Had the most amazing salesman (Kenny) with both my purchases. No where like Keith Pierson, great customer service.
Had the most amazing salesman (Kenny) with both my purchases. No where like Keith Pierson, great customer service.
Great treatment by Keith Person Toyota. Do not buy there gap insurance or there disability insurance the company they use is central states of Omaha and they are a rip off Toyota should stop selling it. They don't pay your claims....
Four scheduled appointments to repair a problem with the vehicle (which was there when we purchased it). The service reps (aside from the female at the desk) went out of their way to be rude. Beware if you purchase a vehicle here, you will find a very different experience at the Service Desk. I will never purchase a vehicle here again.
Sales people are in early 20s and can't communicate well yet
The service was excellent, staff was very professional, I felt like they really had my best interest in mind when working out the details of the deal and financing. I would recommend Keith Pierson to everyone. This was the best service that I have ever had.
This is our 6th vehicle purchased from Keith Pierson. We have always had great sales service. They have great inventory and even better pricing. Can t wait for our 7th vehicle from them
My sells person La Coya was with me every step of the way. I didn t think that I was going to walk away with my blessing but I did. Thanks to La Coya and God things worked in my favor. I can and will definitely recommend Keith Pierson to those that are in the market of purchasing a vehicle.
By far the best Toyota dealership anywhere , for 8 years they have treated us as if we own the place Jonathan Mcdowell runs a tight ship ,we will NEVER go anywhere else for sales or service, these folks are incredible,I say 10 stars
I do not like that the name Keith Pearson was engraved on the back of my new vehicle without my permission or a request. I strongly feel that if I am going to advertise for the dealership I should get paid.
Kyle did an excellent job it was when I went to the finance person that I had issues. He told me time and time again that there was no pre payment penalty on the loan from SE Toyota to state in the end "if there was a prepayment penalty it would not be more than $75". If I had not been at the dealership for almost 5 hours by that time, I would have got up and left. He seemed to be more interested in the deal than what was best for me (for example he should have discouraged me from paying cash of $949 for the GAP insurance-which I now realize could have been negotiated). You live and learn.
Over the years, my wife and I have been car shopping many times. As many people know, it can be very tasking and just downright make you miserable. Keith Pierson Toyota employs some of the best people I have ever had the opportunity to do business with..... period. As you walk into the showroom we were greeted by the receptionist Lauren, who was just as sweet as could be. She had a big smile on her face the whole time we talked with her and she was very well mannered. Then there is John Bowen, our salesman. This gentleman is GREAT! He is down to earth, has a great sense of humor and did EVERYTHING to put my wife into a brand new Rav 4. There was no pressure. NONE! John listened to my wife's requests and instead of wasting a bunch of everyone's time, he worked with my wife and listened to what she wanted and gave us real expectations, instead of stringing us along for hours just to find out that either we weren't approved or playing games. During our months of shopping that's what we have gotten at other dealerships. Weeks later having salesmen and finance managers calling us begging us to come back because NOW they have a special deal or can work with us. That's not how we work. Here's what we can afford, here's what we want, here's what we're trading in. Is this realistic? It's that simple. (at least it should be) Keith Pierson Toyota made it simple. After purchasing the Rav 4 this past weekend we had to go back in to the dealer and sign a couple more papers with finance today. Boy were we surprised! Cole Arde in finance worked his butt off working with our bank to finance us and he got them to approve the loan at a lower APR% than the original finance company. With the money we saved we were able to extend the warranty to 120k miles! That includes a ton of free maintenance and perks! None of that would have happened without the dedication of Cole Arde. Overall we were so very satisfied with our experience. I have went on long enough but I could keep going on about all of the things that made this car buying experience the BEST! I will definitely be going to Keith Pierson Toyota whenever I decide to trade my Fusion in. Keith Pierson, if you ever read this review please contact me so that I can share with you just how pleasant our visit was and so that I can thank you personally!
