This hospital has changed for the better. My husband was admitted, and was fortunate to have great nurses. The reason I m giving this two stars was because one night, there was another patient coming into the room. Environmental services (Yamil or Yamilka) I think was her name, came in to clean the room and was saying how nasty the room was. Not only was she saying things about the room, she also mentioned how there was left over vomit from the previous patient that was on the other side of us. I looked at my husband and couldn t believe that a staff member would talk so horribly about her own team. Other than that, the staff was great and they even tried to make my night more comfortable by offering a pillow and sheets so I can spend the night.

Avoid this hospital at all cost, we have to wait over two hours at the freezing waiting room for maternity to make a room available. This was an scheduled procedure, they blamed housekeeping for not having the room ready. The whole management team is to blame.

I needed to go to Kendall burn center cuz my face was in a oxygen explosion. I had three different surgeries. Was in ICU. Everyone was super nice. Food was not so good but I couldn't really eat it anyway. I've been in a lot of hospitals in my life. Unlucky ? Actually each one is a chance to share what God has done in my life.

Being in the ICU with people dying every half hour, in a lot of pain, my face and hands burnt and the TV broken.
That part was mentally tough, but I got to pray for the sick and dieing.

The Bible says, "A merry heart does good like medicine."
It's tough to be merry under those circumstances. The Dr let me leave for a day and that brought me much joy.

I'm still healing but I feeling like the happiest most content person in the world.

The treatment of nurses is rude and rude, they talk on the phone without respect for the patient, they argue among themselves for minor things.
