Worst hospital ever! Looks good but no staff, call for a nurse and he ready to wait 1/2 hr. Nursing station doesn t answer the phone either. If I could give a negative rating I would, but it wasn t an option. Had to give a 1 to be able to warn others STAY AWAY!!!!!

I was transported from Key West to Kendall Regional on Friday, 3/17/17, & I'm still here on 43/21/17 in room 428. The whole staff of cleaning crew, Nurses aids, Nurses, & Doctors have treated me amazing. I want to thank Melissa, my day nurse & Brian my night nurse, & the other nurse's that helped to care for me, for treating me with respect, kindness & most important professional. This team work so well together that it made me feel safe with my health, & treatment. I don't like being in the hospital, but with my health being so bad, I now know where I could go. Thank you Kendall Regional.

I was rushed to kendall january 8 or so. all of the drs and staff in emergency treated me wonderfully and kept me up to date with any info as they found out. i was sent up to be kept for a few days and all of my nurses did everything they could for me, cosita(i believe it was), michelle, carol, everyone, especially paola who was always nice to me even when i was rude and upset(i couldnt eat for the time i was there so i was getting hangry) and mirium who had to deal with the hangry beast too, luckily i got to apologize before leaving. i had my gallbladder removed while there and they kept me and my aunt informed of every step along the way and the surgery went perfect thanks to dr marcela ramirez. the service i received here compared to the couple hours i had spent at lower keys medical was night and day and i really appreciate that after being terrified for surgery and even just finding out what was wrong.

I was always told that if I need a surgery or to give birth to NEVER do it at Kendall regional, yesterday.. I understood why...

Yesterday we took my father in law to get his knee cap surgery... We we're told that he needed to be there at 10:30am (so we we're on time) he didn't got admitted untill way after... Like around 1:30pm or 2pm (more or less) surgery was done at 3:30pm... And from there... NO ONE BOTHERED to come and informed us how things went and how he was... It felt like we had to be chasing the nurse. All for her to disregarded us w/ a 'things are well, he is in recovery... You have to wait an hour to see him"... And one hour went by... Then she said.. "another 40mins" time went by... And still no firm words on why we couldn't see him or what was goin on... So finally I got up to have a few words w/ these nurse that kept saying "40 mins... 1 more hour" and I take very disrespectful how she didn't even knew the name of my father in law! They treat w/ ppl not animals and have not even the respect to learn the name for when they approach the family! Also she knew he had a room and didn't told us.... So short story.. my father in law finally entered his room around 8pm (a little after 8pm) the nurse who kept saying another hr.. and 40 mins.. came in w/ who stated being in charge of the department of surgery (no name was provided) and stated "I want to apologize for whatbhape.. we are short on staff and this nurse is not even supposed to be doin this"

From my hypothetical perspective.... If someone is to cover a position washing dishes... That person should become the best dish washer ever..

So in another words... If this nurse was to be filling in a position.. she should of informed us exactly what was goin on w/o beating on the bush saying "one more hour.. another 40mins"... Using excuses just shows the lack of professionalism and lack of organization goin on at this place...

Makes me feel like a family member needs to work there for my father in law to have a better treatment...

It is kind of messed up... Cause I'm sure they are quick on charging the insurances on the spot! Yet treat you horribly! These ppl forget they get paid cause of us.. not the other way around....

So if you want to avoid hassle and a bad experience .. DO NOT GO TO KENDALL REGIONAL!!!

Very bad attention, long delay, bad character of the dr, horrible my experience here the truth

The bathroom and emergency room area was filthy. They appeared to be short staffed which caused nurses to be frustrated. The doctor didn t even examine my knee. He based everything off of the X-ray, which isn t going to show if I tore a ligament or my meniscus. I wish they would of informed me that they do not do MRI s through the emergency department. Would of saved myself time and money.