Visited mid afternoon on a weekday. Blaze assisted us and he was courteous, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
My service visit to Keith Pierson Toyota was excellent as always. Bo is an exceptional service representative and he is always friendly and respectful. He knows just what my car needs and doesn't try to have me get extra services. The waiting area is always clean and every one is nice and says hello.
I was told when I took in my car to get a new headlight that the wiring harness had been changed and that I would have to buy two new wiring harnesses to get headlights and that it would cost $750 a piece to replace them I was told that this was changed last year when my car was still under warranty however the warranty expired last year and I was never told about the change of the wiring harness it would have been nice if Keith Pierson reached out and told me about the wiring harness change and that it was covered under the warranty and that the warranty was going to expire I never have great customer service at Keith Pierson Toyota and I most likely would not buy another car from Keith Pierson the staff is always soliciting for feedback by offering coupons and discounts if I leave a 5-star review and then they will call me to follow up to see if I have left a review for now I have no choice but to pay $1,500 for new wiring harnesses so that I can have headlights due diligence is important when dealing with Keith Pierson don't expect Above & Beyond customer service
Absolutely the best experience of our lives in buying our cars. I was interested in a New Toyota Tundra and went to this dealership. First impressions are gold and let me tell you this impression was beyond gold for my wife Dorothy and I (Steve). We met with John Portie (Sales Associate) and Chris Jordan (Finance Manager). John immediately answered all of my concerns, and John and Chris both helped me find the truck that I wanted. John was very knowledgeable as with Chris, and made our experience with Keith Pierson Toyota such a fantastic experience, that my wife and I will always recommend this dealership to our friends and family. John even came to our home after work to finalize some documents (unbelievable, as I have never seen this kind of treatment from any dealer). John and Chris were fantastic to the end and gave everything they had to ensure my wife and I were taken care of properly, and that the transaction went smoothly. John was the best sales person I could have ever asked for (Outstanding, friendly and never pushed. Always knowledgeable and treated us like royalty). Chris Jordan your Finance Manager knew the numbers, and made everything fit very nicely in our negotiations. Very friendly gentleman and our concerns were his top priority. Chris ensured that we were happy with the outcome, ensured that we were protected, ensured we got what we wanted and ensured the contract process was painless. Chris was absolutely fantastic. He did not hide behind a glass wall as with most dealers, and interacted with the sales person and customer consistently to help with selection, curb any problems, correct any concerns and simply and sincerely laugh with the customer. Chris and John made us feel so at home. Due to Chris and John, we were pleased with our outcome, we were never once pressured to make any decision, felt at ease, felt safe, felt that our concerns were sincerely being tackled, felt that the customers best interest came first, and most of all they ensured that we were happy every moment that we were there. I easily got my Tundra due to John s sales technique and Chris's Financial Knowledge. Chris and Johns people skills are beyond approach! My wife and I left the dealership feeling so at ease and just could not believe the outstanding treatment we had just received. It just was absolutely breathtaking and mind blowing. On a scale of one to ten, Keith Pierson Toyota, with Chris Jordan and John Portie rate an absolute 100 on a 1 to 10 scale. Not a typo, yes 100. Our experience was so perfect that my wife and I traded in our Hummer H-3 the very next day and bought another new car (Toyota Avalon) from John and Chris. Again the service from John and Chris was again perfect and just absolutely fantastic. With John and Chris at the lead, Keith Pierson Toyota is sure to excel, and sure to have returning customers. My wife and I will forever be a Keith Pierson Toyota returning customer, and we intend to purchase all of our vehicles from now on from this dealership. Chris and John, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC JOB, WE COULD NOT EVER ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE THAN WHAT YOU GAVE US.... Please accept a heartfelt thank you for making feel so good, and taking such outstanding care of us.
You guys are the BEST!
Steve and Dorothy.
