If your dying and they tell you your going to Kendall Regional tell them to let you die. THIS IS AMERICAS WORST HOSPITAL!!!! The nurses in the ER have a bad attitude especially if you interrupt them to ask them a question while they are on Instagram or just texting. They probably only hire the nurses that no one will. Customer service is on the floor. If I could give this hospital negative stars I would. My 93 year grandma has been in the ER waiting for a room upstairs for over 8 hours and they don t know by when she ll have one. It s a good thing I know important executives that I will be reaching out tomorrow. I am sorry if you have a family member here.
