I will put 3 because they ultimately did everything they could to rectify the issues but it should not be overlooked that there are service issues they need to address. It took them 4 different services to fix the squeak in the steering wheel which felt like i was playing a musical instrument. On the 3rd attempt, they scuffed the leather on the steering wheel which they then fixed. On the fourth service in fixing the door they cut the leather in the door panel (2'' cut), they owned up to it when they handed the car back and they replaced the part. But it required another trip. This is also after having them washed my car by hand to install some mudflaps which resulted in them scratching the surface of the car entirely which they then addressed by having it detailed but they used a cutting pad and didn't finish the process by using a finishing pad so after the first watch you could see easily the swirls of the microfiber pad they used. I had to have another company finalize the detail. I will say my rep Brett is fantastic. Great guy but also the 3rd rep i've had in 6 months as the other 2 have quit:).

where are the days when you can drop the car off and expect everything to be done as it should? Looks like the most important thing nowadays is receiving 5 stars for the performance; how about earning the 5 star rating. Mechanics are are not adequately knowledgeable and it appears that neither are service managers - in my case they did not know the car could use a non-AT&T SIM and would not even troubleshoot the problem. The courtesy wash happened to be a disaster - car was given back to me not only with unwashed sections but also with smears of dirt particles on washed panels. Please don't do what you are not asked to do, what you can't do well, and what causes damage.

Simply put the best experience I have had with a car salesman. I have purchased several cars all from different lots and there was truly a different feeling when you walk into Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue. I was quickly introduced to Graeme Chapman who was great to work with, at no point did I feel pressured. The whole team there helped me get the car that best fit my needs. To say Graeme worked above and beyond would be an understatement given my situation. Even while we waited to close the deal my 2 boys were able to stay entertained in the playroom. I can t say enough good things about my experience with Bellevue Jaguar and will be referring anyone I know that is looking for a great car over to them.

When I phoned the dealership to get more info they we're very forthcoming with more information, sincere about what they didn't know and happy to get more details. I felt very comfortable dealing with their staff and in particular Randy Clausen who helped us purchase the vehicle. I own a 2017 Jaguar XF, and I love the car. Today I took it in for a normal service, and came back with a huge 12" long gash in the lower rocker panel of my car. I am gutted.
It was not there when I took the car in. Of course they claim the photos they took, was when it went in, but I call foul, and they could have been taken anytime.
I worked on the car last night, and I know for a fact they were not there.
This is typical of a car manufacturer flat out lying about what they did. It is typical of a company going out of business. When they need to go way overboard to salvage what customers they have, they do something like this.
I am sorry I ever bought this car, due to the dealership.

I found a used vehicle online and called the number on the ad which ended up being Randy at Jaguar Bellevue. He was first class right from the start. I live a few hours from this dealership and he answered every question of mine and gave me more information than I was even thinking about. He treated me with nothing but respect and that's all a person can ask for when making the initial informal introduction over the telephone. We spoke several times over the phone and then I finally had a chance to head his way to look at the vehicle. He provided me with plenty of information on the vehicle and there were no real surprises once I arrived. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with Tyler who was also nothing but first class. Of the vehicles that I have purchased in my life Tyler made this very easy and could not have been a nicer person to work with. The day that I selected to head to the dealership ended up being a day that Randy had a scheduled commitment and I thought I might miss meeting the person that got me to come see this vehicle. Much to my surprise during the purchase a gentleman walks over with Tyler and it was Randy. I was so happy to shake his hand and thank him for all of his efforts. I feel very fortunate to have met and worked a deal with Randy and Tyler.

Horrible overall experience. My 16 y/o son purchased a 2012 LR2 last week and the sales process was good until we found out that we were misinformed about the condition of the brakes on the vehicle. I have the dealership's service report in which new front brakes were recommended but not done because some manager decided that their customer's safety was not worth the minimal cost to the dealership. There reasoning was that they were within legal tolerance. However, my son took his new car to a brake specialist a few days later and they said the front inner brakes were at less than 10% and the rotors were completely bad.

I contacted the dealership to give them an opportunity to fix there intentional or unintentional safety error and they have refused by providing many excuses. Obviously customer loyalty or experience does not matter. I was actually planning on purchasing a new vehicle from them but after how they treated my 16 y/o their true colors came out. I will be buying my new car from another dealer that appreciates their customers and has some integrity.