Don't never get a full detail at Keith Pearson Toyota you won't like it
Told me that my credit and everything was good and even showed me 2020 vehicles!! Then shows me a vehicle I like it so I traded my car in they told me everything was good agreed on numbers, signed papers and took it home. Then calls me tells me I wasn t approved and when I get here they want me to add a co signer and that the payments may go up even with a co signer?? Now before I can I searched up stuff like this before I came to return the vehicle and even asked people who work in the car business they even said it s a scam. I will never ever come back nor will I recommend coming here.
Always excellent service with one small hiccup...my service appointment wasn't on the schedule. Was called the night before to confirm my appointment and the service tech I'd be seeing but when I arrived to check in my appointment wasn't on the schedule. Luckily my tech worked me in and the wait was minimal.
I bought a 2019 RAV4 and sent my son , who just bought a 2020 Camry SE. Charles Thompson is an excellent salesman. Thank you
I was so disappointed after this time I don't that I will never come back and I want send anyone there did a walk in and the lady that help me she made me feel really bad and she told me be something that I really can't trust in the services that was to be done to my car now and in the past
Was able to find "hard to find" parts for my Pontiac Vibe that GM discontinued but Toyota made.
They Did a good job. Took about 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. At the end they tried to charge me but all was included in my purchase of my car thru them. All worked out and I will see them in another 5k miles.
I was just there aug 9, made a appointment for a oil consumption test for the second time i was told there was a oil leak from the timing cover which I had fixed at another shop, this time I went in they told me I had another leak same place wanted over $1000.00 to fix it before they can do the oil test, I told them I could not pay that right now, so they charged me $130.00 dollars to tell me I got another oil leak, so im getting hold of ken amaro of ch 4 and let him check it out, this place is robbing people left and right, just go up there and sit and listen to some of there con games they play on older people and people who don't know cars.
Bought my first car in nov 2015 from here brand new had horrible experience. But I still faithfully had my service completed here. Then on 5/18 I took my car for service and a young guy named Shane on his second day got me in a brand new car. He can't take credit for selling the car so he worked side by side with Kennedy and it was a great experience but I give a lot of thanks to Shane. Other wise I wouldn't of bought my car their.
Service structure experiences seem unorganized, even trying to close out is complicated and just as unorganized. I take my other "Non-Toyota" vehicles to their respective dealerships and they all are head and shoulders superior than this place. Think they should stop patting themselves on their back and visit a few neighbouring competitors. Lack of appreciation here.
Love the friendly, family atmosphere. I did not get that from the commercial
Was taken here by a good customer and referred to a certain salesmen because I heard that this place "wasn't like other dealerships." Was told they couldn't get me in anything i wanted. I have a very nice Tacoma I was willing to trade in on a newer one. I was told I'd have to give up $5,000 worth of accessories on my current ride because they added to the value. Usually I've heard of an unaltered vehicle selling for more. But I was even willing to do it regardless. So then I was driven to the used car lot by the salesman to be shown a truck with a pre-existing cracked windshield. Not a little crack, all the way down the windshield. Also the bed rails were butchered to add a bed cover. Still agreed tho because anything newer was better than nothing. Was told I'd get a call today, I did. During the call I was told I'd have to add thousands of dollars to the down payment to get me in a brand new truck, even tho i woulda been happy with the used one. I think the pressure selling to get me in a new ride is whats preventing me from getting anything. I was really hoping to find a dealership to become a lifetime customer with....I've only ever had bad experiences with new car dealers prior....and sadly this is the case again. I have never had issues buying from used car lots or being approved for lots of other things lately that are based off my credit score. So I guess I'll keep looking and maybe someday find a dealership to purchase from and bring my son to when hes ready to get his first ride.
My family has done business before here and bought a couple cars. But one day i walked in looking to buy a car and the sales person didn't even wanted to show. Me the inventory and started to treat me like crap do to the co signer not being there.. Very disrespectful of him... Got a cheeper car at cougin nissan on Atlantic blvd. And better then what they was looking at for me.
