The service there is HORRIBLE! The nursing staff is ridiculously unprofessional! My elderly grandfather is currently there as a patient with extensive needs and two different nurses one male one female were arguing on who got to change and clean my grandfather after a BM. It took a Cardiologist that happened to stop by with some results for him to yell at the nurses and ask why the job hadnt been done already. The male nurse then gave the excuse that he was busy checking on other patients and female had no excuse and ordered by Cardiologist to start clean up process. Let me tell you that lady did it with a bad attitude and was very rude to family members in room. She was tossing items on purpose for show and rough handled my poor grandfather. DISGUSTING BED SIDE MANNERS!! I myself am in the healthcare field and let me tell you its very obvious when you see someone working that clearly does not enjoy what they do. It takes a great kind hearted person to deal with families going through rough times but that lady clearly made a wrong choice when choosing her career. Great job Kendall Regional I wouldnt even go to your hospital to die! Pathetic!
