I made an appointment a month in advance to replace an oxygen sensor on my gorgeous XF, and to install a set of mudguards. I arrived at 7:30 am, the first one that day.

After being told it would take 4 hours??? I had no choice but to wait,

Finally, after 8 hrs. the car was ready. I was told that as the oxygen sensor was not covered by the warranty, when in fact it was, I had to pay $460. After I was about to call Jaguar Central Customer Service it was promptly rectify that, indeed the car was still under warranty.

That weekend I was planning to buy a Evoque SUV. I did buy a Cadillac SRX somewhere else instead.

My experience with Jaguar Land-rover Bellevue WA, has been nothing short of excellent. I wanted a specific Jag and Randy and Zoran went out of their way to accomodate my lease term as well as getting me the car i wanted.

I am enjoying my new Jag XE a lot, and of you are looking to own/lease a Jag or a Landrover, Zoran and Randy are your guys.
They will tag team and make sure you get the car of your choice.

In my case, Randy and Zoran went out of their way in making sure i picked up my car on the day of my choice, got me a great trade in and i had a big smile on my face.

They also made sure to follow up to see how was idoing couple days later.

I fully recommend Jaguar Landrover Bellevue. Ask for Randy and Zoran!

We have had 3 Range Rovers cared/maintained by Range Rover Bellevue and every single vehicle was maintained with Exceptional Care. We have always been treated like Gold and every time we contact our Service Managers they know exactly who we are. Highly recommend going here.

I took the car for a checkup and a oil change. First, when I called I was offer a free inspection and I ask about the oil change and they told me 160, that's alright with me. After they did the inspection the told me that the car had something wrong and that my extended warranty wasn't going to cover it, i ask the price and it was something ridiculous(of course). I had a couple of other issues and he also recommended to do some extra the warranty cover them but the issue started as soon as I arrive to pick my car up. The service advisor present my with the bill around 450 dollars. My copay for the warranty is 100 and the oil change was 160 but the had added 160 extra for checking the issue with the check Engine light and also they added another $12 for disposing waist. I told the advisor that I knew I was not going to bring the car back and he started to confront me about it, now he was not the nice guy I talk to all along. He questioned my knowledge and independently told he to just leave it alone but he try a few times to convince me. Today I get in the car and the "service request" was still showing in my car. Well after I call the service advisor he told me they were not going to reset it because I refuse his advise on changing a few other things that had nothing to do with what I took the car in for in the first place.

First time I came here was the worst experience. They had lied to me, instead of synthetic oil they put regular oil and when I complained to the service manager he was very rude. I will never go there ever again and I do recommend going there.

I have had the opportunity of working with Sergey ...

I have had the opportunity of working with Sergey and it has been fantastic. We purchased our LR4 about 10 months ago. We went back to Sergey to replace our second car and came back home with an Evoque that we love.

Sergey was patient, easy to work with and managed to work with the numbers that I had in mind to help me get into my car. I'd recommend him and the dealership in case you are in the market for a JLR.

I recently took my Jaguar F-Pace here for its routine maintenance. My service representative was Shane. He was both patient with me (I can be a bit of a challenge sometimes) and also willing to go the extra mile to figure things out. One problem was a frustrating trim piece that has been a problem from the beginning (continually coming out and loose). This is apparently a tough one to get addressed and clearly others had punted on it. Shane took this seriously and I am hopeful we finally have a solution. Thanks Shane...definitely above and beyond!

This review is for both sales and the service department. First let me say, sales associate Zoran Bosiljkic was a real pleasure to deal with. For the first time in my life, I actually enjoyed my car buying experience. I went in there without much knowledge about Land Rover and Zoran was able to listen to my needs and steer me towards the perfect low miles 2018 Range Rover that checked all the boxes, and was a great price with no haggling.
Fast forward 36hrs later, and the car had a small software SNAFU. Despite being fully booked and no loaners, (and despite my grumpy attitude) Eric Tyukalo in service put up with me, and somehow got my car on the schedule and even managed to have a loaner waiting for me before I arrived- all in under 30 minutes notice. When I picked up my SUV the issue was fixed, my car had been cleaned inside and out, and Eric was even able to get a software add-on I wanted installed. It's customer service like this that will keep me a customer of this dealer for all my future car purchases. Thanks again Zoran and Eric.