Keith Pierson Toyota is a great place to purchase a car! The sales staff, particularly Jackie, was a real pleasure to work with. The service department is the best in the Jacksonville area! I highly recommend this dealership!
I was at KP Toyota having service work done to my Corolla. I stood in the background as Keith Pierson's wife spoke to the sales staff about the importance of wearing masks to protect customers and fellow coworkers. Thank you for protecting me. Continue to strive to maximize the protection levels, not just meet the minimum levels.
You NEED to be a CPA , to comprehend thier Billing / Invoice :(( !!!
You Can't LOCATE the " PRICES " of Most of thier SERVICES ( At the Dealership ) !!!
You WON'T KNOW...... ALL the " EXTRA
SHOP FEES " Until, You Get a FINAL BILL ???
*** SURPRISE *** !!!!!
MY Real RATING Is..... " 2.5 STARS " !!!!!!!!
Called around 11am and the guy jb I believe advised they were appt booked all day but i could still come in for a oil change as a walk in. Got their about 12:06 pm and by 1:06 pm or a little earlier I was walking out. My service advisor Laszlo asked me if I bought the car new or used, I advised used and he told me that the previous owner still had one oil change left on the car and since I had it now he used it to make my total zero!!! What a blessing that was and he didn't even know how he was truly helping me!! All my oil changes will now be done here!!!
My car had a problem with a wheel that had a nail in it; and they told us that the problem was solved and we payed for it; they re insist to buy our car but we don t want to; so we go out from that place with the wind chill broken and a nail in the wheel (because they don t fixed the problem!) and they told us that everything was fixed but no! Bad place, don t recommended. If you are smart, keep your clients happy, doing a good job and you will receive your money.
Crystal was great as a Service Advisor. Great experience.
This is the second car I've bought from Jackie she treats me right, she went above and beyond to get me in the car I could only dream of. I will never deal with another dealership or salesperson again, I'll be back
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is you'll often be waiting a substantial amount of time for service. But overall I'm a happy customer.
Lazy service and no one cares. It'll take you all day to get a deal and longer to get service. My biggest mistake was buying from Kieth Pearson. Love the product but the experience has so far been horrible.
Came in on possible a recall for my airbag sensor because the light was on but i found out it wasn't covered under warranty because it was the airbag clockspring which would cost me about $500.which is really little too much for which i thought but I a asked service rep to.have technician check my tire pressure the service rep wrote down check tire pressure and l make sure the right amount in that was never checked. So I didn't have that great of experience this time
Took my car in for service because my TPMS light get going off in the dash, well there was a nail in my tire in a spot that is unrepairable and they were going to send me on my with a bad tire....then they put the donut tire on and I told them I do too much driving to have that on the car and then they went and found a used tire, why not do that to begin with since they have to order my tire.
Our salesmen Andrew was very patient & helpful with answers to all our questions.
He was very polite to work with not pushy as I have experienced at other dealerships.
Even with today's inflated prices I feel we received a fair price. This is my first Toyota & looking forward to the new experience.
Thanks
Great place. I was going to get a job there but the guy said to start monday. With 10 other new sales people. That scared me off. And they already had a ton on the floor. Great place to buy a car. Awesome commercials
Horrible. I stopped in looking for a car, I knew what I wanted. Told by young sales person that I needed to go in and sit down and do a budget, this was before I even pick out a car "Wow". I told him I didn't need anything from them but to find a car/price. Manager came out, he talk to me as tho he was in charge of my decisions and check-book. I posted a review on facebook about my visit, someone wrote back from Keith Pierson, rude, very rude. I kept the email of that conversation, as am sure I will post it along with the next review. Will never, never go there again. If you are a "Woman".. Be "AWARE"!
