The place is nice the workers are nice but the boss put his car up for sale but wont let anyone test drive it until purchased which is insane! Definitely not gonna buy a car unless I can drive it first.

Visited the Bellevue dealership a week prior and had some numbers ran and was pleased at what we came up with. Went in with my trade-in to buy a new vehicle a week later and was low balled by $11k and wasn t offered any sort of factory rebates, discounts or finance options close to what we discussed. We were pushed from one sales person to the next and ended up with a know-it-all young man that had no idea what he was talking about in terms of numbers. I myself have a masters in business so we knew when they started fluffing up the price and interest rates. We ended up turning away from the whole buying process and they didn t seem bothered at all and pushed us to the door. None of the salesman even bothered to say goodbye or assist my wife and kids to open the door, I basically did while holding my 9month old in my arms (RUDE). Overall bad experience, disappointed in the sales management team and will not be buying a Land Rover EVER! I ll stick with my Jeep Wrangler JKU Rubicon with zombie setup (not what was being traded in), a true vehicle for all terrains. Positive note, we had time to get some Chinese food after before they closed. Recommendation: if a company can t be of great service to their buying customers, what will their customer service and maintenance be like afterwards?

This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We ordered the brand new Range Rover Velar before it came out. This means we had to customize and create it from scratch without any physical car to reference or look at. This take a lot of trust in the sales rep and dealership to get everything right and the way you envision it. We worked with Sergey Makhanov from start to finish and Dmitri Mordekhov the GM assisted us as well when finalizing the build.

I can't speak more highly about their exceptional level of customer support, service, and attentiveness to detail. We had various questions throughout the time while we waited for the car to be built and Segey responded to all in a timely matter and with great insight. I highly recommend working with him for a successful car buying experience. Both he and Dmitri answered all questions and provided us with car buying options in a way that was always genuine and authentic.

The car not only arrived sooner than they promised, and once it did they also went to special lengths to present to the car to us in a way that made our purchase feel special and meaningful. Issac Hicks was the technology guru once we actually received the car. He spent two hours walking us through the in's and out's of the new technology and all of the features the car had to offer. Altogether they worked as a great team to service all of our needs and questions.

Without a doubt I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to work with the team at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. You will greatly enjoy the car buying experience here and be thankful for the support that you receive during and after your purchase.

My husband and I have been going to Land Rover in Bellevue for 5 years now. We would never take out business any where else. Robin in service has provided the most amazing customer service I've ever had anywhere for anything!! We will always own a Land Rover because of Robin and the whole service team there. When I walk in the door, everyone from the awesome service manager down greet me at the door with smiles, hugs and the best service ever!!

I worked with Aurelio and he was as good as a salesman that you could of asked for. I was not sure what I wanted and showed me plenty of options that fit my budget and what I was looking for. He was extremely patient and never pushy. If you are in the market I recommend him and the entire staff.

There was a problem in my rrs brake and we reported on the 2nd week we got the car. However, dealer and land rover never treat it seriously and always tried to push it away. Dealer is smart, they made the first record in their system right after the brake is out of warranty. Although they promise to replace it for us in October 2016 and now they say we need to do it on our own. Stay away with this cheap brand. Shame on you!

Adam was such a pleasure to deal with. He was easy to talk to, accommodating and answered all my questions. I dread car shopping and my honesty up front was met with sincerity and understanding, (and a few jokes about the VW buyback I am dealing with). I went to look at some trade-ins that they had on the lot, so clearly I was not the most lucrative potential sale for him, but I did not feel I was less important. I left the dealership without purchasing that day to think it over (they didn't have my preferred color combo, but the car was a great value), and did not feel pressured to buy. He followed up, but not too much or in any way that was annoying. I appreciate how I was treated by him there and would certainly go back to him if I was interested in anything they have available. A Surprisingly pleasant way to spend a Saturday I was dreading! Ask for Adam Gallardo!

It was a very positive experience for us, we highly recommend this dealership. I hate this location. I've had to deal with their service department on several occasions & it never fails every single time I have a bad experience. The energy sucks. I've dealt with horrible professionalism, the worst customer service, & been misinformed. From it taking a month to receive my service report, to not getting my car on the schedule, to buying a certified car to only find out it has issues a month later.. the list goes on & on. Talking to a manager doesn't help either. The only reason I go here is for convenience & I cringe just thinking about it.

