Had one of the BEST experiences period at Land Rover/Jaguar of Bellevue. My Range Rover has had a series of unfortunate mechanical situations, some serious like the transmission, and others more of a nuisance like a passenger window regulator. I went through a process of evaluating my vehicles issues, and getting them fixed in the order of greatest impact and importance. I came to a point where I did feel as though previous interactions with the service department had perhaps overlooked a few issues that ended up making a chain of mechanical problems, but I was NOT told to go away or that nothing could be done. The general manager at Bellevue, Dmitri Mortikov went above and beyond not only to field my concerns, but tonly address them in the most professional and courteous of manners. Dmitri is a true business man, and holds his position at two RR dealers for good reason. I'm writing this review because I know that the dealer and service department for Bellevue, have at times, had some negative comments or feedback directed at them, and I wanted to speak to the other side of that coin. I have been helped so much by this dealer that I am not convinced that most of the negative reviews have more to do with a lack of patience and a instant gratification complex we see running rampant through society, than any of that has to do with actually being a poor dealership. Every business has its ups and downs, but it is clear to me that Bellevue is addressing the issues and has really made significant groundwork on that front. We WILL always be using Bellevue for service, and as well we plan to buy our next Rover from them as well.