Be aware of the Finance Department, I just brought my son a car a couple of weeks ago and was told by the Finance guy Richard that I wanted the car finance through my credit union Vystar. I found out that what I had ask of them they did not do having Community First to do the financing. I talk to the Finance Manager over the Department and he pretty much did not do anything but said it was already done and could not change it. This was my son first car I am the co-borrower on the loan I wanted to put the loan in my Vystar account with my son being the owner so he could build credit, now being that Keith Pierson did not listen I being the co-borrower have caused a big inconvenience for me being that I will be paying for the car. If their was a zero on hear for a score I would have given them that score. POOR COMMUNICATION
Keith Pierson always does my 5,000 miles service. Can say enough good about them. When I make an appointment, I always ask for Beau. He gets me in and out with the same level of service every time...a total pro. Also, those six cleaning staff they talk about on TV were cleaning long before the pandemic started.
The service department at Keith Pearson Toyota is amazing. They go over and beyond the level of any dealership that I have delt with, and that is a great number. They strive for excellence and the customer is the priority. Thank you again Keith Pearson Toyota for taking care of us. That's why I bought the 2nd and 3rd truck from you is the wonderful service department.
Super easy and painless buying experience I couldn't ask for anything better
Our salesperson was Blaze he did an excellent job even though we were tough customers. At the end of the day we brought the car and are very pleased with it. Eddy in finance also did a awesome job. We are pleased with our overall experience.
Good experience. Bo is very professional and knowledgeable. The waiting room is too small for the present time.
I came in to trade my wife s mini van and was treated like a child by the manager. The sales person walked us around and we picked out a nice Sedona and when we went to work out the price all they wanted to discuss was Payments. I didn t want payments and I was writing a check for the difference between the trade (which was paid for) and the new one.
We got so frustrated we walked out!
All I wanted was a price! What was so difficult?
John was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
My experience at Keith Pierson Toyota was like no other. Ro was the associate that helped me out with getting an amazing deal. I highly recommend Keith Pierson Toyota to everyone especially those looking to buy a brand new Toyota because they offer a lifetime warranty for new vehicles. I would definitely do business with them going forward. Thank you Ro for working so hard to earn my business and thank you Keith Pierson Toyota for your awesome deals and for hiring great sales associates like Ro.
I had the best experience. John Bowens sales associate was awesome. Helped me every step of the way and was able to get exactly what I needed and how I wanted it. His manager was awesome as well (sorry I dont have the name on hand) . I would recommend this dealer 100 times. I actually have another car from them that bought in 2013 and service was just as good. Thank you!!
My experience at Keith Pierce Toyota and with Paul Harney was great. I have never experience this kind of outstanding service from any other dealer. I would recommend Keith Pierson Toyota to anyone. Thanks Paul!!!
Went down to kpt on Saturday June 10 2016 was treated ok..did all the paperwork signed everything drove a brand new camry off the lot then 6 days later I get a phone call because sales person didn't confirm agreement with Bank & had to return the car then I go there to return car & end up wasting my whole day cause they sent my trade in to the auction..I will never do business with this place ever again..worst experience ever..I wish I good not give them a star..
Much to my surprise I was extremely pleased with my car buying experience at Keith Pierson Toyota. I was not expecting to buy from them. I was simply going to test drive. Their professional sales staff and their willingness to give us the deal that we wanted is what caused us to buy a car from them. I have not been disappointed with their follow up and genuine concern about my experience.
It was a nice experience. Waiting areas very clean. Service was good. Expensive but pretty quick.
In my opinion, best services out of town; nice sale consultants as always, however, stay one star for the one and the most important problem: misleading advertisement and overcharge dealer fee. First of all, is about the advertisement that stay right in front of Arlington Toyota: "$5000 off any new vehicle", which is indeed true but there is a big catch to go with it. They indeed cut the price down $5000, however, where is the point of that cut when you're just gonna charge us for $3000 in ADP ("Addendum Price") without any explains whatsoever (Basically when I asked, they either changed the subject or pushed it to another person), which will pump the price up by $6000. A big thanks and sorry for Arlington in their warning about how Keith here will just play "number game" with their customers by doing this little scheme in raising and cutting their price. Anyway, different people have different situations with them, and I just happen to be here to share my problem with everyone, so I can prevent other people to make the same mistake as me which will be a waste of your time and gas. Good luck shopping out there.