Leased a vehicle for which we or placed an order to install clear shield on the vehicle, they only installed partial and delivered the vehicle without even telling me that I should bring the vehicle back in to complete the installation. I had to ask them to look into then they called back to let me know that I should make an appointment to finish the installation. That is poor customer service and inaccurate delivery of the vehicle. If I had not checked correctly, they would have never bothered to even call me to tell me that it was not installed.

When I bought the car I had concerns regarding maintenance costs, the sales guy told me that you can get an oil change from anyplace and bring in the car we will re-set the service light for you, you don't need to worry about all the maintenance on a new car. Awesome bought the car. Year later the service department totally denies that and says no you have to get the complete service done or you will be fined on end of lease and basically scare you into getting the complete service which is quite expensive. Overall very poor experience please do not buy a car from them.

Definitely a 5 Star experience. I can't say enough! First let me start off by saying, both my wife and I couldn't be happier!

We both felt like we received the Royal Red Carpet Treatment and were only there for a used trade in car (under 2000 miles) priced well below Kelly Blue Book. Wow Factor! Unbelievably, they even threw in $6,500.00 dollar custom wheels that were already on the car, complete with all the extras (New convertible boot and factory Mustang car cover) with no extra charges (nor was any of it advertised). We even received one Jaguar Box containing two Jaguar Leather Key Chains and a nice fat pen which I think was pretty cool.

While Staff were not short on energy and during our short wait (paperwork), we were never once bored! We were even taken on a highly entertaining tour (Thank You Zoran), to see some of their more prestigious exotic cars, like the luxurious (I WANT ONE) "F-Type Convertible" sports car, the "awesome and very impressive technically advanced Land Rover" and a first look of the new 2016 half a million dollar "Lamborghini" (blew our minds), knowing all 3 were completely out of our budget (I dared not even touch it!)

The sales personnel and finance staff were are nothing short of being highly courteous, professional and even more importantly, plainly honest yet always highly informative, even up to 2 hours past their official closing time, they were as energetic and friendly as when we first arrived. Something you don't usually expect from car sales personnel, as once you buy it, you're quickly shuffled out the door.

Expect the store to be immaculately clean and uncluttered from entrance to store to personal desks and I do mean IMMACULATE! No smell of burnt coffee and sweat (other high end dealership experiences)

All in all, it was well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive all the way out from Portland, Oregon and almost didn't want to leave, for I truly believe, we actually found them to be some of the most honest and friendliest people you'd ever want to meet. We instantly felt relaxed and comfortable upon our arrival and to the very end, unlike some dealerships where you feel rushed or pressed. I'm positively sure, even the late Walt Disney would have been impressed.

We truly felt like we got a really great deal (there is a God), and would not hesitate to highly recommend "Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue" dealership to our family and closest friends.

Zoran Bosiljkic (SUPER Great Guy), Sergy, Deny (Reminded me of Disney's Princess Jasmine or Pocahontas) and Layla, Both my wife and I Thank You all so very much. Hope you're all there when we buy our next car. Truly! and most sincerely! btw, what are you all doing for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year? LOL

Thanks Again! I'm still in Awe! So far, the best experience I've ever had buying Anything! I'm quite sure my wife would agree as well. Sorry for the length, but like I said from the beginning, I can't say enough about how pleasant it was, from start to finish!

I just purchased a used M4 long distance from Portland. I really appreciated the way Zoran served as my eyes and hands to inspect the car, with me directing him by phone. He was very honest about the very few blemishes observed. He also worked to find documentation I was requesting. The closing paperwork took a little longer than I had hoped, but overall an excellent buying experience.

I can't thank the team here enough! Sergey was beyond amazing and accommodating. I came in just to look 2 weeks prior to being able to purchase and let him know I would be ready once I closed on my house. He did not push me at all and let everything happen organically, yet took all the time to show me inventory and all the features of the Velar. He stuck with me through the process and assured me we would find the Velar I wanted. They were able to get me approved for financing and beyond that made every step of this process easier than ever expected. If you are looking, get here, and ask for Sergey! Then if your lucky you will get to sign papers with Natalie who is super sweet and can explain all and everything that you are signing for.

Our family recently bought a land rover discovery from the bellevue location.
We were car shopping for almost everyday for couple weeks and it was so tiring and frustratinf process until we met Randy.
He was very easy to talk to and made the car buying process simple and painless.

