I usually don t post reviews online but the service at Sansone Jr s went above and beyond so I will try do the same. I took my Mitsubishi in for a factory recall, they pulled up every pending notice and performed them all.

Not only that, but my oil drain plug bolt was on too tight from the past dealer where I bought it pre owned, and I pulled so hard on my darn socket it was rolling like it was rounding instead of taking the bolt off. So I decided to take it to get changed by pros who could either blast it back off with their impact guns or grip it with a really well biting wrench. I m not sure how they did it but they were super accommodating and charged a very fair price for synthetic oil and filter, but not only that, they fixed a piece of plastic debris shield that was loose under my vehicle from when I hit a pothole in a parking lot in the rain. I had been meaning to fix it but didn t know exactly which clip it took. The fact that they fixed it for free and perfectly really meant a lot. I would highly recommend their service department.
