1. service intake was smooth
2. Disappointing that for a luxury premium vehicle service , you have to fill gas when u bring the loaner back in.
3. Was called in that car was ready for pick up. had to wait 40 more mins due to car wash. Text message should be sent when car is ready to be driven away.

I would not except these from a premium auto dealership