My brother was in ICU 2 weeks ago & unfortunately passed away, the doctors there were great & very honest from the very beginning but the nurses at some point gave us false hopes saying they thought he could make it & then when we spoke to the doctors they said they didn t think so. Our family went through a very tragic experience & it s not right to give false hopes to a family that was praying for a miracle. On top of that I am pregnant & when I was told my brother was brain dead I had a panic attack & was sent to ER, the nurse that attended me in the beginning was very rude knowing the situation I was going through & was giving my mother in law attitude. Do not recommend the ER of this hospital, the ICU has excellent doctors if you have any questions just ask them & not the nurses.

I love this hospital. The nurses, doctors and staff are amazing the only bad thing are the visiting hours should be over 9:00 pm.I mean one person staying is fine but 10 people in one room talking loud after 10:00 pm is rude to the person next to them and the rest of the floor.if you are staying in the hospital is because you are sick and having a party in the room.

So disappointed with this hospital. My grandma has been in the hospital for almost a week and we have received a call from the doctor ONCE!? We were told that the Dr was going to call us yesterday, no call. Then we were told she was going to call us again today regarding some results and still NOTHING. Unacceptable that we are left in the dark during a time we cant even see or speak to our family member. Inhumane.

If i could give zero stars, this place deserves it. The one eyed dude at the entrance checking ppl in gave an attitude because I do not speak Spanish. Last I checked, this was America despite how close we are to Cuba. Being bilingual needs to be a requirement at ANY hospital, so the employee doesnt have to resort to pointing and making sounds to try to communicate and giving you an attitude because you don't understand.Also, not making everyone walk thru a metal detector, but only the pregnant person???? Hmm, something is odd there. Take your loved ones elsewhere.

If your dying and they tell you your going to Kendall Regional tell them to let you die. THIS IS AMERICAS WORST HOSPITAL!!!! The nurses in the ER have a bad attitude especially if you interrupt them to ask them a question while they are on Instagram or just texting. They probably only hire the nurses that no one will. Customer service is on the floor. If I could give this hospital negative stars I would. My 93 year grandma has been in the ER waiting for a room upstairs for over 8 hours and they don t know by when she ll have one. It s a good thing I know important executives that I will be reaching out tomorrow. I am sorry if you have a family member here.

This hospital suffers from significant process deficiencies resulting in risk to patients treated here. The incoming emergency treatment is excellent! However, it goes downhill from here. Post emergency and discharge procedures may leave patients at high risk. If you encounter any issues or questions after discharge you will never find or talk to the right person. Looks like a great place for young doctors to start out. Additionally, the young thug in the CT scan room wearing his stupid blue tooth earpiece, intentionally rammed the board under broken bones in my back and then took liberty to slam my feet across the table. Totally unacceptable treatment for a $5000 scan, I was in agonizing pain. Hopefully I'm the only one he's ever done that to. As a patient I would avoid this hospital if at all possible. I

Heard about the psych ward and how terrible they treat their patients, should definitely fire the therapist in charge, garbage

This hospital is the worst by far. I worked for an agency that visited this hospital over 15 years ago and it was horrible then and now unfortunately I had to deal with them on a personal level. A family member was transported to Kendall Regional and we spent a month at the hospital. Like everything in life there are good ones and bad ones, but it sucks when you deal with bad ones in the medical field especially when it depends on what or how your love one ends up. If you end up coming to this hospital make sure to have someone with your love one 24/7 that can watch and monitor everything because some of the staff is lost and could cost you your love one s life. In one month I dealt with many incompetent situations from poor medical attention, lack of hygiene care, failure to medicate on time and plain stupidity. Ensure to pay attention to everything doctors say and challenge what doesn t make sense.

Literally the worst hospital in Miami. If I had an emergency, I would risk going further to another hospital than going to this hospital.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST, 1 OUT OF 2 NURSES TAKING CARE OF MY MOTHER were any good. And by any good I mean amazing. The other nurse, doctors, staff, just about anyone we came I. Contact with was completely unprofessional, talked about other patients in front of the patients, in 4 days that she was there the room was cleaned once.