We had our specific options that we wanted in our car and had specific colors/packages we wanted. He was very on point and was quick in helping us find the right car for us.

I would definitely recommend Randy Clausen when you are looking to buy a car and want to minimize the unnecessary steps in the process.

On a road trip and the radiator blew out; got it towed to this land rover dealership and they had the part delivered, installed, and pressure tested by end of day. Alina was my service rep and she was very responsive and helpful; worked with me to get a skilled mechanic, Ryan in from the Monday shift to do the radiator install.

Overall great experience and wonderful staff; Ryan and Alina deserve credit for a job well done!

I brought in my Land Rover Evoque for the InControl Upgrade and Tires Rotation. My service specialist named Sheneta Dailey was extremely professional. She onboarded my vehicle very quickly and she setup my expectation very well. She kept me in the loop while my vehicle was being worked on. Our communication was extremely effective. They ordered my Uber rides. Upon the completion of my service, My vehicle was returned in excellent condition. I really couldn't ask for anything more. They don't take care of their customers. I dropped off my daughter's car and they kept for three days without giving us a loaner. When I went to pick up the car, it had the same problem. Basically the car was sitting in their garage for three days and they did nothing and called us to pick it up. One of the worst service they have.

After the spec rundown and test drive, I fell in love with this vehicle. Randy was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. I took my Discovery into their shop and after spending nearly $3,000 I only got to drive my truck for 3 miles before it starting over heating. I did not even make it home. Now my Discovery is in need of a replacement engine. Prior to commencing the work on my truck I asked Kevin, (who let me drive the vehicle away without letting me know that his tech noticed a water leak that needed attention) if it was worth fixing the vehicle or getting a newer one. Lets just say $3,000 and 4 miles after driving the vehicle away ( which is noted because the mileage was reset by your technician prior to picking up the truck) I am without a vehicle and searching for a new. Of course you poor quality maintenance could have prevented my headache. Instead, I am planning to taking this matter to small claims court or continuing to look representation. A issue statement has already been submitted to the BBB.

I moved my schedule around for this and for them to simply shrug their shoulders is unacceptable!

I will go out of my way to never spent another dollar in that dealership or any others they own.

My service rep was great. She communicated well and made the experience seamless. The service was fast and well documented.

I have one HUGE problem with how I received my vehicle: Both the headlights and wipers were turned from AUTO to OFF. I keep both on auto, so I never think about turning either on. I drove home through twilight and into darkness with my headlights off. Once I got off the freeway, I noticed that they were off.

I'm guessing that all switches get checked as part of the "X point checkup", which is great, but put stuff back how you found it!! I can imagine a thousand reasons that they would leave everything in the off position, but that needs to change. It is a huge safety issue and the dealership would be responsible if there were consequences. Stop doing this. If you can't stop doing it, explicitly warn people that you have turned off safety features.

This is my third Jaguar within the last 4 years! I absolutely love them. My first two XJ's were bought from Mel at Jaguar of Seattle from a passionate and amiable sales person. He really knows the product and loves his job. I recently was in a accident that totaled my second XJ and we walked away unharmed. I bought my third Jaguar, a XK from the Bellevue location. I didn't think I could like a car better then the XJ bought I do! This XK is a dream. Great Car, Great Team , Great Sales Rep!

I live only 15 minutes from Land Rover of Tacoma, ...

I live only 15 minutes from Land Rover of Tacoma, and about 40 minutes from Land Rover of Bellevue, and I was amazed at just how different the 2 are from each other. My wife and I were interested in the new 2012 Evoque, and when I called Tacoma for test drive availability, I was informed they didn't have any in stock, and they are such a hot car, people are purchasing them without seeing them or test driving them. I explained I will never purchase a car I haven't test driven, and was surprised that comment ended the conversation, which insured that I will never do business with that location.
I called Land Rover of Bellevue, and they had one to test drive, so we took the longer trip with a little skepticism, and were relieved after dealing with our salesman Nick. I walked in already having done a lot of homework on the car, and he didn't at any time attempt to act like his knowledge was superior, but he still did a great job of educating us further. We were able to test drive, leave our information with him, and leave the lot with no pressure. We came back for a 2nd drive with the kids in the back, and again even though he gauged our interest level and time-frame, he never tried to force our hand into a sale. Because these cars are so hot, and I didn't prefer the color/options of the 1 Evoque they had, we decided to factory order one with our specs. He submitted our order, educated us fully about that process which made us feel more confident, and communicated frequently regarding ETA which to our surprise kept changing for the better.
#1, I'd highly recommend visiting this dealership, #2. I have to say if you are getting an evoque, spend the extra $1,200 for the "adaptive dynamics" package. It makes an already comfortable ride feel like you are driving on a cushioned road. We are beyond pleased with the customer service, and with the car.

