I have always had a not so good impression of this...

I have always had a not so good impression of this hospital. However I have to say that this has changed with my personal experience this time.
From the very beginning (pre-registration) through the end on my stay and beyond!!
Maybe the personnel has been trained to make the patients feel they care, and if it is like that you have succeded.
Even though many things are out of their hands, like elevated costs, the way they treat you makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. There ws not 1 person with whom I had to deal that did not have enough knowledge to assist. Like I said...from the lady at pre-registration to the nurse that wheeled me out of the hospital the day of my release and the representatives that called me for follow up on the later days. I was impressed with the team that worked on the pre-op ( getting me ready for the procedure). Always with a great attitude and very professional. Even the fact that not all needed equipment was ready on time and there was a delay of about 2 hours was handled the best way which helped not to be upset for this issue.