Whoever is reading this review I must warn you that this hospital is by far the worst of the WORST! !

A week ago I had surgery, I am grateful for the treatment received, very human and professional.

THE WORST ATTENTION. The day my wife gave birth to our second baby we went to this hospital because of the proximity to the residence if we knew that this special day was going to be overshadowed by the nursing and medical staff with whom we unfortunately came across. Summing up the story, in the middle of labor during the expulsive period the Dr. decides to ask to take a blood sample from my wife and leaves the delivery room together with the nurse, leaving my wife alone, not 5 minutes passed when my wife stop WITHOUT ATTENTION OR SUPERVISION OF PERSONNEL THAT CORRESPONDED TO YOU. Fortunately my son did not present any kind of complication at birth thanks to God and the Virgin, only my wife suffered a tear. This type of irresponsibility and negligence of the staff that attended us that day should not be overlooked. FOR OUR EXPERIENCE WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT HOSPITAL TO ANYONE.

My wife had our first and last baby at this hospital. Never coming going back again . We ware two days in the room with our baby and no one comes to clean the rooms. I hate it in general .

So many things wrong with this hospital when I had to go for the emergency visit. 1. They got my name completely wrong with the band. 2. They misdiagnosed me (Which led me having to go to emergency surgery To actually treat the lump DAYS later at another hospitall) 3. They had prescribed me to 3 antibiotics (1 of them being a painkiller) - they failed to tell me I shouldn t take them all 3 at the same time. I literally had a minor overdose and had to go to another hospital for that.

They were also extremely disorganized. After seeing me, they put me in a room filled with people that were contagious with the flu (I wasn t sick- but checking on a lump). The pee cup they gave me- I had to tell them to put my name on it because how would they know it was mine?.

Please just leave me on the side of the road before being admitted to this hospital. I know so many horror stories from friends / families. I m only sharing my own.

I came in with a fully swollen foot and complaints of pain. I told them urgent care referred me to see if they could do an ultrasound for dvt. It was an empty ER, they placed me in a room right away, then made me wait 3 hours. I was seen by a PA (not a Dr), she briefly looked at my foot, ordered the ultrasound, 3 hrs later, an ultrasound was completed. When they ruled out dvt they made no further efforts to treat me at all. While I was waiting, I had to find a nurse myself to ask for at least an ice pack, and when I was leaving the PA told me she wasn't sure I could take the ice pack... Like they were going to reuse them?? I asked her to look at my foot, to actually do something, and explained that I was in a lot of pain and she was just like, "sorry." Literally that was the response. With an empty waiting room, they somehow still had no time to actually treat my condition, which they did not diagnose, did not provide any advice for, and worsened after I left.

I arrive with my wife with very high blood pressure and chest pain, possible heart attack and they have not even taken the pressure, fatal this hospital, I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to die

My friend came in at 3 am today with horrible ear pain, she was seen by a DO, a resident and a medical student. They all said that it was nothing and that she should go home despite the fact that she was crying of pain. She left the hospital with a 400 mg tablet of Ibuprofen. No more than hour later her ear ruptured and bloody liquid started to drain from her ear. Now she can t hear properly. This all could of been avoided if people at this hospital actually were able to do their job.

Patient services, nursing, and surgical services are excellent.

Nurses are super loud. No respect to the patient. Very unprofessional. Nightmare.

Tonight I was treated at the maternity ward and I must say that I am infinitely grateful for how they treated me from the moment I walked through the door until I left the place. The kindness and concern they show is priceless. Crisdoerk and his companions. Many thanks.

I slip and tell and thought I might have broken my ribs due to the intense pain. Upon my arrival At the ER at Kendall Regional on Kendall Drive i was immediately whisked into a room(not on gurney in the hall) the bed was comfortable.i was X-rayed, visited by two doctors.They were concerned that I might have punctured a lung. Luckily it was just badly bruised. The whole event took one hour The staff was very attentive, compassionate and professional.