I am often apprehensive about visiting car dealers...

I am often apprehensive about visiting car dealerships but Elliot put me at ease right away. He combines a great sense of fun with a comprehensive knowledge of the vehicles he is selling, despite only being with the brands for a month or so! My husband and I really enjoyed the whole buying experience with Elliot and the other team members we encountered, it was stress free and did not take up too much of a precious sunny weekend in Washington. We love our Jaguar F-Pace and look forward to the visit from Nam in a week or so to make sure we are getting the most out of the technology. Absolutely recommend Elliot and Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue.

Just purchased a used 2015 F-Type S from this dealership after much consideration. I visited *many* dealerships in the Bellevue/Greater Seattle Area and while the other dealerships were good, this one in particular had the best customer service out of them all. If you're serious about buying a car and you're considering a Jaguar/Land Rover, this team will work with you to make it happen while providing a positive experience. The detailing they did post-sale was also spot on before I drove it off the lot, the car honestly looks brand new, I couldn't be happier.

We had an excellent sales experience purchasing our 2016 LR4 from Rachel Abielmona and her colleague, Lila Severson. We absolutely LOVE our LR4 for its flexibility and road trip comfort. We have a long-haired Golden Retriever who "runs hot" all the time, and were impressed that the 3rd row seating area has a dedicated air conditioning evaporator line, plus ducts on the floor and side pillars which is awesome for cooling a big, panting dog. Also, the high-up seating position and huge windows make you feel super safe and give you great road visibility. We can't wait to tour Yellowstone with these huge windows that let so much light in!

We custom-ordered our LR4 and had a lot of questions about options and packages that Rachel and Lila graciously answered over a 6 month period between our first test drive in August 2015, followed by our eventual order in early November 2015, and final delivery in mid-March 2016. They took us on multiple test drives and went above and beyond in tracking down answers to my obscure questions about options.

Our LR4 is the most comfortable vehicle we've owned, and it's perfect for active families and dog owners (seriously, the vehicle comfortably seats 5 with the dog guard in place plus room for up to 2-3 air-conditioned Golden Retrievers laying down in back!). We've already towed a 6x12 cargo trailer for a few days and the LR4 handled beautifully. (Have them show you the handy tow-assist feature - a must-have camera and computer guidance system if you tow!) We plan to keep this truck a long time but if we ever need a new Land Rover we'll be back to see Rachel!

The dealer manager, Dmitri, also put together an incredible finance package for us... and the parts manager personally made sure all our accessories were ordered and ready to coincide with the vehicle delivery from the shipping port. We are 6-7 weeks into our vehicle ownership now, and it's been flawless with no issues whatsoever from the factory. We went to service to get a couple after market accessories and they were professional as well.

It took 3 dealerships service centers to finally fix my LR4s A/C, this group figured it out! They are an amazing group of professional mechanic's and Patty is an incredible Service rep she knows cars and trucks. I don't want to be visiting service centers but if I have to this place is the reason to get your car serviced. If you have to use their shuttle service Manny is a really cool guy!

Probably the worst car buying experience in my lif...

