The bathroom and emergency room area was filthy. They appeared to be short staffed which caused nurses to be frustrated. The doctor didn t even examine my knee. He based everything off of the X-ray, which isn t going to show if I tore a ligament or my meniscus. I wish they would of informed me that they do not do MRI s through the emergency department. Would of saved myself time and money.