Great lesson to teach a first time car buyer on how corrupt and misleading car dealerships can be. So new vehicle for him and it is now costing him an additional $650 to repair what should of been done by the dealership.

My recommendation is to find another dealership because this one is unethical, potentially fraudulent and can not be trusted even when there is written documentation. One would expect more from this brand but because the brand speaks high end does not mean the management or staff do.

I saw my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek on the internet last Sunday. Alec Dibble gave me info about the car, I scheduled
a Test Drive on Monday Morning. Drove to my son's work showed him, then drove it back. Told Alec I will probably be back so don't sell it.
Came back at 6pm to buy it and left with the car after 830pm.
Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE by myself, did feel pressured, I felt comfortable being there. Wheeled and dealed for awhile. Had other cars listed on my notebook to tryed to get price down.
Natalie the financial person took really good care of me.
I knew once I drove it, it was going to be mine.

Came in for a coolant leak under warranty, needed the car back quickly, they diagnosed the coolant leak and replaced the coolant hoses and even swapped the water pump in a two day window. Good service done quickly and with no fuss. Like the text communications.

The 2016 pulls noticeably to the left while driving at all speeds.
The 2013 shifts extremely hard, violently shaking the car during acceleration and deceleration (gear shift). Additionally, a tire pressure system fault persists, and the backs of the seats are extremely worn and battered (not noticed on purchase). The 2013 was taken in to be repaired at Land Rover in LA and the problems persists. Cost around $200, was not covered by warrenty and no loaner car- even though the car was purchased less than a week earlier.
Title/tags took over 90 days to arrive.

The cars look great- 5 stars
Issues/probalems- 0 stars
Customer service/speed- 0 stars
Price/warrenty- 0 stars

Would not recommend Land Rover Bellevue.

Drove up from Vancouver to look at a car. Matt Rae was awesome! Great customer service skills, patient, and his follow up is amazing. My only complaint: paying Bellevue taxes! Our taxes are lower here and the destination of goods was Vancouver, WA. I only drove up there because Matt was really good with following up and answered all my questions via text or phone call before I got there. When I got there, he spent hours working me. I d definitely buy another car from him and recommend him.

I came into Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue after a horrible experience at Land Rover Tacoma.
I was running an errand for my boss due to a check engine light.

1. First time i came in, they fixed the light, but it came back on later that day.
Scheduled an appointment for monday and had it in service first thing monday morning.
2. The service was unbeatable. Robin couldn't have been nicer and more informative. They gave me a New Jaguar XF as a loaner for 5 days and was constantly calling with updates (Which i specifically asked for).
3. Came back Friday morning to pick up my Bosses LR4. No problems whatsoever.
They gave our Rover a car wash, vacuumed the car, and even took out a few stains in the back seats (most likely done by the bosses kid).
4. In conclusion, i had a great experience. Most importantly, my Boss was happy and the Rover has since been getting better gas mileage and no issues.

PS: Although Land Rover Tacoma is only about 10 minutes away, and Bellevue is about 35 minutes, i will undoubtedly go to Bellevue if the opportunity presents itself.

My offer on a 2020 SVR was rejected because I "live out of state", however I was provided a shipping quote of $1,500. So what's the real story? You guys must be selling six figure vehicles like hot cakes during this pandemic. I was willing to pay MSRP ($135,265), as well as shipping costs. Sounds fair for the dealership, right?

Went on a third party website tonight and the price was raised $10,000. Managers don't want to sell vehicles, or they just want to sell them and make more than a fair profit. I will say Jeff Boon was really nice to work with. He was very responsive and wanted to make it work. I'm not sure if you have reputation management, but don't bother reaching out to me unless you want to make a deal. Best of luck.

I purchased a car from this dealership at full asking price. When I entered the car it smelled like strong cologne. I asked about the cologne smell and they said the previous owner was a heavy cologne wearer. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and went inside to sign all the papers. After signing everything, the cologne smell wore off and there was a very strong unpleasant odor lingering in the car. I asked them about the foul odor and they said it was the smell of the leather protectant and that it would wear off in a few days. I patiently waited 3 weeks and the smell only got worse.

It turns out, the dealership was masking the smell of a rodent that entered the car while the car was on their lot. This rodent left droppings and died in this car. I understand purchasing a used car "as is" but the practice of masking a dead rodent smell with cologne and then saying that the previous owner was a heavy cologne guy is fraudulent and deceiving.