In 2013, I was involved in a car accident. I came to Kendall reginal by ambulance. I didn't have life threatening bruises around my body yet I did have a major cut in the left side of my head which resulted in the discarding of my clothes because of the blood. After keeping me under observation for a few hours in the E.R a nurse comes to my room and says that I'm being discharged, within minutes I'm signing the discharge papers and walking out barefoot with blood all over my hair and wearing two patient gowns.

This hospital took away my father's medicines in the emergency room just a year ago. It's the worst hospital in the city.

There is so much chaos going on in this place because of their remodeling that it seems to have permeated their day-to-day operational process. As I sit here now typing this, 5-hours have lapsed since my scheduled appointment (not an exaggeration by the way, they told me to be here at 8am and it's now 1pm). Very poor administrative management capabilities, although the employees are very nice and trying to do their best. I normally use Mt. Sinai in Miami Beach and decided to give this place a shot- never again!

Edit (Post-Surgery): I stand by what I wrote above- their administrative culture is one where no one takes ownership. No one! Asked 5 different people, got the exact same "It's not my job" response. I did however kick it up to 4-stars because of the MEDICAL STAFF (they were quite compasionate and professional .Hospital ADMINISTRATION would get Negative Stars if that were possible, but I digress.

Since someone at the hospital responded and might actually be reading this- let me share a few more grievences. Your Parking Lot makes no sense! You there are only 2 -ways to enter your parking lot from 40th street, and for one entrance you blocked it off with cones- inside the parking lot!!!! Your security guard just sits on the other side of the cones shrugging his shoulders saying there's nothing he can do and unauthorized to move a couple cones to let me through. Visitors have a 50% probability of entering the parking lot via that entrance and getting "stuck" having to do a tight 3-point turn to get out, go back out to 40th street and eventually do a U-Turn to get back. This is INSANE!!!!! If that part of the parking lot is restricted for doctor's and handicap- just get a friggin sign like everyone else saying unauthorized vehicles subject to tow. Forget the basics of Project and Time Management to properly schedule patients for surgical procedures (hire any PMP by the way to fix that "stat"), and start with your stupid parking! Your registration is another one- genius move having 7 registration tablets but only giving out 1 or 2 at a time. Either setup a stationary kiosk, or require and ID before handing it out. This is all common sense folks! I spent 30-min waiting for a tablet to fill out information that only takes 4-min at most. After that, I waited 1-hour for my pre-surgery consult, then asked to fill out a form that takes at least 20-min. Why in the f----k didn't they just give me that form to fill out during my 1-hour wait???? It also doesn't help to plan for a surgery when your process notifies patients less than 24-hours THE DAY BEFORE! Seriously! You notify patients the day before (after 5pm) as a matter of policy, tell me to be at the hospital within 15-hours for my "morning" surgery and STILL had me wait 5-hours after I got there??? It might have been 7-hours if I hadn't run around the hospital complaining.

I don't blame the front-line employees (you have good people there), but your hospital Sr. Managment responsbile for day-to-day operations needs a serious hard look.

-1 star...The worst hospital in Miami. My father is hospitalized there. We have three days on the 3 floar and we are having the worst of the experiences, All of them nurses and doctors are lost, they do not know what it is that he has to do or a what time need his antibiotic, he has to wait hours for the nurse in the ward. It is horrible a tremendous disorganization. two patients per room super narrow and uncomfortable, I'm looking at how to transfer my father to Baptis. I really do not recommend it to anyone.

For me it is the worst hospital in the area.
My mother-in-law, who has been there since yesterday afternoon, has not had her clothes changed last night, they gave her the room and left her there and not even the nurse has put on her hospital gown, they have not taken her to the bathroom and she has not been they have given nothing to eat she is 87 years old.
They should have more humanity, I will continue writing everything that happens because really not even 1 star deserves.

