What ever you do stay clear of this place...nighmare, after nightmare...watch out for manger, Melvin, no clue what he is doing, and if you complain, he will do everything but cry...young and incompetence was so very clear...don't waste your money, food is awful.

B-Warned! Do not stay here! The food was awful. The front desk staff was awful. The housekeeping was awful! No dresser in the room! No washcloths, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels in the room. We requested them from 3 different housekeeping staff and never got them! People out in common area near pool in the center of the building I was staying up until 2 AM making all kinds of noise! Lucky for me I am local so I ended up going home to sleep! The restaurant staff did not acknowledge we were there and waited on everyone else around us. The 2nd day we could not even get a table. When they tell you free breakfast you can only order 1 of the choices on the menu! It was horrible food and cold when served! I will never go back there again!
We had to leave to hotel because our experience was so bad and the hotel would not work with us. First, we were told we had to pay $42 per night for valet parking even though self- parking was advertised. Our room was filthy- the carpet was sticky and left our feet black, and there was hair all in the shower. We were also told the infinity pool was closed but it was not advertised on the website. When we tried to call guest services, no one would answer our calls, so we went down to the front to let them know about our problems, but they did nothing to try and make it better. We told them we were going to leave and they just said okay, and weren t concerned at all. Also, 3 restaurants were advertised, but only 1 real restaurant exists. We tried to get a refund, but all they would refund is was the $35 resort fee. We still had to pay for the remaining 2 nights we didn t stay. Awful customer service and false advertising! We will not be going back!
Good service, balcony room over looking ocean. Rooms were clean. Had a wonderful time staying there.
Worst customer service ever. Don t waste your money on booking this. Had a family emergency tried to just change the check in date and they would not work with us. Would not assist and would not give us money back in end. All we asked for was to delay check in by a day or two. Worst place ever. Don t book here. Go down the street to Bahia Mar.
