Very pleased with Sansone Jr service. We have always brought our 2013 Rogue in for oil changes, tire rotation and routine maintenance. Just yesterday, we had to bring in for a major repair. Ty and Danielle, our tech reps were very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done. Car repairs are never high on your list of things you want to do, but they explain the hows and whys. Picked car up and noticed that the air conditioning wasn t working. As car owners, our first though was that the tech did something wrong. Danielle said she would speak with her manager. She brought us to him. In speaking with Andy Garcia, the service manager, he expressed his regret in our situation and proceeded to work with us in getting a loaner for our trip, getting Nissan to work a deal for the cost of repairs needed and sat and talked with us. Just wanted to show our appreciation for all Sansone service, especially Ty, Danielle and Andy!
