Came in to look into trading my 2013 Kia Optima, they got to me test drive a forte and I fell in love with it. I only got my 2013 Kia 3 months ago But was interested in purchasing a new car if they could pay my old one off. They offered me 7k for my car, when my loan was 12k. They were selling the same year and model of my car they re with 20,000+ miles on it for 17,800. I was furious. The sales guy got his manager and his manager did absolutely nothing but say sorry I can t help you. I went to the Kia dealership in freehold the next day. They paid off my entire car loan and I left in a 2019 Kia Forte. Go theyre instead and save yourself the time! Go see Manny he was amazing!

The sales experience when I bought my vehicle was a very stressful after my purchase. From not receiving my plates on time and receiving a key that was not programmed, not only that but was the wrong key for my vehicle. Drove all the way from the Bronx to get the issue fixed. Wasn t to happy returning there but when I went back the service department was great can t lie about that. Every one was very friendly and happy to help.

I usually don t post reviews online but the service at Sansone Jr s went above and beyond so I will try do the same. I took my Mitsubishi in for a factory recall, they pulled up every pending notice and performed them all.

Not only that, but my oil drain plug bolt was on too tight from the past dealer where I bought it pre owned, and I pulled so hard on my darn socket it was rolling like it was rounding instead of taking the bolt off. So I decided to take it to get changed by pros who could either blast it back off with their impact guns or grip it with a really well biting wrench. I m not sure how they did it but they were super accommodating and charged a very fair price for synthetic oil and filter, but not only that, they fixed a piece of plastic debris shield that was loose under my vehicle from when I hit a pothole in a parking lot in the rain. I had been meaning to fix it but didn t know exactly which clip it took. The fact that they fixed it for free and perfectly really meant a lot. I would highly recommend their service department.

We walked into Sansone Jr's 66 Automall anticipating the worst. My Credit Rating is not as good as I would like it to be, and I was prepared for bad news in their ability to take care of my needs. I was blown away. The Store Manager and the Financial Manager were absolutely wonderful, but Audra Stewart, with whom we sat down and discussed our options with was so friendly, so understanding, down to Earth and a pleasure to talk with. She was so relateable all while being a total professional. Because of how Audra Stewart listened to our concerns, understood our situation, and took care of every detail, I not only signed on the dotted line, but she earned my respect and loyalty, and they now have a "customer for life". I can't recommend Sansone Jr's 66 Automall enough, and urge anyone that is in need a a vehicle, to see Audra Stewart. She totally gets it !!!

I have never been to a dealer such as Sansone Jr's. Receive often many special deals ( marketing) strategies to get customers and once you arrive everything shifts. Not at Sansone Jr's. Rudy is excellent! I'm mean really you don't sit in his chair nervous concerned , when Rudy gives you the green light... Its true! He is also a certified credit repair professional. I can't say enough Wonderful things about Sansone Jr's 66 Nissan and Dave Strollo! Our lease for our Nissan Murano was ending in 2 weeks and we weren't sure if we were going to buy the car or lease another Murano. Well we received a call from Dave to discuss our options. In 2 days he contacted us with a special promotion that allowed us to lease a new Nissan Murano at the same rate with no money down. How could we refuse! He went far and beyond to procure the crossover that we desired with all our requested options and then some. We never had such a truly gratifying experience! I purchased my first Nissan from Sansone Jr s 66 last year. My sales rep was Michael Small. He was very helpful and worked out a great deal for me. I happened to get in a car accident less than a week ago and my car is totaled. I contacted Michael last night. Within few hours he got a new car delivered to my house with the paperwork to sign. Michael has exceptional work ethic and he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Next time you need a car, go to Sansone Jr s 66! I can t describe how grateful I am for the extra work that Michael did for me.

First lease department hangs up on you soon as you tell them you want to return a lease car. And then department tells the operator to automatically hang up on you next time you try to call.

Today I closed my third deal in less than 8 years with Sansone Jr's 66. It was a pleasant and "pressure-free" experience, just like the last two times. That's why I go back. Mark the "Pie Man" and Rudy were courteous and professional, and went above and beyond to be accommodating. It's worth the trip.

This place is seriously the greatest blessing on earth! I was referred to a gentleman named Zach Reiss, I Explained to him my credit was shot, ruined, and garbage. He did EVERYTHING in his power fighting tooth and nail to get me into a car and sure enough he did. I than realized the car that I was blessed with was a smidge uncomfortable for me due to my chronic back issue, the day I came in and said that they had so much sympathy for my health issue & here I am today leaving with a whole different, brand new, beautiful Nisan Sentra! The manager Bryan in the finance department & also if I'm not mistaking the store manager also has done everything in his power to be flexible with my payment requests and also has done all twists possible with banks to confirm the approval of my requests! When, I arrived @ Sansone Jr's 66 Automall, I was not expecting much as I did not think they had the 2019 Stinger I wanted. Rudy Thurman (Sales Guy) & Lamore Merchant (Sales Manager) were totally awesome and were able to fine the EXACT Stinger and collectively work with me to get the deal done in less than one hour (including a test drive)! I have leased two KIA's from them and would strongly recommend both of them. I have not ever posted a Google review before and will not likely ever do it again but feel that Rudy and Lamore deserve it.

Have me a great deal on a car when Honda wouldn't budge.