Probably the worst car buying experience in my life!!! These guys make a bunch of empty promises, and in the end, the customer pays the price. I purchased a 2015 Lexus LX from them and it has been a nightmare, BUYER BEWARE!!! I would recommend STAYING AWAY from this dealership or hiring a third party for a complete inspection. I was sold this vehicle from the back lot. It was a fresh trade-in; Sergey informed the car would be detailed, and go through the inspection phase in the next couple days. Since it was raining I didn't spend a lot of time looking at the car from the outside, I went on a drive with the salesman Sergey everything seemed fine, and I signed the papers without taking delivery of the vehicle. I was contacted by Sergey in a couple of days to come and pick up the car; I addressed the issue with the paint on the car it looked very dull, he assured me everything is fine. Next day the sun came out, and the car just looked horrible in the sunshine, I went back to Land Rover of Bellevue, Sergey, and Dario who is the manager at the dealership both agreed the paint looks terrible. Dario had a solution to upgrade me to an 80 thousand dollar Range Rover after I told him I'm not interested, and I wanted out of the deal and would like my traded truck back he told me they already sold it.
Dario told me to give him a week, or so he can find me another Lexus, I've reached out to Dario after a week and was unsuccessful in getting a hold of him. I kept calling Sergey, and after a few days calling them, Sergey informed me to stop contacting them because they can't talk to me anymore because of COVID-19.
My brand new car that I purchased sat in the driveway and I kept making payments to the bank for months now, without getting any help from this dealership I took the car to a body shop and paid out of pocket to get the whole car repainted. I don't know how these guys can ethically sell a car in this type of condition and not disclose anything to a customer. So STAY AWAY from them or have someone else inspect the vehicle you are buying from Rang Rover of Bellevue because you can't trust them.

Wife and I visited the dealership interested in a used 2016 Cayenne GTS they had or a new Range Rover Sport. Walked around looking at cars then went into the show room. Several of the staff looked at us but not a single person even said hi.

Needless to say, after no awknowledment from anyone that works there that we existed we felt like we were wasting our time so we left and went to Audi of Bellevue. Had an outstanding experience at Audi and ended up buying a fully loaded 2017 Q7 Prestige.

Was charged $1300 for an emissions test, but had to pay someone else $200 to sign the waiver for my old Disco II, as they had no one certified as an emissions specialist. Bought a instrument cluster for almost $1000 and paid $300 to install it, they broke the shroud, and blamed it on it being old, and only offered to replace it after I threatened a small claims filing. They could not get the replacement part, but told me if I bought it online they would reimburse me, they installed it wrong, and now I have a cable visible in front of the instruments, and I still have not received my reimbursement. Due to this experience, I am selling my land rover at a loss, so as never to have to deal with this company again.

My buying experience with Jaguar Bellevue was hassle-free and a real pleasant one. The moment you enter the dealership showroom... with their lay-out, you will feel you are in for a treat.

My sales representative Zoran Bosiljkic was very accomodating, and made the purchase process as smooth and trouble-free. Customer friendly, and courteous! As this was going to be a serious purchase on my end, I was initially quietly anxious but excited. The sales associate Zoran made it a comfortable experience. The staff pretty much know that these days, customers come with info from the internet. They enhance the buying experience by walking you through items that are not in the internet. Their own personal touch in getting you acquainted with the car of your choice.

I would not hesitate to buy in the near future with Jaguar Bellevue.

I bought my Range Rover Evoque here. With my first annual appointment, I was told that I would get the oil change for free and free service but it turned out that they didn't change the 100% of oil which it required me to change my oil again in a few months (normally it take 1 year to change the oil)

A few months back, I was told to call in to make an appointment for car wash before drive in. When I walked in on the appointed day, she totally forgot it!

I called them to update my new address for my bill but still they keep sending to the wrong address.

I stopped by the place and asked the guy for replacing the chip protection film, he said that he will send me the quote but I get no reply since.

All in all, they have a very poor service!

I could not be any less impressed with the service...

I could not be any less impressed with the service department, and unfortunately we bought two cars here. They re either booked way out, don t put us down in the calendar, or don t communicate when the car will be done. It took three days for them to complete a regular maintenance appointment and I had to make due without a car. My husband s car has had numerous electrical problems which they ve tried to fix three times, to no avail. Although our sales experience was amazing, sadly the service stops there. And don t bother with the Lynnwood location, they re owned and managed by the same incompetent crew.

