I Purchased a 2018 Kia Optima SXL from Sansone Jr's 66 Automall and my sales associate was Rudy Thurman. Rudy was very professional and very helpful. He is an asset to the dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 pathfinder from Michael Sansone and found the experience to be unlike any other I have ever had. Michael was kind, honest, and a hard worker. Without this experience, I can honestly say I would not have a new car today!

Something happened to my car on the way to work this morning in Tinton Falls. I called the service department (on a whim) to see if I could bring my car in to get checked out and they told me to bring it in! I was greeted by two very nice and welcoming gentlemen who agreed to see if they could help me out. They also helped calm me down as I was pretty frustrated with what had happened to my car. What I thought would take a long time to fix and be very expensive ended up being a really easy fix and I am sooooo grateful for the guys at the service department!! I'm sorry I forgot to get their names, but they were excellent and really saved the day. =)
Brought my car in for servicing, oil change, brakes etc. Service I was provided by Danielle was excellent. She saw my appointment was going to take longer than expected, put me right in a loaner so I could get to work. She called as soon as car was ready, double checked that all was ok and clean once I received my car. There was an issue with one of the new tires that I received from another service provider, Nissan tech and Danielle advised me of the defective tire, which could have been a much bigger issue if it wasnt fdetected. Very thankful!

Long story short, Sansone Kia 66 is nothing short of amazing. Purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage, upgraded to a 2017 Kia Sportage since both models are truly like night and day. On the 2017 Sportage, the engine was deemed a manufacture defect after 400 miles. Mr. Sansone, Mike Pugliese, Andy Garcia, PS3 and my salesman Mark Vernaglia (The Pie Guy) fought with Kia tooth and nail to get me into a new vehicle (since Kia was very adamant on their 10 year/100,000 mile warranty)... And, they did! An upgraded 2017 Sportage EX for the inconvenience. These guys know customer service and value their customers. No other dealership would fight as hard as they did. It would be a typical case of It s fixed, now take it back . Their effortless communication with Kia was thoroughly documented and they kept me in the loop as to what was going on. It was a battle that lasted about 2 months-- but with the above crew at Sansone 66 Kia behind me, I won. Mark was there for me via txt and phone call the entire way. And, he even traveled to Brooklyn, NY to pick up my new vehicle AND stayed late on a Friday night to re-write my lease. Phenomenal service with a compassionate crew of guys working there! They don t make crews like this in the car business anymore. A true rare gem in the auto business. The entire crew from Ownership, Finance, Service and Sales worked together to get me into a new vehicle with the manufacturer. These guys are the real Dream Team of Dealerships.
I went to this car dealership last week. I was interested in leasing a rogue sport. The car I wanted wasn t on the lot and They had to order it. I gave them a check for $500 to put down a deposit on the car. The deal that we were working on didn t sit right with me. I was being charged almost $3,000 more than what their web site was offering. 2 hours after I left I sent my sales lady 2 emails telling her not to deposit my check until I see the car. Also at this point I haven t seen the sticker price yet and something was telling me that they were going to cash my check. I called my bank the next morning and put a stop on that check. I have called and left a message for Mr. Sansone a few days ago, but he hasn t returned my call yet. I have copies of the texts and emails that I sent the saleswoman telling her that I changed my mind about the car and to send me my check back. Wouldn t you know that in my mail today was a letter from my bank telling me that they tried to cash it. They must have ran it to the bank! So if I didn t stop payment I would be out $500 instead of a $30 stop payment fee. This is unacceptable. Also, when I went to put the deposit on my credit card, I was told there was a 3% fee on all transactions. You can dispute a charge on your credit card, and from what I experienced there, I now see why they want checks. People, do your research on a prospective Purchase; I surely wish that I did.

I went to buy my car for the first time and I did not know how to start. Wendy explained everything from what APR is to the difference between leasing and financing a car. She explained the differences between the cars and was so helpful in the financial process and did a lay out for me between prices and everything. Two weeks ago I was faced with a dilemma. I had an aging Nissan Altima 160,000 mile but only 4 years old. I needed a car. I drove too many miles to work, plus I was driving for uber. I had a $6000 short fall between what the car was worth, and the balance owed on the car. One of the quickest ways to depreciate the value of your car is to run up the mileage. Also not having good credit puts me at a disadvantage in getting a new car as well.
4 years ago I ran into a man named John Crooks at route 66 automall and at that time my credit was still a problem. John worked some magic and he put together a deal for me and my wife to get new cars. We went back to John two weeks ago and we were able to get a new nissan maxima one step below platinum for me, and a new nissan murano for my wife platinum edition. John is awesome, we would have been turned down by other dealerships and he got us low interest rates and beautiful cars. This is a some humble praise to a great guy who has helped our family alot over the years John Crooks. If your in Neptune NJ and need a car go see him at rt 66 automall he is the sales manager and has the ultimate say on whether a deal will go through or not.

Biggest bait and switch dealership in Monmouth Country. Watch out consumers, the management and staff play the 1990 old school "4 square" sales game...google it before going in so you know the game.
Also beware, when you do get a good deal...they'll try to give you pennies on your car to make up for it. Crooks, all day long, there should be a consumer fraud investigation with these guys.
You would think the management would be on the up and up but nope...the General Sales Manager there is the one pushing the shady sales tricks...STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL!