Licensed slaughterhouse. The staff is under educated, many don t speak English which creates a language barrier, and everyone is overworked. They hand out antibiotics like candy. The nurses are the ones giving patients their diagnostic not the dr. For example, an assistant handed my mom antibiotics and told her she had appendicitis. There was no doctor in sight for hours. The staff is always running around like chickens without heads. My mother s nurse didn t even look at her chart when she removed an IV without knowing she had taken a blood thinner and there s was blood everywhere. I ended up cleaning it. Not her. She wiped her arm and kept going. No apologies. Nothing.

Attention to patients is almost non existent unless you re screaming bloody murder. Other than the surgeons and ICU staff the rest of the hospital is a -10. The hygiene is terrible. Bathroom smell like homeless shower there. Everywhere it s dirty. Even the cleaning staff is overworked. You can hear all the staff constantly complain about this and each other.
There is NO cafeteria. Only an au bon pain that sells sandwiches, some sweets, chips, beverages and coffee, such as gas station items.

I will NEVER return here. EVER.

Had surgery almost a week ago and the staff was very friendly. All the nurses were very nice and treated me with respect. I felt safe and assured that everything went well.

nurses do their jobs very well, the problem is the doctors. My wife had a cessation and two days after delivery she started to bleed a little. (Dr. Tudela) was supposed to arrive at the room to check the wound that was notified to him from 6 AM and it is almost 12 hours later and we still do not know anything about him.Imagine the frustration of seeing a loved one bleed constantly and not being able to do anything about it. I understand that Doctors work with their schedules but at least inform the patient of when you will be able to arrive and unfortunately it is not the first time that this happens and that's why I prefer to recommend another hospital with a faster response to the patient.

I had tremendous Bad and Bitter Experience with the Security treatment which I asked to go talk to the Nurse who attended my son who came for Psychiatry told me or I had no rights
As a mother will not have a right to her disabled child, they threatened me with the police and everything came out of there with the Shattered Soul. I have a video that I made too!

I received an 100 % attention since I got there for my surgery, in the pre-op the nurses were very profesional. After my surgery I was treated with tender loving care. I'm glad that Kendall Regional Medical Center has improved. My surgeon Carlos Medina an exellent doctor with good communication skill. I give him 5 star.

I have always had a not so good impression of this hospital. However I have to say that this has changed with my personal experience this time.
From the very beginning (pre-registration) through the end on my stay and beyond!!
Maybe the personnel has been trained to make the patients feel they care, and if it is like that you have succeded.
Even though many things are out of their hands, like elevated costs, the way they treat you makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. There ws not 1 person with whom I had to deal that did not have enough knowledge to assist. Like I said...from the lady at pre-registration to the nurse that wheeled me out of the hospital the day of my release and the representatives that called me for follow up on the later days. I was impressed with the team that worked on the pre-op ( getting me ready for the procedure). Always with a great attitude and very professional. Even the fact that not all needed equipment was ready on time and there was a delay of about 2 hours was handled the best way which helped not to be upset for this issue.

I had a bad experience my 80 old mother with alzaimer was treated like a crazy and I can see the disgusting faces of the a few of the personal around her. I left her alone at lunch time and came back and her food has at the tray untouch... nobody push the table close to her. Nurses assistants were nasty actitud

The labor and delivery unit is fantastic. My nurses were outstanding the entire time, and the physicians as well. Everybody was so knowledgeable, caring and willing to help every time I needed it. I do recommend this hospital to deliver your baby.

Horrible hospital. My mother was here 5 days and still no solution to her problem. Doctors clearly do not communicate with one another because several different doctors came in and game my mother different information. The nurses are terrible and runs and hide all day not to help out. Please steer clear of this death trap. I'm filing a complaint on the entire staff on the third floor. They're more focused on running up an insurance bill than helping the patients. Run!