Absolutely consider Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue for your next vehicle purchase. I had a great buying experience with Sergey but unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased required over $6,000 in repairs in the following weeks and months after buying it. While most was covered under the extended warranty I purchased from the dealership I was left with about $1400 in out of pocket. The dealership went above and beyond to work with me and Adam agreed to reimburse me for my out of pocket. Would buy from them again in a second. Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience here leasing my new Discovery. I worked with Zoran and he was amazing!! I reached out to him directly after finding his name associated with positive reviews and everyone was spot on with how great he was. I let him know what I was looking for and my budget and he came back with the perfect number and I leased the next day. The manager Dmitri is also fantastic, he and Zoran worked to get me where I wanted to be as a team. I pre-filled the application making finance a smooth process when we came back in the evening. Natalie in finance was so sweet and patient, we had our young children with us and she was so accommodating. They had us in/out in less than an hour from start to finish. I can't recommend this dealership enough, everyone is kind and friendly! It's refreshing because buying a car is not always the smoothest, quickest process but they made it that way for me. LR Bellevue literally made my dream a reality by helping me get into what is now my favorite car I've ever owned. Randy is an amazing salesperson and truly a client advocate- I walked away originally bc the pricing just didn't align to my needs, but Randy reached out a few weeks later when they got authorization to drop the price on the car i wanted- which put it right in my range and I ended up signing on the dotted line.
BONUS: LR Bellevue also included the certified pre-owned extended warranty AND kept the monthly payment at my desired number.
Truly a great, no pressure experience. If you're in the market for a Land Rover, especially if you're considering pre-owned, head to Bellevue and ask for Randy.

I didn't hate it the service while buying the car was good but definitely was not happy with how I was treated after the sale. I bought my wife's car from there in December (been debating writing a review) and before I got home the Airbag light had came on. I called the salesman right away and he told me that I got a good deal on the car and just to fix it myself, even after having him talk to his manager he still told me the same thing. I did buy a used car 2007 model but something like an airbag light coming on before I make it home I would expect them to fix it or try to help me out. Well there is my two cents on this dealership.

purchase was as hassle-free as it could be. i just showed up, provided an id and some other info about me and they took care of rest of the things.

I was excited at first, but my sales person quit, no follow calls to check out how I liked everything or anything. I called the receptionist about my plates and she was like we will call you (she was less then friendly). I might be picky but its my $$ and I feel it was like a one night stand with a BAD ending. I like my car, just like. I tried my luck and well they are falling short. You can just mail me my plates, I don't wish to drive 150 miles now to get them. Isn't worth my time. First of all, I'm not the type of person to give out 5-star reviews for the heck of. If I give a 5-star review, it's because this company clearly deserves it. My wife and I (and five week old daughter) stopped by to look at a used vehicle they had for sale and were connected with Tyler B. Now, my wife and I have both bought and sold a fair number of vehicles in our lives and I have had decent experiences, terrible experiences, and good experiences. However, I have never had as great an experience with a salesperson as with Tyler.

Tyler brought the car up for us, let us look through everything, answered any and all questions we had, and let us test drive it without any issue. He was very professional, but also incredibly personable...and not in your stereotypical "salesman-y" way. We genuinely enjoyed dealing with him.

On the purchasing side of things, Tyler was amazing. We were comparing their vehicle with another one very similar and in the same area. We knew we would purchase one of them that day, expressed to Tyler where we needed to be in order to push us in the direction of their's, and he legitimately made it happen. He was kind, respectful, and happy through the entire deal. Absolutely no pressure or attitude at all, just relaxed and kind the entire time.

There were a couple things on the vehicle that we had some issues with (some normal used car stuff) and Tyler got all that taken care of which really did make a difference to us when it came to pulling the trigger on the purchase. Hands down, the best experience we've ever had...and I honestly don't say that lightly. I don't plan on purchasing another vehicle for awhile, but when I do, Tyler and the Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue team will be my top choice. I'm already recommending them to friends and co-workers.

On a side note, I just want to mention that even though we mainly dealt with Tyler, everyone we dealt with at the dealer was stellar and very friendly and personable. I know there are plenty of people at work behind the scenes, and we really appreciate how Jaguar Land Rover Bellevue is run; they truly have a wonderful team.