I had some intermittent minor rattling noise from the trunk of my FPace. Being intermittent, the noise stopped when I took my car to the service center for first time. However Wade at JLR Bellevue service center was very patient. He asked me to get the car in whenever I hear the rattling noise again - no need for appointments, just call his cell and they'll take care of it. This is really helpful when the problem is intermittent. I remember a similar experience with Honda on my previous cars and the experience was pathetic. Finally they identified the problem and replaced the part. I was given a loaner each time I took my car in. The entire process was smooth, and very much professional. I also loved that they cleaned not just the exterior, but the interiors too, each time I took my car in - Simple example that shows that they care for their customers.

Bought a car at Mercedes because of the negative experience at Jaguar.
While my husband was looking at Jaguars I saw the most beautiful Mercedes on their used cars lot. It was a very special car and even though I was not looking for a car we decided to buy this vehicle if I liked it.
It seemed that the only people interested in the transaction was us. The sales person who was very nice was not available the day we were, so we dealt with the manager. He basically said that if we were not going to buy the car we could not take it for a test drive. Additionally, when we did go for a test drive I was not allowed to go on the highway. It was very hard to get a feel for the car by driving around the block in traffic so we did not buy the car that night. I could not stop thinking about that car so we schedule another appointment to test drive the car and purchase. I was told then that I would have to negotiate a price and be approved for credit before I could test drive the car. At that point we decided that we would not buy a car there now or in the future. My husband is planning on buying an F type and I just bought a Mercedes AMG. Bellevue Jaguar just lost the opportunity to sell 2 or more cars. Not sure how they expect to sell luxury vehicles if they treat people like that. They even had our information on their computer because we have 2 other Jaguars.

I was looking for a 2013 Ford Raptor and found one at Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. I spoke to Paul a sales rep earlier and unfortunately was not able to make it in before he left for the day so they gave me another sales rep. First off he was extremely awkward through the entire process of looking, and test driving the truck and acted like I was taking up his time. When we returned I made him an offer on the truck and within 2 minutes he came back and told me that there was an offer on the truck already. I was a bit shocked considering we had just returned from the test drive and no one had been looking at it or was even in the dealership at the time. He then told me that I could make an offer for more than the other offer which was the price of a brand new 2014 Raptor. I asked him how exactly from the time we went on a test drive to sitting down there was an offer that was accepted by the manager, yet no one said anything. He told me that another sales rep was being dishonest and a customer came when we were test driving it and he put in the deal. Again a bit shocked he just looked at me and said "What can you do"? I will never do business with this dealership.

In need of $1700 in immediate repairs for bad accumulator which was documented by Mercedes Garage. Mercedes Benz Bellevue was also aware previously from earlier service and Bellevue Jaguar Land Rover was made aware.

Communication here is non existent. I called for 5 days and left messages and physically had to go to the location to figure out what was going on with my car. The issue they were addressing happened to me with another car brand I previously owned and I was in and out of there dealership with my issue fixed in less than 2 hours. Not excited about future issues getting serviced here.

We did go to a couple of other LR stores and one could clearly make out the difference. I'd strongly suggest this store if you want to get a non pushy experience and most importantly the best deal! Honestly, the BEST service I ve ever received in the car industry. I ve purchased cars from Audi, Cadillac, Mercedes and BMW- none of which compare. They listened to what I was looking for and didn t try and sell me on anything but what I needed. My family and I are grateful to have come here. Buying a car isn t typically the easiest, but this process was flawless from start to finish. Thank you all! You know we will see you again in 3 years for an upgrade :)

I love the Land Rover brand, but I must admit I've had a couple of snags with the 2015 Discovery I purchased 6 months ago. A difficult-to-diagnose problem was plaguing the car and I'd had it in for service a couple of times -- to no avail.

Once I reached my patience limit, I called my original sales person, Dario, at the Lynnwood (Seattle) store who not only remembered me, but my dog as well! (We have a Great Dane who we took on one of our test drives to ensure the cargo area would be a fit!) Dario put me in touch with the General Manager, Dmitri, who assured me they would be as aggressive as possible to help get me into a different vehicle I could trust and enjoy.