My Daughter was admitted to the burn clinic it was over whelming and unforgettable experience all in one. We fell in love with "ARIANA" she's a life specialist and what every great hospital needs.she was amazing from her pleasant spirit to her eagerness to help my daughter cope with her devasting burns and situation. And the nurses in pediatric wing were "amazing" she said her favorite was " Alice". Lol I the experience we had with "ARIANA" gave my family "Life" in its self. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH....

The doctor that took care of me was amazing. However, when I was going to be released I noticed that my paperwork had a mistake and kindly asked if it could be corrected. Another female staff member jumped in to our conversation and was extremely rude. She would not listen to my concerns and instead talk to me in a very condescending manner. She has no bedside manner for communicating with patients. To top it off I was not even her patient. Another male physician was who was extremely nice. The rest of the staff took very good care of me.

If you have an emergency just go to Baptist!!! Worst experience of my life and I've been in Jackson before this one... it took 2 hrs in an Emergency Room for someone to take my vitals and actually ask me what was hurting, not even an advil or anything fo the pain. After my car accident I had a pretty bad concussion and bruises and these people were careless about it. When I said I would go to another hospital they told me go ahead but your insurance won't cover if you leave now. Stay away from Kendall Regional please!

Excellent attention, I got an emergency surgery for appendicitis on Friday 11/8/2019, emergency, nurses in all shifts, pre-operative care, surgeons ... everything went and the best they treated me before I could become a deadly condition

Unfortunately, we had to visit it for the 2nd time. I first with migraine ,,, in the end the bill comes to me ,, but the two medications that a famous neurologist indicated to me for my condition was only in the mouth, not in the history recorded and less of course in the pharmacy ,, I still suffer worse of the same ,,, 2nd with my husband firstly in the middle of a hallway all day there they attended how he could ,, then after 24 hours they remembered that he needed to feed ,, etc etc etc ,,, Blessings he finds sailed with luck and get alive from that site

Very very bad...they allow visitors at any time even after midnight on intensive care unit!!!! Patient unattended for a period of time, nurses helping 3 patients at the same time.

I don t like going to hospitals, let alone doctor visits but on Halloween day I had a really high blood sugar and my wife said I needed to seek medical treatment. I came to the ED and ended up being admitted. Everyone from the ED staff to the staff on the 5th floor were awesome and very nice. It was a great experience. I m very grateful for all the wonderful care I received. I m also very grateful to my wife, who s a nurse, and everything she does for me and gets me the care that I need when she can t manage it herself. Thank you Kendall Regional for everything you did for me!

I came here for stomach pain the doctors were nice, but the nurse were horrible . i complained about the first nurse who rude . then they replaced her the doctor watch how she was and brought it up to the charge nurse then the care got worst. So the admitting doctor put in for pain meds waited 2 hours and 30 mins came in after i complained put in iv ignored me . i asked for help they didnt. These nurse belong working at macdonald's they are worthless rude people. This happened mon the 5th 930pm . they are horrible on this shift broke attuide . i want to say more but i will refrain . i wish the staff would get the same care as i did and suffer like i did

Extremely small terrible hospital! Parking is extremely limited and a nightmare. The whole campus is labeled as "Tobacco Free" but there are smokers everywhere around the Hospital. Rooms are extremely run down, tiny, and shared so there is barely any space for visitors with all the equipment and staff continuous the rooms with their computers.

To cross it is very difficult that before put cemafaro

Everyone from Dr Askari and his staff treated my baby and family with the best care possible. They are amazing at this hospital. They have horrible reviews because patients come in sick and don t have great outcomes but the burn center is the best. Thank you again for all of your hard work!

Horrible service , if you are dying and need treatment go , otherwise its a horrible place , extreme waiting times , poor service

the hospital was good, but the their billing department is to be fired. Trying to update the insurance information so they can get paid and treat me like I am trying to steal, total idiots. 04/28/2016. progress now they will talk to me if I provide the SS# and DOB, but we were sent to the credit bureau and NO billing or correspondence from them. I had read that they were really horrible in billing now it I can confirm on a personal level.