Very disappointed with experience of a "certified" pre-owned vehicle. Manager made one claim at time of purchase and the issue was never resolved. Tried to work with general manager but interaction was insulting and generally rude. Will be taking business to another local Nissan dealer.

Jamil is the best! This is my second time working with him and won t be the last. He made my car buying experience fun and easy. He was very kind and patient. Jamil made the whole process extremely enjoyable.

Went in for a problem with my Kia making loud noises while braking and was turned away at 3:15 saying we had to be there before 3:30. Their work ethic and service towards Kia owners is absolutely horrible.

Anibal was so helpful & made me so comfortable. He spent time finding out what my needs were in a vehicle & recommended the Parhdinder. I came in looking for a different car initially. He understood that safety was very important to me & got me in a vehicle w/ all the safety options at the same price as the base model. Buying a car for me is a bit overwhelming but I left there & went back feeling like I got a very fair deal & a great car. Anibal has been available by text for my multiple questions since! It was really a pleasure working with him & I've already recommended him & Sansone Jr to friends.

Everytime I come here they either flat out lie to you or promise you something that they will never deliver. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

I have always had great experiences when having my car serviced at Sansone Jr.'s .Jimmy always goes above and beyond the call of duty. Hes always pleasant and professional. He really gets the job done and keeps me posted on the work that is being done on my car throughout the morning.Thank you for your dependable service for so many years.

I saw the car I was interested in on their web site, called them up, spoke with Gina Rosario: car is still available, confirmed that there are no accidents. I specifically told on a phone that I am far away (more than an hour) and I don't want to drive all the way for nothing. Came to the dealership, asked for Gina. Happens to be that Gina only handlers web requests and not real customers. Wendy tried to help me but they are unable to locate a car... After 30 min of waiting they told me that the car is currently in the shop being fixed. Not sure what kind of scheme they are running but I just wasted 2.5 hours of my time.

I was very worried about my credit history and not being able to get a vehicle. I worked with Mr. Rudy Thurman, Credit Specialist, and was brought to tears when he told me he was able to get me into a BRAND NEW VEHICLE, yup 2019!!!! Rudy was a pleasure to meet and work with. He was very knowledgeable and confident that he could get me not only what I wanted, but BETTER and he OVER DELIVERED!!!! He made ONE call and sealed the deal without destroying my already "needs work" credit. He was very honest and didn't hesitate when answering my questions. His business first attitude and minimal small talk made me confident in his ability to do just what he said without feeling like I was going to be "taken" because I was a woman purchasing a vehicle alone. I would advise anyone with credit concerns to GO SEE RUDY!!!!

Very happy with the salespeople but the service is horrible. My new car was missing a part to open glove box. Took nearly 10 weeks to have it done. On the day of my appointment, the women checking me in used the word "retarded" when referring to her computer. I was insulted as a family member of mine has downs. Also, very unprofessional. In addition, the service was supposed to take a little over an hour. 3 hours later I called to check on it and they said another 2 hours. The woman was nasty to me when I said I couldn't wait that long. They should have at least called me. Very unprofessional and do not seem to care after the vehicle is purchased. Trading car in as soon as it's worth it.

It was a very pleasant experience working with Dean Nichols and Sansone JR dealership for my 2011 KIA Sportage. Very pleased with Sansone Jr service. We have always brought our 2013 Rogue in for oil changes, tire rotation and routine maintenance. Just yesterday, we had to bring in for a major repair. Ty and Danielle, our tech reps were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done. Car repairs are never high on your list of things you want to do, but they explain the hows and whys. Picked car up and noticed that the air conditioning wasn t working. As car owners, our first though was that the tech did something wrong. Danielle said she would speak with her manager. She brought us to him. In speaking with Andy Garcia, the service manager, he expressed his regret in our situation and proceeded to work with us in getting a loaner for our trip, getting Nissan to work a deal for the cost of repairs needed and sat and talked with us. Just wanted to show our appreciation for all Sansone service, especially Ty, Danielle and Andy!

Leased a sorrento and before lease was up i purchased another sorrento. They told me being a loyal customer they will not charge me disposition fee. Well four months later i got bill that they said they cant do anything about. I am old fashioned, i work hard and i am a man of my word . So when someone lies to me and takes my money It hits a nerve. This is probably my 50 th car i owned and i am still learning . Wish i read a review like this before I gave them my money.

came in on May 2nd 2017 to check out car i saw on there site I did the applicatation and the credit score thing that the site offers they said I had to do all over again cause the site they dont go by and they did not have my information I brought back my new used car on may 5th cause of water damage they gave me a loaner car but customer service was tossed out window no one called me to let me know the status of my car or when was ready for me to pick up ( mind you my car looked like it went on spring break was not detailed or cleaned and they tried to tell me they did 10x how is it a car wash place cleans better ) once I brought back the loner car they redid all my paperwork and made it seem on all bill of sales and what not that I purchased car on may 24 2017 not the May 2nd date then I had to give all pay stubs again and wait for them to get ok from loan again then I get home I get a call from bank saying that they need more information and that we will get back to you to see if you been approved for the loan WTH you mean I am driving car dealership took my deposit what you mean I may not be approved I was approved May 2nd then I had to come back cause my temp plate expired and I had to make an appointment to get a few things fixed that I finally got fix but now I still need something fixed and serviced just over looked it again so now I have to go back again you would think they tired of seeing my face smh