The process was lighting-fast and smooth! We quickly found an alternate vehicle (an LR4) that worked well and was actually a step up. Dmitri shaped the numbers in an extremely generous way so we had a minimal hit on the trade value of the Discovery, as well as a great deal on the LR4. We drove away after just one day of negotiations in a vehicle we are thrilled with and a deal we feel reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction and brand quality.

Rachel, our sales person, was incredible to work with. She also drives LR4s and helped us understand some of the personality traits and benefits of the beast. You can always tell when you're working with someone who has a passion for their work, and she LOVES Land Rovers. She was extremely patient with our 7 and 9-year-old kiddos - for whom it was a very long afternoon. I was charmed by her collection of photos of happy clients with their new cars cycling through the digital frame on her desk. Plus, she has been extremely diligent regarding follow-up on a couple of small, post-sale items - unlike other car-buying experiences where the sales person abandons you as soon as paperwork is signed.

I loved my experience at both Land Rover locations. It's pretty great when an organization can transform a disappointed customer into a raving fan after 1-2 days of intervention. My admiration for the brand (from sales and service to the vehicles themselves) has increased exponentially.

I have to give all thumbs (and fingers) up to the folks at Land Rover/Jaguar in Bellevue. I showed up to look at a used Tesla for sale. The car was cleaned top to bottom, plugged in fully charged-ready to go.
I was greeted by Simon, who I had spoken with the day before, who was very pleasant, polite and nice to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured into buying the car. I was asked if I'd like to test drive the vehicle, which no other dealership had offered up before on a similar model. After a short test drive, matters were discussed, and I was offered more trade-in value on my Mercedes than anyone else prior. I also negotiated a fair deal on the Tesla as they came down in price, considerably than what I expected. Deal....done! I can't say enough about the first-rate staff and overall quality of my experience. It's nice to show up and have a pleasurable experience and drive away knowing I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend a visit to them. BTW..I am not a paid spokesman for this review, rather someone that gives credit where credit is due.

This is a review for the sales side of the dealership.

Zoran Bosiljkic is wonderful and so easy to work with. I send an email to the dealership inquiry about new 2020 E-Pace within half hour Amber texted me and connect me with Zoran. I told Zoran what I was looking for he was able to find me a 2020 E-Pace checker flag edition with only 3000 miles on it. It is dealership loaner car for only few months. Within 2 hours we scheduled a test drive. I didn t think was gonna be that fast. Once we arrived at the dealership we had a great time with Zoran he showed me two different car and showed me side by side the difference and which one would be a better deal. So after test drive Zoran showed us the trade in value and it was higher than the true car value.

We were gonna go test drive Audi and BMW and check another dealership but the experience with Zoran was so wonderful so we decided to get the Jaguar right there and then.

Finance was very easy too. Natalie Orrell is very pleasant to work with.

I will definitely recommend my friends to Jaguar Bellevue.

The people at Bellevue Land Rover are very nice. Unfortunately they are very disorganized and there is very poor coordination between Sales and Service departments. I have purchased a new Range Rover Sport and have had to go to the store 4 times to some after additions to my vehicle purchased at time of sale that originally I was told would be 1-2 days. First trip was to get my temp license plate they did not install in my original pickup. . Second trip to get my running boards and Exterior paint protections added. After one day they shared the parts would not be in for another week as Sales had not notified service properly. Third trip was a 1-2 day scheduled appointment for the running boards and exterior protection package. It took 5 days and then found they did the wrong exterior package. Now scheduled for November 6 to get the correct exterior package added. This has been frustrating at best and while the people are friendly, the management coordination is poor. I get numerous automated emails asking of experience and asking if they can do anything better. Unfortunately the computer does not coordinate with the Sales promises and commitments to the service department. I am sure it will get resolved, but my time and energy where I live 40 minutes away on a non traffic day is less than optimal. I am not one to write negative reviews or complain, but am hopeful this review will prewarn others of the issues one may expect.

Excellent experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue. Zoran Bosiljkic was amazing to work with. His easygoing attitude, superb service and knowledge of the vehicle we were looking for are unmatched. Within minutes he was able to show us exactly what we wanted that included all of the features we were looking for and more.