Not any more dishonest than you would expect. Bought a car from this dealership and there were some parts of the process where they were obviously trying to deceive us. In an effort to inform others, i thought i would just let people know. When we were talking about the cost of the car they, had a line item for "fees". when i asked for a detailed breakdown of them, they refused to give them to me (i asked multiple times) and they gave excuses like "oh, you will get that when you talk to the financing people". Just for fun, i asked the finance person and they said " no, you would have needed to get that from the sales person". I suspected this would be the case so i factored that into my negotiated price, so i wasn't concerned. The other was when we talked with the finance person they said "we were able to find you the best rate through [forgot bank's name] because you have excellent credit" and then they told me the rate. Then i pointed out that i had found a better one on my own, before showing up. Then they said "Oh, yea we could get that rate through that bank". If they could get that rate, and it was better, how was that not the "Best rate available"? Does any of this sound honest to you? As i said, these are common tactics of all dealers so i cannot say that this was a "terrible" experience, but I just want take make sure people are informed as this process is not designed to help the buyer...at all. I will say that, from a customer service point of view, everyone was very friendly. happy shopping!

Worked with Will to drop my car for regular service. Dropped it in the morning -- quick in and out. Returned that afternoon and the car was done on time. In addition to the service and washing the car -- without asking -- the buffed out a couple of minor scratches from paint. It looked terrific.

Fast, efficient and above and beyond. Very happy.

I recently purchased a car rom this dealer. It was a very pleasant experience to work with the salesman Aurelio Samano. He was very friendly and willing to hlep. With the Covid19 pandemic affecting all buiness, there are lots of extra work requried to keep everyone safe. They need to clean and disinfect every single car before and after each test dirve. With that extra work, Aurelio never hasitated to let me test drove more than one cars to hlep me get the one I like. Big thumb up to these guys at this dealer.

This is my first luxury car and when I walked into the dealership (bought it from private seller) to get some things fixed I expected them to try to get every penny and I found it was just the opposite. Told we most of the issues I had were just not pressing buttons or could easily be fixed so they didn't charge. Great service Will was a very good host and they taught me a lot about my new XJ!

Full disclosure: we are longtime Land Rover owners and enthusiasts. We have been assisted by this specific dealership many times since 2015 in both the sales and service department. We have had some really good and only one or two bad experiences.

This particular instance was an exceptional experience fixing a poor experience. Land Rover Bellevue understands repeat business and I implore you; if you have had a bad experience, go back and tell someone!! They will actually do all the can to make it right. This is the hallmark of a strong customer service team

Randy, Rachel, and Dario are simply amazing!

Randy embodies customer obsession. No pitches, no fake sincerity, no BS and I sincerely believed that Randy was actually looking out for me as the customer! He listens and knows what right car, right price is without trying to up-sale. That said, these are not cheap cars, so you are never going to feel amazing about the price. Rachel (congrats on promotion) is the best! She is enthusiastic, engaging, and definitely not your typical manipulative or pushy finance person! Dario didn t say much (very behind the scenes), but I know he was important to makIng it all right! We were in and out in under 2 hours. Everyone speaks very highly of Dimitri, the owner, and it s easy to see he is leading his teams very well.

We love the brand. We love our vehicle. We loved our service. We will certainly be back!

But it was Adam Gallardo, who did an awesome job, in suggesting me the right options and most importantly, getting me the deal I wanted. Had my Jaguar XF for a major service appointment. Appointment was on time, they have free coffee and cookies which were very good. Was dropped all the way to Sammamish which was outside their radius but the driver was kind enough to accommodate. Cost of the service is expensive but expected.

I bought a Used car from Land Rover of Bellevue. They showed me a Car Fax that stated the vehicle had never been in an accident. After I discovered while getting the car serviced at another dealership that the SUV had been in 2 previous accidents and structurally repaired improperly. I notified Land Rover of Bellevue and their General Manager of the problem.

Upon contacting the General Manager at Land Rover Bellevue he stated that he has no legal obligation to reveal any accident . He refused to take any responsibility and stated, Car Fax is just a tool to sell used cars at Land Rover Bellevue and is often not accurate. Then he told me he would not compensate me for buying a damaged car.

I ask all my friends and colleagues at Microsoft, Amazon and all United States active duty military and Veteran family s to PLEASE do not buy a car from Land Rover of Bellevue. They are dishonest and should not be trusted. They sell cars that have not been checked out. The sell wrecked and damaged cars and hurt you financially and out your family s at potential risk.
