I came into the Keith Pierson dealership with the expectation that I needed to brace myself and prepare for the stereotypical car salesman experience. Not only was I entirely wrong but I was get genuinely amazed, satisfied, and impressed with how everything went. I truly believe that my sales person, Jonathan Defee, did EVERYTHING possible to make me happy. He bent over backwards through the whole process to ensure everything was how I wanted it and that I didn't have to compromise with anything! I mean it through and through when I say that the consideration, respect, and no-nonsense business practices I witnessed with Jonathan D. has ensured that I'll be a customer FOR LIFE! i can't stress it enough when I say that Mr. Defee has just blown me away on every front and I truly can't wait to come back and get my next car from him!