When speaking to the salesperson about the predicament he assured us that this is something that the dealership can take care of, especially since we were "covered" and we noticed the smell before we left the lot. The salesperson directed us to upper management who did everything they could to direct this to our insurance company and not accept any fault even though we were in this situation due to their deceitful and fraudulent practices.

Mind you, I never complained about the problems I have already been having at this dealership. They have made so many mistakes, the VIN was not correct in our paperwork, there were errors and miscommunication with my registration, etc. I have been incredibly patient with the dealership.

BEWARE and be very cautious, this dealership will use fraudulent practices to get a sale. They lack honesty, accountability, and competence.

I had the best experience when purchasing a car at Land Rover Bellevue. My salesperson, Adam, was patient and open to showing me multiple different cars until I found what I wanted. He was honest, not pushy and just a pleasure to work with. I met with two other women in finance and they were equally great. I've now had the car for about 3 weeks and Adam checks in with me every single week to see how I am enjoying the car. He has also been responsive to my texts when I have had a couple of questions. Everything started with an email inquiry I initiated, a quick and detailed reply from my salesperson, Randy Clauson. Within a few hours I was in the dealership, test driving, quick numbers with Sales Manager Dario and signing with Rachel in Finance. I am a pretty critical person and have nothing but positives to share about my experience. I am extremely happy with what I received for my trade and the deal I scored on my new car. I strongly recommend working with Randy to get the vehicle and deal that you need, he can make it happen. The support staff after that will take care of the rest.

The day before I walked into Jaguar I was told and shown by another dealership I had a credit score that was significantly lower than I knew it was. Because of this score I was told that I would need $20,000 down on a $50,000 car loan. So I sadly was going to settle with a $30,000 car only putting $10,000 down.
On my way to put my payment down and sign paperwork I stopped into The Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue dealership to test drive one of my favorite cars, and needless to say I quickly feel in love with the F-Type. When I discussed my situation the sales team worked with the manager to take control of all my possible options. I was told the Credit score the previous dealer gave me was the lowest score rated by FICO, my actual score was 50pts higher than what the previous dealership presented to me. This reason was so I would put more money down with higher interest rates. With 6pulls of credit from Maserati vs the 3pulls from Jaguar, I only wish I had come to them before! I walked out of Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue the next day with a loan of $70,000 and only $10,000 down all warranties included with a fare interest rate on a brand new 2018 Car. Much better than a $30,000 used grandma car with high interest from Maserati! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I've had a used 2010 XKR convertible for 4 years (only 32K mi on car), and been to this dealer service for three oil services and 2 repairs (Rear end links torn, rear toe links torn; Electric seat failure), Now, my AC was not really working. Earliest appointment available was a week out. It was obviously super busy when I brought my car in. Cars lined up waiting to check into Service, and the Service parking lot jammed with cars. Service Writer asked if it was okay to keep car overnight if necessary, I said "sure, it's my 4th car, don't need it to daily drive". I don't think I would have been eligible for a loaner car because of my XKR's age and it wasn't purchased there. They DID pay for me to have an Uber ride where I needed to go after checking my car in which was nice.

They ended keeping it for about 3.5 days, but the tech (Metzger?) DID do a good job of thoroughly diagnosing, fixing a tricky leak problem with the AC. He also did a great job explaining in his notes on the invoice what he did and he provided one small/cheap required part at no charge. The car was nicely washed when I picked it up. There was a little tape residue on the front at pickup and the service writer drove the car up to Detailing and they buffed that off.

This is a VERY BUSY Dealer Service. They are friendly and attentive when you are there. I really liked my Service Writer Alina Mars, my first time working with her. I've waited some extra day(s) to get my car back on a couple previous occasions there too, which in my case doesn't matter cause it's not my daily driver, but the fixes have always been made properly. If you have the option, you might want to get a loaner car so delays will not impact you too much.

New Rear Tires with mount, balance, and 4 wheel alignment. Oil Service. Free Multipoint Inspection.
Service Writer/Manager Alina was great as usual. Tires ordered, everything done right and on time.
Dealer honored the slightly expired 15% discount coupon I'd received in the mail--Win/win.

Although I didn't partake this time, waiting room has very good coffee, cookies, ice tea, candy. Dealer paid for my Uber ride home/back while work was performed.

Work with Alina if you have a choice.