I DO NOT recommend Keith Pierson Toyota to any young couples looking to buy a new car. While we met with one salesperson, Eddy- who was very patient and polite, we were soon passed on to another person- KAREN. She was condescending, rude, and very short with us. Right off the bat she told my wife and I that our student loan debt was "unfortunate" and that it was her RIGHT to make a profit off of us. We did not come to a car dealership for a lecture on how they are ENTITLED to make profit, nor do I want a lecture from a person who considers education an "unfortunate" investment. She cared about the car on the lot more than she did about her customers. We will NOT be going back. (Also, we will be looking for a second car in the near future so Keith Pierson lost not just one sale, but two all because of Karen's condescending attitude...that is "unfortunate.")
People for very friendly made me feel at home no pressure was refreshing I recomend them top class
Very thorough in ensuring that I knew difference in the models and that I understood what I was buying. Helpful with understanding how to use the features.
From my 1st phone call through car pick up I had a great experience at Keith Pierson. While I was visiting from VA, they took care of me without issue. Mr. Rome took my concern seriously and he followed through to have the issue resolved quickly. I was very appreciative.
Keith Pierson selling cars overpriced. That's not fair. Toyota highlander with 87178 Miles ask me $24825 + taxes and fees. Advertised online for $21998. KBB value is only $18125. Crazy... Guys check the real value of the cars and shop around before you buy. Don't let greedy salesman fool you.. I bought a 2019 with 11.000 miles for $31.000 2 weeks after. Good luck
Everyone there is great to deal with. They did everything possible to make sure I walked out the door with the car I wanted. They are real people. Thank you so much and a special thank you for Janelle. She is priceless.
Mr. Mann was excellent in his presentation and knowledge of the vehicle and its safety features. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Took car for oil change, brake cleaning and tire rotation. They cleaned the brakes and changed the oil, but didn't rotate the tires and charged me for it. When I checked and asked them about it, at first they said it was done. When I told them that I always mark the tires, they had no response.
Unfortunately, I can't give "O" stars. Today, I stopped in to take a look at used trucks. What a waste of time!! As I glanced at the trucks displayed at the very front of the lot, a salesman showed up and asked about what I was looking for. He then asked me about my financing plans, and I explained that I have financing through my bank. I asked him to get the prices for the trucks displayed. (There weren't very many, as usual.) He returned, telling me that his boss wouldn't give him a list, but told him that they range from $20k and up. Apparently, they won't give prices, unless they know how much you are financed for....or if you decline going inside the building while waiting!!
I told the salesman that his bosses are rude and tacky, and asked him to relay that to them! I also told him to relay that they had just lost a customer.
As a former Tundra owner (purchased at THEIR dealership), I can now see that they are in a steep decline. This isn't the first time I've gone back to purchase another vehicle. The last time I was subjected to some slimy little tricks, but thought I'd give them another try!! Never again!!
My experience with Keith Pierson Toyota so far has been awesome!! Jackie went over and beyond anything that I expected. My truck had to be ordered because it wasn't in stock at the dealership and she knew how important this truck was to me. She gave me her cell number and believe be I called her everyday wanting to know the status on the truck. She happily took my calls and never once acted or sounded like I was bothering her. She knew I didn't have a vehicle and I was having to borrow other peoples cars to get to and from work. When my truck came in she picked it up and delivered it to me, to surprise me!! I live over 30 miles away from the dealership!! Also, I am supposed to be getting tint on the front windows and she has set that appointment up for me and has arranged for someone to take me to work that day and pick me up that afternoon. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Toyota.
Love going to Toyota for my oil change and the price is awesome not to mention I got a discount for being an healthcare worker.
Drove to Keith Pierson Toyota to get an oil change:
POSITIVES: Professional Service / Got a free car washed and vacuum / free Wi-Fi / Free computers with internet access / the rep Dwayne Tressler offered discount coupons to fix certain urgent items my car needed to be fixed.
