and help me with a problem I had I now we'll go to Larry H Miller in Murray for any services my vehicle needs I would like to thank them the people in Parks absolutely great with me and Casey Gardner in the service was more than helpful went way out of his way to assist me above and beyond letting me know that at this dealership people actually count not just dollars

He gave me the best price that Larry Miller Toyota could do, no haggling or pressured negotiations. I took his price and compared with several other Toyota Dealers.