I WAS TRANSFERRED FROM PORT ST LUCIE MEDICAL, TO KENDALL HOSPITAL DUE TO BURNS ON MY FACE-ARMS AND LEGS, DURING MY STAY, I RECEIVED TREMENDOUS CARE FROM THE DOCTORS, STAFF NURSES, FRIENDS AND FAMILY, I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE CARE AND LOVE I RECEIVED, WHICH I AM VERY MUCH APPRECIATIVE, I AM VERY GRATEFUL BECAUSE MY RECOVERY IS A SUCCESS THANKS AGAIN.

I don't know if the people that I have to thank read this but still I wanted to express my thankfulness.
After reading a couple of reviews for this hospital I had to stop because I was having a surgery there and reviews didn't help. I went there expecting a terrible hospital and personnel. Far from the facts.

They didn't save my nephew and let him die because there is a conspiracy on young black male with strong organs. There's a organ buisness going on and its involving big big big money. African-Americans, and Hispanics be careful.

Been here in ER for over 7 1/2 hrs. Was put on a transport bed (small) on the hallway like many others. I have seen other people come after me and gotten a room in ER. When I got here they were very a tentative. I asked for a consultation with my Dr ,they kept ignoring me because the wanted their Dr to take care of me. Since my Dr came to the ER, everyone has ignored me. Not one person has passed by and asked if I m ok. This hospital used to be an excellent place. Now I would avoid it.

This place has gone down hill. It was great back in 2011, I would drive all the way from Downtown just to go to this hospital however, in the last year or so quality of service has decreased, less knowledgeable staff and in some areas, dirty, very unsanitary. This is a for profit hospital, they should be taking care of their customers (patients) better. I'm taking my business somewhere else.

Came here to see a friend and all of the security people are utterly rude to everyone. This is a hospital you need to have people who know who to deal with others.

Came in just to check out my headache and made me stay the night. Next morning the doctor wanted to see me before I could be released so I waited patiently in my room. After 7 hours of waiting for him, I have a nurse call him and he has the nerve to say that he already saw me and that I could leave. Literally wasted my whole day because of negligence. Worst experience ever

Excellent ED care. The nurse Francisca was very caring and friendly. She was quick in helping my son. The Doctor George was excellent as well. I would recommend parents to bring their little ones to the ED at Kendall.

Great hospital some nurses don t know where they re standing some nurses are beyond helpful over all had a good experience

The service there is HORRIBLE! The nursing staff is ridiculously unprofessional! My elderly grandfather is currently there as a patient with extensive needs and two different nurses one male one female were arguing on who got to change and clean my grandfather after a BM. It took a Cardiologist that happened to stop by with some results for him to yell at the nurses and ask why the job hadnt been done already. The male nurse then gave the excuse that he was busy checking on other patients and female had no excuse and ordered by Cardiologist to start clean up process. Let me tell you that lady did it with a bad attitude and was very rude to family members in room. She was tossing items on purpose for show and rough handled my poor grandfather. DISGUSTING BED SIDE MANNERS!! I myself am in the healthcare field and let me tell you its very obvious when you see someone working that clearly does not enjoy what they do. It takes a great kind hearted person to deal with families going through rough times but that lady clearly made a wrong choice when choosing her career. Great job Kendall Regional I wouldnt even go to your hospital to die! Pathetic!

POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF INFO WHILE HOSPITALIZED. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THAT HOSPITAL. EACH 24HRS TO GET A DOCTOR TO EXPLAIN YOUR TESTS AND SITUATION WHILE YOU HAVE TO STAY AN EXTRA NIGTH TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. I WILL LIKE TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION. CARDIOLOGISTS GROUP ARE EXCELLENT.

This place is horrible, I have been more than an hour and a half and I do not see anyone in this emergency room, my husband came with a pain and here they do nothing, and the most beautiful thing is the room is empty, also the dirty floors are disgusting the horrible bathroom and at the reception three women who are only looking at their cell, it really is horrible I do not recommend it to anyone, please never come here