Water Pump Leaking 503.00 P/Taxes
V/C GASKET AND T/BELT ORING. 497.00 P/Taxes
COOLANT SERV. 110.00
DRIVE BELT CNA 39.99
IND/SERV. 79.99
NEGATIVES: Drove to my private mechanic and asked him to verify the above items and do an estimate on my car to see if anything was needed. He said my car does not have any problems and the above items do not need to be replaced or needed maintenance. My mechanic could have lied to me and tried to fix anything and he advised with the truth. He appreciated I trusted him and was surprised Keith Pierson Toyota staff was trying to take advantage and scam a single young mother.
How much did I saved? $1307.07
I am not familiar with their sale strategy or the rewards based on agents sales. But is obvious their strategy is allowing agents to scam customers. I recently got a promotion at work and was considering buying the new Land Cruiser at Keith Pierson this November but honestly I am not interested to deal with dishonest employees. Just in case you doubt my statements my invoice number is TOCS789333 and customer number 109685. By the way I am posting this on my Facebook status for all my friends to know.
Went in for some a/c service and it was fixed in a timely manner. Little more expensive then what I was expecting but Dylan took good care of us.
Great Experience! I would like to thank Paul Harney for making it Quick, Easy, Painless and Fun. I will definitely be back for another vehicle.
Excellent Service. I was in and out in minutes. Everything was done that was needed. I was very pleased with the service.
This will most likely be my last time I service my car here. Sad to say, I purchased my car here and did not get the best deal possible after inquiring more information about the used Toyota Corolla 2014 I purchased after trading in a great condition Acura TSX 2010. Definitely was not my best decision or investment and the car was overpriced. They never told me the price of any of the cars just how much I'm willing to pay monthly and exerted a lot of pressure into buying the car.
But back to seevice...My first service was fine. No problems. Second service.... Eeehh....long wait time even when I schedule an appointment. Also find out that I didn't get my car wash or vacuum and that is available per verbal request. So today is my THIRD time at Keith Pierson, my appointment was set for 12:30pm and I was put into Henry's office. I was quoted 162 dollars for a 30k mile service but decline and just asked for a full syhthetic oil change. I also made sure to ask for the car to be washed and vacuumed and I was told by Henry that it will take longer. I told him that's it was fine. Yet I was not given a quoted time of when my car will be done. I waited in the waiting room to find that almost every website that I went into to do schoolwork didn't work. I couldn't even finish an assignment for mymathlab, which I've done before. So I just waited and waited and waited until finally...my last name was called and my car was done.... At 3:50pm. 3 hours and 20 minutes to get an oil change and complimentary wash and vacuum. Upon check out and payment, I was not even told by any of the reps about what's been to my car. Not brief description about any of this "17point inspection" they implied that they did. Therefore if you enjoy being overpriced, having slug service and poor customer service I would casually point you in the way of this mediocre dealership.
This is the 3rd time I have shown up for my service appointment on time only to find out that my assigned service person is out to lunch. I can go anywhere to get an oil change...don't know why I paid for the service plan wish I could get a refund. NOT HAPPY...will not be buying here again.
Great friendly employees. That made it possible for me and my wife to get the car we wanted for the right price and no hidden fees or pressure.
I would never go there again the used dealer tells me they will give me 3,000 the knew dealership tells me they would only give me 1,000 they need to get it together really
I lost a good job over a year ago and I've been struggling just to make payments. My daughter took my truck in for my last free oil change. I did not have a free I was told wrong info. Your service dept did it for free and I think did other repairs I know I needed. YOU ARE THE BEST, AMAZING, EXCELLENT. Because I not working now cause of the virus and my truck is riding like new. Bless yall. My daughter is on her way there to the EXCELLENT service you gave me. Ernie Palmer did something to her car and she hates going there. THANK YOU!
